Semaine parfaite, temps, station moderne et propre, nourriture gastronomique. Le personnel était sympathique et travaillait dur. Ils ont fait tout ce qu'ils pouvaient pour rendre votre voyage agréable. La chambre avait un lit king avec un excellent matelas et un spa jicuzii.

Very clean and modern Perfect week, weather, resort was modern and clean, food was gourmet. Staff were friendly and hard working. They did everything they could to make your trip great. Room had king bed with excellent mattress and jicuzii spa.

Buenaventura Grand Hotel and Great Moments: Emplacement idéal, service exceptionnel !

Le personnel du Buenaventura était le meilleur. Je retournerais certainement dans ce complexe et je le recommanderais à d'autres personnes. La seule chose que je peux dire qui n'allait pas, c'est qu'il y avait quelques garçons bruyants de la fraternité qui étaient odieux et ennuyeux, mais ce n'était pas la faute du centre de villégiature.

Great location, amazing service! The staff at the Buenaventura were the best. I would definitely go back to this resort and would recommend it to other people. The only thing that I can many be say that was wrong was there were some loud frat boys that were obnoxious and annoying but it wasn't the resorts fault.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Très beau. Très grand. Très occupé.

Si vous aimez les grands complexes hôteliers avec beaucoup de belles choses à regarder, c'est pour vous. Si vous souhaitez une expérience plus personnelle avec un service attentif, ce n'est pas le cas. Le personnel n'est pas assez nombreux pour répondre à la demande. Dans l'ensemble, tout le monde est aimable mais trop occupé. La plage est étroite et en pente, mais elle est propre et agréable. Il est difficile d'entrer dans l'eau à plusieurs endroits. Les piscines sont toutes agréables. Tellemen [... lire plus]t occupé que nous n'avons pu obtenir que des réservations très tardives pour le dîner. C'est comme une petite ville ici. Les débutants l'apprécieront à coup sûr. Après une longue journée de voyage, le trajet est long et il faut s'enregistrer. Très beau terrain !

Very nice. Very big. Very Busy. If you like big spanding resorts with lots of nice things to look at, this is for you. If you want a more personal experience with attentive service not so much. Not enough staff to handle the demand. For the most part everyone is friendly but too busy. Beach is narrow and on an incline but clean and nice enough. Tough to enter the water in many areas. Pools are all nice. So busy we could only get very very late dinner reservations. Its like a small city here. First timers will love it for sure. After a long travel day, its a long drive and check in. Very beautiful grounds!

Dreams Riviera Cancun: Nous avons passé une excellente semaine

La zone de la plage autour des chaises de plage aurait pu être beaucoup plus propre, beaucoup de pailles, de mégots de cigarettes, de capsules de bouteilles, etc. Il y avait beaucoup d'algues, mais le personnel a fait de son mieux pour les éviter.

We had a great week The beach area around the beach chairs could have been much cleaner,, lots of straws, cigarette butts, bottle caps etc. There was lots of sea weed but the staff did the best they could to stay ahead of it.

Sandos Playacar Beach Resort: Le meilleur endroit au monde

C'était notre deuxième séjour au Sands Plya Car et comme la première fois, c'était formidable. Le personnel était toujours là pour nous aider, le terrain était bien aménagé, la nourriture et les boissons étaient excellentes, la plage et l'eau étaient incomparables, je recommanderais ce complexe à tout le monde, j'y retournerai bientôt, c'est vraiment le meilleur endroit au monde

Best place on earth This was our second time at sands plya car and like the first time there IT WAS GREAT!!!!!, the staff was always there to help with anything we needed, the grounds were well landscaped, food and drinks were great and the beach and water was second to none, I would recommend this resort to anyone, I will be there again before to long, it really is the best place on earth

Royal Solaris: Une semaine formidable au Royal Solaris

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse au centre de villégiature. L'hôtel est bien entretenu et le personnel est très sympathique. Notre chambre a été surclassée avec vue sur l'océan sans frais supplémentaires. Le personnel de l'hôtel qui s'occupe de la multipropriété peut être un peu trop pressant. Nous sommes arrivés plus tard dans la nuit et ils étaient déjà partis pour la journée. Ma plus grande plainte est qu'il n'y a pas assez d'ombre sur la plage et la piscine. Si vous ne vous levez p [... lire plus]as assez tôt, ils étaient tous partis. On ne peut pas se baigner dans l'océan, mais la piscine se trouve juste à côté de la plage. La nourriture était bonne et abondante. Ce complexe se trouve à environ 30 minutes de Los Cabos. Il y a un bus qui vous emmène en ville pour 3 $ US par personne. Dans l'ensemble, ce complexe hôtelier offre un bon rapport qualité-prix

