Aston Costa Verde Beach Resort: Les meilleures vacances de tous les temps

C'était ma première visite depuis le changement de fiesta Americana et je n'ai pas été déçu Ed. La nourriture était excellente et le personnel merveilleux était toujours le même. Je constate des changements pour le mieux à chaque fois que je reviens. La plage était incroyable. Notre chambre avait une vue magnifique sur l'océan. J'ai hâte de revenir

Best Holiday ever Was my first visit since the changeover to fiesta Americana and I was not disappoint Ed. The food was amazing and alot of the same wonderful staff. I see changes for the better every time I come back. The beach was amazing. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean. Can't wait too come back

C'était mon troisième voyage à Cuba, mais je dirais que c'est le meilleur. Tout ce qui se trouvait dans le complexe était de premier ordre. L'élément le plus impressionnant a été la plongée en apnée.......absolument incroyable et facilement accessible à tous ceux qui voulaient essayer. La nourriture était plutôt bonne......toujours quelque chose pour quelqu'un...... Paisible et relaxant.....e complexe vaut la peine d'être examiné si vous envisagez une escapade à Cuba...

The Place To Be This was my third trip to Cuba but I would rate as my best. Everything at the resort was top notch. The wow factor had to be the snorkeling.......absolutely amazing and readily accessible to all who would like to try. The food was pretty good......always something for someone...... Peaceful and relaxing.....this resort is worth looking at if you are considering a Cuban getaway...

Sol Turquesa Beach: rare et pas beaucoup de sécurité pour ce centre de villégiature/