Awsome week at the Royal Solaris We had a wonderful week at the resort. The hotel is well maintained and the staff is very friendly. Our room was upgraded to ocean view with no additional fee. They do have a timeshare staff that can be quiet pushy. We arrived later at night and they had already left for the day. My biggest complaint is that there is not enough shade on the beach and pool. If you did not get up early enough they were all gone. You cannot swim in the ocean; however the pool is right on the beach. The food was good and plentiful. This resort is about 30 minutes from Los Cabos. They have a bus for $3 US a person that will take you into town. Overall this resort is good value for the money

Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya: Très beau complexe hôtelier

Le personnel était formidable, il ne pouvait pas en faire assez pour nous. Le complexe était petit et très propre. Le seul problème que nous avons eu est la qualité de la nourriture, la viande était dure, toujours froide, surtout au buffet. Ce n'est pas ma première station et je n'ai jamais vu la nourriture être aussi froide et pour une station Secrets, nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux. Je ne reviendrais pas pour cette raison et si je recommandais l'hôtel à quelqu'un, je m'assurerais qu'il  [... lire plus]soit au courant du problème de la nourriture. Very nice Resort The staff was amazing they could not do enough for us. the resort was small and very clean. The only issue we had was the quality of the food, meat was tough, always cold especially the buffet. Not my first resort and never experienced food being so cold and for a Secrets resort we expected much better. I would not return for that reason and if I did recommend to anyone I would make sure they were aware of the food issue. Several guest expressed the same about the food

Posada Real Ixtapa: Lieu accueillant pour les familles.

Le Posada Real était génial. C'est un endroit idéal pour passer des vacances. Il s'agit d'un petit établissement familial. Tout le personnel se souvient facilement de vous et se met en quatre pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Il y a beaucoup de monde le week-end avec les locaux, donc je conseillerais aux touristes de sortir et de faire des excursions et du tourisme le week-end.

Family friendly place. The Posada Real was awesome. Its a great place to vacation. Its a small family feeling place. All the staff remember you easily and go out of their way to make your stay a great one. It gets real busy on weekends with locals so I would advise tourists to head out and do excursions and sightseeing on the weekend.

The Reef Coco Beach: Pas pour les jeunes aventuriers

Points clés de l'hôtel : très propre et personnel formidable. La nourriture n'était pas excellente et il faut payer pour 2 des 3 restaurants à la carte. Il s'agit d'un très petit complexe hôtelier, la vie nocturne est donc pratiquement inexistante. Il y avait un spectacle tous les soirs (pas très bon) et après le spectacle, c'était une ville fantôme. La plage avait des bateaux à quai en permanence, donc pas de catamaran et pas de volley-ball de plage non plus. Dans l'ensemble, je ne le recommand [... lire plus]erais pas à moins qu'il s'agisse d'un couple plus âgé qui souhaite s'allonger autour de la piscine toute la journée. Je ne le recommanderais certainement pas à un public plus jeune car il n'y avait pas grand chose à faire.

Not for a young adventurous crowd Key points from the hotel: very clean and staff were amazing. Food wasn't great and you have to pay for 2 of 3 a la carte restaurants. It is an extremely tiny resort, therefore night life was essentially non-existent. They had a show every night (not very good) and after the show it was a ghost town. The beach had boats docked at all times so no catamaraning and no beach volleyball either. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it unless it's an older couple who wants to lay around the pool all day. Definitely wouldn't recommend it to a younger crowd as there wasn't much to do.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Très belle

J'ai adoré le service et la nourriture était incroyable, la suite était propre et le service d'entretien ménager efficace. Les spectacles ne sont pas bons, si vous y allez pour ça, oubliez-les. La plage n'est pas très belle, mais à une distance de marche vous pouvez atteindre un très beau lagon ou une très belle plage. Le personnel de service est très sympathique. Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! Il y a tellement de choses à faire dans la région ! Very nice Loved the service and the food was amazing, the suite was clean and housekeeping service efficient. The shows are no good if you are going for that, forget it. The beach is not very nice, but at a walking distance you can get to a very nice lagoon or a very nice beach. The service staff is really friendly. We loved our stay! There is so much to do around the area! We hired a private company for the tours and were pleased and had a wonderful experience with them. Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: était agréable, propre, moderne

les terrains et toutes les zones étaient très beaux et bien entretenus, c'était très pittoresque ! Notre famille a apprécié le complexe, en particulier les piscines, la nourriture était excellente, tous les employés étaient excellents ! Nous reviendrons certainement !

Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel and Mexican Charm: Un endroit idéal pour séjourner !

L'atmosphère de cette hacienda est très pittoresque et authentique - douillette et confortable. De nombreux Mexicains fréquentent ce complexe pendant les week-ends pour un séjour de trois nuits. La plage est facile d'accès et le restaurant est très bon. La nourriture et le service étaient très bons (le fait d'avoir de la crème glacée à disposition nous a manqué). L'emplacement était à distance de marche des arrêts de bus, de Walmart et de Soriana (épicerie). Je recommanderais ce complexe.

Great place to stay! This hacienda had a very quaint and authentic atmosphere - cozy and comfortable. Many Mexicans frequent this resort over the weekends for a three-night stay - family friendly. The beach spot was easy to get to and the restaurant there very good. The food and service was very good (missed having ice cream available). The location was within walking distance to bus stops, Walmart and Soriana (grocery). I would recommend this resort.

Riu Santa Fe: Le meilleur endroit où j'ai séjourné

Parfait si vous voulez trouver la scène sociale, tout est assez central. J'aimerais juste qu'ils jouent des hits latins urbains au Pacha. Ils ont joué le top 40. Le buffet principal était incroyable. C'est l'un des meilleurs repas que j'ai mangé dans un complexe hôtelier. Les crevettes étaient fraîches, les tacos et tout ce que l'on peut attendre du Mexique sont là. Les plats à la carte sont excellents. Les en-cas proposés après l'heure de fermeture n'étaient pas seulement des hamburgers et des [... lire plus] hot-dogs, mais aussi des salades, des nachos et des pâtisseries. La scène sociale à la piscine est bonne, tout comme la zone centrale le soir. Il est toujours possible de faire la fête. Cependant, vous pouvez toujours vous échapper et passer du temps tranquille dans d'autres endroits, ce qui était parfait. Le Riu a un peu de tout. Nous sommes allés à Wal-mart pour acheter nos excursions qui étaient beaucoup moins chères que celles du complexe. Nous avons payé une partie de l'excursion, puis le reste lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'enregistrement de l'excursion. Beaucoup moins cher que les tarifs de l'hôtel. Les piscines étaient superbes, toutes. Le secteur de la plage était parfait car il permettait d'échapper aux vendeurs. Cependant, il faut faire attention à la puissance des vagues. Les chambres sont superbes. Les spectacles de nuit sont superbes. J'aurais aimé qu'il y ait plus de danse pendant la journée grâce à l'animation.

Best resort I've stayed at Perfect if you want to find the social scene, everything is pretty central. I just wish they played urban latin hits in Pacha. They played top 40's. The main buffet was amazing. Some of the best food i've had at a resort. Shrimp was fresh, tacos and everything that you would expect in mexico is there. The A la cartes are great. The after hour snacks were not just hamburgers and hot dogs, there was a salad option, nacho's and pastries. Social scene at the party pool is good, as well as the central area at night. You can always find the party. However, you can always escape and have quiet time in other places which was perfect. Riu had a bit of everything. We went to Wal-mart to buy our excursions which were a lot cheaper than the resort. We paid a portion of the excursion, then the remainder when we arrived at the excursion check in. A lot cheaper than hotel rates. The pools were great, all of them. The beach area was perfect because of the escape from the vendors. However, watch out for how powerful the waves are. The rooms are great. Shows at night are great. i wish they had more dancing during the day by animation.

Dreams Jade Resort and Spa: Fantastique Station propre et conviviale

Notre voyage au Mexique pour Now Jade a été la première fois en 25 ans que nous avons pu nous échapper. Nous y sommes allés avec une autre famille, soit un groupe de 14 personnes, et nous avons passé un moment fantastique. La nourriture était fantastique dans tous les restaurants et le personnel était si amical et très rapide à réagir. Les chambres sont très grandes et toujours bien nettoyées. Fantastic Clean friendly resort Our trip to Mexico to Now Jade was the first time in 25 years that we have been able to get away. We went with another family making it a group of 14 and we had a fantastic time. The Food was fantastic in all restaurants and the staff were so friendly and very quick to react. The rooms are a great size and always cleaned well. It was never an issue getting beach chairs for our big group, the ocean was nice and warm and the pool was a great temperature and always well maintained. We really enjoyed ourselves and honestly cannot think of anything negative to say. Highey recommend Now Jade

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Belle station balnéaire

Les repas étaient plus qu'excellents, le terrain magnifique, la plage idéale pour nager et se promener. Le personnel était agréable et toujours prêt à dire "Hola". Les divertissements étaient bons et la musique en direct était agréable à écouter et à danser. La variété des oiseaux était un plus.

Beautiful resort Dining was more than excellent, grounds lovely, great beach for swimming and walking along. Staff pleasant with always a "Hola". Entertainment was good and live music was nice to listen to and dance to. A bonus was the variety of birds.

Riu Tequila: Excellent service - terrain bien entretenu.

Nous avons passé une semaine au Riu Tequila, notre deuxième séjour dans la communauté fermée de Playacar. Le Riu Tequila se trouve à distance de marche du centre ville de Playa del Carmen, et nous avons fait deux fois le trajet jusqu'à la 5ème avenue cette semaine. L'impression générale du Riu Tequila était très bonne. La nourriture était incroyable - il y en avait pour tous les goûts - il n'y a eu qu'un seul jour au cours du voyage où elle n'était pas à la hauteur - tout était trop cuit ; mais  [... lire plus]dans l'ensemble, nous n'avons pas eu à nous plaindre de la nourriture. Les boissons étaient fabuleuses ! Ils apprenaient rapidement ce que vous aimiez et comment vous l'aimiez et ne vous laissaient jamais partir sans un verre à la main. Le personnel était SUPERBE ! De loin le meilleur service client que nous ayons reçu au Mexique - même le personnel qui ne parlait pas très bien l'anglais communiquait très bien par d'autres moyens et comprenait ce que vous demandiez - même s'il ne pouvait pas toujours donner une bonne réponse verbale. Le personnel a définitivement compensé toutes les faiblesses. Les divertissements étaient parfois un peu décevants, mais nous avons assisté à trois spectacles nocturnes spectaculaires : Moulin Rouge, Michael Jackson et Mammia Mia étaient formidables - ne manquez pas de les voir - les accessoires et les costumes étaient spectaculaires, à mon avis. Le reste des spectacles - et les divertissements de jour - n'étaient pas extraordinaires - nous les avons davantage appréciés au bord de la piscine de la plage du Riu Yucatan. Le Tequila est à quelques pas de la plage, mais c'est une marche facile. Il y a aussi une navette qui circule toutes les 10 minutes et qui s'arrête pour le déjeuner entre 1 et 3. La plage elle-même est magnifique, et même si vous la partagez avec tous les autres Riu's et que le Wyndam y est également niché, il y avait beaucoup de chaises longues. Une fois sur la plage, il y a deux "snack-bars" où vous pouvez manger, un au Riu Yucatan et un au Riu Palaycar. Ce n'était pas un inconvénient pour nous, mais ce serait le cas pour beaucoup d'autres - la station se sent plus dans la "jungle", vous êtes entouré de verdure luxuriante, donc si vous cherchez des vacances à la plage, je vous recommande le Riu Yucatan ou le Riu Playacar. Les chambres étaient très propres et bien entretenues, le terrain était méticuleusement entretenu - ce n'est pas un nouveau centre de villégiature, mais il n'a pas l'air vieux. Tout compte fait, c'est un bon complexe hôtelier.)