l'hôtel était bien, mais il y avait trop d'escaliers, nous en avons compté plus de 93 pour descendre à la plage. LA PLAGE N'ÉTAIT PAS JOLIE, TROP DE MAUVAISES HERBES... on pouvait marcher jusqu'aux genoux et c'est tout................. piscines à différents niveaux, PAS RECOMMANDÉ POUR LES PERSONNES QUI ONT DES PROBLÈMES AVEC LES ESCALIERS... la nourriture était correcte, LA SÉCURITÉ ÉTAIT MÉDIOCRE, nous avons eu des gens qui ont essayé d'entrer dans notre chambre 3 nuits de suite, les 3 dern [... lire plus]ières nuits où nous étions là MERCREDI 3 AVRIL 2019 À 2H00 DU MATIN, QUELQU'UN A ESSAYÉ D'ENTRER DANS NOTRE CHAMBRE IL N'Y AVAIT PAS DE SÉCURITÉ mon ami je me suis assis en regardant la porte, ils ont fini par partir JEUDI 4 AVRIL 2019 À 23H00, QUELQU'UN A DE NOUVEAU ESSAYÉ DE PÉNÉTRER DANS NOTRE CHAMBRE, MES AMIS ET MOI AVONS SAUTÉ DU LIT ET ALLUMÉ TOUTES LES LUMIÈRES... NOUS AVONS FINI PAR DORMIR, MAIS PAS BIEN nous nous sommes plaints à la réception et aux relations avec les clients, ils ont ri et ont dit que ce devait être un garçon d'eau, nous avons dit qu'à 2 heures du matin et à 11 heures de la nuit, ce n'était pas possible ils nous ont dit qu'ils allaient poster des agents de sécurité devant notre chambre cette nuit-là, le vendredi MALHEUREUSEMENT, LE VENDREDI SOIR À 23H00, DEUX HOMMES ONT ESSAYÉ D'ENTRER DANS NOTRE CHAMBRE. NOUS AVIONS UNE GRANDE TABLE POUSSÉE CONTRE LA PORTE AVEC LA TÉLÉVISION ETC..... ILS SONT ENTRÉS ET ONT POUSSÉ LA TABLE DE QUELQUES CENTIMÈTRES, LA TABLE A CRISSÉ ET NOUS NOUS SOMMES LEVÉS EN CRIANT. J'AI APPELÉ LA RÉCEPTION EN CRIANT À L'AIDE 3 FOIS, ILS ONT DIT QUE LA SÉCURITÉ ÉTAIT EN ROUTE. NOTRE CHAMBRE ÉTAIT JUSTE À CÔTÉ DU HALL D'ENTRÉE PERSONNE N'EST VENU 7 MINUTES PLUS TARD, NOUS AVONS RAPPELÉ ET DEMANDÉ À LA SÉCURITÉ DE VENIR PERSONNE N'EST VENU, J'AI ESSAYÉ DE RAPPELER LE LOBBY 3 FOIS DE PLUS APRÈS CELA ET AUCUNE RÉPONSE J'AI CONTACTÉ MA FILLE ICI AU CANADA ET JE LUI AI DIT QUE SI NOUS FINISSIONS PAR MOURIR, VOICI L'INFORMATION NOTRE CHAMBRE. Ils ont répondu que rien n'avait été documenté et qu'aucune sécurité n'avait été assignée à l'extérieur de notre chambre le personnel du bureau a trouvé cela plutôt drôle nous avons répondu que nous ne restions pas dans cette chambre et que nous devions rester dans le hall pour la nuit, car nous devions nous lever à 5 heures du matin pour manger et prendre le bus pour l'aéroport. ILS NOUS ONT DIT DE RASSEMBLER NOS AFFAIRES ET DE REVENIR DANS 5 MINUTES 1/2 HEURE PLUS TARD, QUELQU'UN EST REVENU ET NOUS AVONS APPELÉ LA RÉCEPTION POUR SAVOIR OÙ ILS ÉTAIENT, ILS ONT DIT 5 MINUTES ILS SONT REVENUS ET NOUS ONT DIT QU'ILS NOUS EMMENAIENT DANS UNE AUTRE CHAMBRE NOUS AVONS DIT PAS QUESTION EMMENEZ-NOUS DANS LE HALL NOUS SOMMES DONC RESTÉS DANS LE HALL POUR LE RESTE DE LA NUIT, SANS DORMIR ILS NOUS ONT DIT QUE LA RÉCEPTION ET LE BAR OUVERT 24 HEURES SUR 24 S'OCCUPERAIENT DE NOUS MAIS QUAND ILS NOUS ONT REGARDÉS, ILS ONT RI COMME SI C'ÉTAIT DRÔLE NOUS ÉTIONS TERRIFIÉS PERSONNE N'A FAIT QUOI QUE CE SOIT À CE SUJET SI 2 FEMMES VOYAGENT SEULES, ASSUREZ-VOUS DE METTRE VOTRE COMMODE CONTRE LA PORTE ET TOUT CE QUI EST LOURD, JUSTE AU CAS OÙ ASSUREZ-VOUS D'AVOIR UN PLAN AU CAS OÙ L'UNE DE CES CHOSES VOUS ARRIVERAIT NOUS NE RECOMMANDONS PAS CE COMPLEXE HÔTELIER, la chambre qu'ils nous ont donnée avait une porte endommagée, maintenue par un morceau de bois avec deux morceaux de ruban adhésif LES PERSONNES DANS LES RESTAURANTS PRINCIPAUX ET À LA CARTE ONT ÉTÉ INCROYABLES, TRÈS GENTILLES ET AIMABLES...