Great service - well maintained grounds. Spent a week at Riu Tequila, our second time in Playacar Gated community. Its walking distance the downtown Playa del Carmen, we did the jaunt to 5th ave twice this week. Overall impression of the Riu Tequila was very good. Ill touch on a few key points; The food was amazing- there was something for everyone- there was only one day throughout the trip where is was less than par- everything overcooked; but overall no complaints about food. The drinks were fabulous! Premium spirits and they were not shy with them- they learned quickly what you liked and how you liked it and never let you go without a drink in your hand. The staff was SUPERB! By far the best customer service we have received yet in Mexico - even the staff that did not have great English communicated themselves in other ways very well and understood what you asked- though could not always give a great verbal response. The staff definitely made up for any downfalls. The entertainment was slightly disappointing at times, but we did see 3 spectacular night shows- Moulin Rouge, Michael Jackson and Mammia Mia were great make sure you see them- props and costumes were spectacular I thought. The rest of the shows- and the day entertainment- not overly great- we enjoyed it more down by the beach pool at the Riu Yucatan. The Tequila is a walk from the beach but a manageable one- there is also a shuttle that runs every 10 min- they stop for lunch between 1-3. The beach itself if beautiful- and even though you share it with all the other Riu's and the Wyndam is tucked in there too there were lots of loungers. Once you are down there there are 2 "snack bars" at which you can eat, one at Riu Yucatan and one at Riu Palaycar. This was not a downfall for us but would be for many- the resort feels more in the "jungle" your surrounded by lush greenery so If your looking for a great "beach vacation" I would encourage the Riu Yucatan or Riu Playacar. The rooms were very clean and well kept, the grounds were meticulously maintained- its not a new resort but definitely does not feel old. All in all- good resort:)

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: 5*

Des chambres incroyables, une nourriture excellente et le personnel le plus merveilleux et le plus amical de tous les hôtels où j'ai séjourné dans les Caraïbes ! L'enregistrement s'est fait en un rien de temps, la chambre était exactement comme sur les photos, la nourriture était exceptionnelle et les boissons sont faites avec des jus frais.

Amazing rooms, excellent food and the most wonderful and friendly staff at any resort I have ever stayed at in the Caribbean! Took no time to check in, the room was exactly what was shown in the pictures, the food was outstanding and the drinks are made with fresh juices.

Grand Palladium Colonial: Un lieu de villégiature idéal pour la famille !

Le service de nounou était superbe - Marlene était excellente. Le personnel était très attentif aux détails et très serviable. Nous avons bénéficié d'un message pour couples qui était remarquable, apaisant et agréable. Le personnel nous a fait sentir comme chez nous. Service de chouchoutage. Le service de la piscine était exceptionnel. Il était facile de trouver un lit de piscine. Superbes activités - la zumba était excellente. Bonne ambiance. Les boissons étaient rafraîchissantes. Restaurants à [... lire plus] la carte innovants avec un service exceptionnel. N'oubliez pas d'aller à Xcaret qui est un grand parc. Ne pas faire le tour des bijoux - arnaque. trop de pression de la part de l'entreprise de bijoux. Pas sincère. Rumeurs selon lesquelles les bijoux sont hors de prix.

Great resort for family! Nanny service was superb - Marlene was excellent. The staff was very attentive to detail, very helpful. We enjoyed a couples message which was remarkable, soothing and enjoyable. Staff made us feel at home. Pampering service. Pool service was exceptional. easy to find a pool bed. Great activities - zumba was excellent. Great atmosphere. Drinks were refreshing. A la carte restaurants innovative with exceptional service. Be sure to go to Xcaret which is a great park. Do not go on jewelry tour - rip off. too much pressure by jewelry company. Insincere. Rumors that jewelry is overpriced.

Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort and Spa: Superbe endroit

Le centre de villégiature est extraordinaire. L'hébergement, la nourriture et le service sont de premier ordre. Nous avons voyagé avec deux enfants (10 et 8 ans) et ils se sont bien amusés. Le site de l'hôtel est magnifique et offre un bon choix de piscines et d'activités pour tout le monde. C'était notre deuxième séjour au Now Amber et nous sommes toujours aussi impressionnés.

Superb place The resort is amazing. Accommodations, food and service was top notch. We travelled with two kids (10 and 8) and they had a blast as well. The hotel grounds are beautiful and offer good choice of pools and activities for everyone. This was our second time at Now Amber and we are still very impressed.

Melia Puerto Vallarta: Merveilleuse semaine !

Nous avions déjà séjourné au Melia auparavant, nous savions donc que ce serait une semaine formidable ! Le seul reproche est le Wifi dans le hall - VRAIMENT MAUVAIS ! Pas d'email - pas de skype et très lent si ce n'est rien sur internet. Alors laissez votre ordinateur à la maison et profitez de cet endroit charmant !

Wonderful week! We have stayed at the Melia before so we knew it would be a great week! Only complaint is the Wifi in the lobby - REALLY BAD! No email - no skype and very slow if anything on the internet. So leave your computer at home and enjoy this lovely resort!