scarry and NOT MUCH SECURITY for this resort/ the resort was nice, too many stairs we counted over 93 to get down to beach area.. BEACH WAS NOT NICE TOO MANY WEEDS .. U COULD WALK UP TO UR KNEES AND THATS IT................. pools on different levels, NOT RECOMENDED FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE TROUBLE WITH STAIRS... food was ok, SECURITY WAS POOR, we had people trying to get into our room 3 nights in a row,, the last 3 nights we were there WEDNESDAY APRIL 3.. 2019 AT 2;00 AM SOME ONE TRYED GETTING INTO OUR ROOM THERE WAS NO SECURITY my friend i sat up starring at the door, they eventualy left THURSDAY APRIL 4TH, 2019 AT 11;00 PM SOME ONE TRYED GETTING INTO OUR ROOM AGAIN MY FRIENDS AND I JUMPED OUT OF BED TURNED ON ALL THE LIGHT .. WE EVENTUALLY SLEPT BUT NOT WELL we complained to front desk and customer relations they laughed and sAid it must be water boy, we said at 2;00 am and 11;00 at night no way they said they would post security out side our room that night on friday UNFORTUNATLY AGAIN ON FRIDAY NIGHT AT 11;00 PM 2 MEN TRYED ENTERING OUT ROOM WE HAD OUR LARGE TABLE PUSHED UP AGAINST THE DOOR WITH TV ETC.... THEY GOT IN AND PUSHED TABLE OUT 4 INCHES ,, THE TABLE SCREECHED AND WE JUMPED UP SCREAMING I CALLED FRONT DESK YELLING HELP 3 TIMES THEY SAID SCECURITY IS ON WAY . OUR ROOM WAS RIGHT NEXT TO LOBY NO ONE CAME 7 MINUTES LATER WE CALLED BACK AND ASKED FOR SECURITY TO COME NO ONE CAME,, I TRYED CALLING BACK TO LOBBE 3 MORE TIMES AFTER THAT AND NO ANSWER I CONTACTED MY DAUGHTER HERE IN CANADA AND TOLD HER IF WE END UP DEAD,, HERE IS THE INFO OUR ROOM. OUR RESORT, THE TIMES WE CALLED FRONT DESK AND THEY SAID SECURITY IS ON THERE WAY BUT NO ONE CAME HALF OUR LATER I CALLED BACK TO FRONT DESK SCREAMING FOR THEM TO COME AND GET US NOW AND BRING US TO LOBY THEY MAN THAT ANSWERED SAID... WHY..... I HAD TO SAY DID NOT ANYONE TELL U WHATS HEAPPENED OMG... SOME ONE GOT INTO OUR ROOM ITS THE 3RD TIME IN A ROW SOME ONE TRYED GETING INTO OUR ROOM AND THE 3RD TIME THEY DID GET IN WE WERE CRYING AND SHAKING ABOUT 25 TO 12;00 2 MEN FROM LOBY CAME TO OUR DOOR LAUGHING TELLING US NO WORRY CUBA IS SAFE WE CAN STAY IN OUR ROOM THEY WILL ASIGN SECURITY WE SAID WE HAD COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS A HAPPENING A 3RD NIGHT IN A ROW, they said nothing had been documented and no security was asigned out side our room the office staff thought this was pretty funny we said NO were not staying in this room take us to loby were staying there for night AS WE HAD TO BE UP FOR 5;00 AM TO EAT AND CATCH BUS BUS TO AIRPORT.. THEY SAID GET OUR STUFF TOGETHER AND THEY WILL BE BACK IN 5 MINUTES 1/2 HOUR LATER SOME ONE CAME BACK AS WE CALLED FRONT DESK AGAIN AS TO WERE THEY WERE THEY SAID 5 MINUTES THEY CAME BACK AND SAID THERE TAKING US TO ANOTHER ROOM WE SAID NO WAY TAKE US TO LOBBY SO WE STAYED IN LOBY FOR THE REST OF NIGHT NOT SLEEPING THEY TOLD US THE FRONT DESK AND BAR THAT WAS OPEN 24 HOURS WILL LOOK AFTER US BUT WHEN THEY LOOKED AT US THEY LAUGHED AS THOUGH IT WAS FUNNY WE WERE TERRIFIED NO ONE DONE ANYTHING BOUT THIS IF 2 WOMEN ARE TRAVELING ALONE MAKE SURE U PUT UR DRESSER UP AGAINST UR DOOR AND ANYTHING HEAVY JUST IN CASE MAKE SURE U HAVE A PLAN IN CASE ANY OF THIS HAPPENS TO U WE DO NOT RECOMEND THIS RESORT,, the room they gave us had a damaged door held a piece of wood in with 2 pieces duct tape THE PEOPLE IN MAIN RESTAURENTS AND A LA CARTES THERE WERE AMAZING, VERY NICE AND KIND...

Aston Costa Verde Beach Resort: Superbe plongée en apnée

L'hôtel en général était agréable mais très grand. Préparez-vous à marcher beaucoup pour aller à la plage ou au buffet si vous séjournez dans la section la plus moderne. Il n'y a pas de voiturettes de golf pour emmener les clients autour du terrain et vous devez traîner tous vos bagages sur 3-4 étages si vous séjournez dans une chambre avec vue sur l'océan. La nourriture était toujours froide, même lorsqu'elle venait d'être apportée, et le buffet et les chariots à la carte n'étaient pas beaucoup [... lire plus] mieux. Le buffet était pratiquement le même tous les jours.

Great snorkeling Hotel in general was nice but was very large. Be prepared to walk a lot either to the beach or the buffet if staying in the updated section. There are no golf carts to take guests around the grounds and you must drag all your luggage up 3-4 flights if staying at an ocean view room. The food was always cold even when just brought out and the buffet and the a la carts were not much better. The buffet was basically the same thing every day.

Sol Rio de Luna y Mares: Plage exceptionnelle

Les chambres de l'hôtel sont un peu vieillottes. Mais tout est très propre et bien entretenu. J'ai adoré la disposition des deux complexes fusionnés en un seul. Le personnel est toujours aimable et serviable. Le mini club était génial ! Mais la partie la plus importante de ce complexe est la plage, elle est spectaculaire. J'y retournerai certainement.

Outstanding beach The resort bedrooms are a little dated. But everything is very clean and well cared for. I loved the layout of the two resorts merged into one. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The mini club was great! But the number one part of this resort is the beach, it is spectacular. Would go again for sure.

Brisas Guardalavaca: Station étonnante/amicale

Superbe.Le personnel est toujours enjoué et travaille très dur pour rendre votre séjour mémorable.Le personnel de la réception est amical et serviable et la banque est commodément située dans le hall.Les divertissements sont excellents pour les adultes et les enfants.Je planifie déjà ma prochaine visite.

Amazingly/Friendly resort Superb .Staff always upbeat and work very hard to make your stay memorable.Front desk staff are friendly and helpful and bank is conveniently located in lobby.Entertainment is excellent for adults and kids.Already planning next visit.

Sol Turquesa Beach: Un peu déçu

La première impression que j'ai eue de l'hôtel était qu'il était un peu vieillot. Le hall d'entrée était propre et confortable. L'enregistrement s'est déroulé sans problème et nous avons été conduits à notre chambre. La chambre sentait le renfermé et le groom a allumé l'air conditionné et nous a expliqué les choses. Nous nous sommes ensuite changés pour nous rendre au buffet pour le déjeuner, puis nous sommes allés à la piscine. Lorsque nous sommes rentrés dans notre chambre, il faisait encore [... lire plus] très chaud. Après avoir contacté la réception à plusieurs reprises, ils ont envoyé un technicien qui a essayé de nous dire que la climatisation fonctionnait bien. Nous avons alors demandé à être déplacés dans une autre chambre et avons fini par marcher jusqu'au hall. Après avoir attendu plus d'une demi-heure, nous avons finalement pu parler à Marcos, le responsable du service clientèle, qui a réussi à nous faire changer de chambre. Nous pensions que tout était en ordre. Nous nous sommes préparés et sommes allés dîner. Lorsque nous sommes retournés dans notre chambre, la carte-clé ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dû retourner dans le hall et faire reprogrammer nos cartes. Nous nous sommes fait raccompagner à la chambre et avons demandé au chauffeur d'attendre pour voir si nous pouvions entrer. Cela ne fonctionnait toujours pas. Nous avons alors dû attendre qu'un technicien vienne nous aider. Marcos a été formidable et a fait envoyer une bouteille de champagne dans notre chambre. Le reste de la semaine s'est déroulé sans problème. La nourriture était correcte, un peu répétitive, mais nous en avons profité au maximum. Le temps était magnifique et nous nous sommes bien amusés. Le dernier jour, après avoir passé l'après-midi à la piscine, nous sommes retournés à la chambre et la carte-clé ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons réussi à trouver quelqu'un pour appeler la réception pour nous. Après avoir attendu un moment, mon mari est retourné dans le hall. Le temps qu'il revienne et que nous entrions dans notre chambre, il s'est écoulé plus d'une heure. J'étais très contrariée car c'était notre dernière nuit et nous espérions aller à la plage pour admirer le coucher du soleil. Nous avons parlé à beaucoup d'autres personnes qui ont également eu ce problème. J'adore Cuba mais je ne retournerais pas au Memories Holguin

Somewhat disappointed My first impression of the resort was that it looked a bit dated. The lobby was clean and looked comfortable. Check in went smoothly and we were taken to our room. The room smelled musty and the bell boy turned on the air conditioning and helped expained things to us. We then changed so we could get to the buffet for lunch then hit the pool. When we got back to our room, it was still very warm. After dealing with the front desk multiple times, they sent a technician who tried to tell us it was working fine. We then asked to be moved to another room and then ended up walking to the lobby. After waiting over half an hour we finally got to speak to Marcos the customer service manager who managed to get us into another room. We thought that everything was good to go. We got ready and went to dinner. When we went back to our room, the key card did not work. We had to walk back to the lobby and get our cards re- progamed. We got a ride back to the room and had the driver wait to see if we were able to get in. It still did not work. We then had to wait for a technician to come and help. Marcos was great and had a bottle of champagne sent to our room. The rest of the week went pretty smoothly. The food was ok, got a bit repetitive but we made the most of it. The weather was great and we were having a good time. On the last day after spending the afternoon at the pool, we went back to the room and the key card did not work. We managed to find someone to call the front desk for us. After waiting a while, my husband walked back to the lobby. By the time he got back and we got in our room it was over an hour. I was very upset as this was our last night and we hoped to go to the beach and watch the sunset. We talked to many other people who also had this problem. I love Cuba but I wouldn't go back to the Memories Holguin

Sol Turquesa Beach: De superbes vacances - La nourriture, un peu moins

Nous avons séjourné dans les mémoires du 1er au 8 avril et nous étions un groupe de 5 femmes. Le complexe était agréable et le terrain très bien entretenu, mais il est immense ! Si vous avez des problèmes de mobilité, ce n'est pas du tout le centre de villégiature qu'il vous faut ! Au fil des jours, nous avons pu trouver quelques raccourcis à travers la propriété, mais il y avait des chariots pour vous conduire si vous en aviez besoin ou si vous le souhaitiez aussi. Nous avons séjourné dans le b [... lire plus]âtiment 650 et les chambres ont été récemment rénovées. Elles étaient superbes ! Le coffre-fort fonctionnait mais les portes des balcons ne se verrouillaient jamais. Nous avons utilisé un banc dans notre chambre pour caler la porte, mais nous étions au deuxième étage et nous n'étions donc pas trop inquiets. Nous avons toujours eu de l'eau chaude et une bonne pression d'eau dans la douche et les toilettes fonctionnaient très bien. Notre gouvernante, Madeline, était formidable, et la plupart des employés de l'hôtel étaient formidables. Il y avait un barman masculin au bar du hall qui n'était pas très amical, mais tous les autres étaient super. J'ai voyagé à Cuba de nombreuses fois et cette station était de loin la pire nourriture que j'ai eu à Cuba ! Quand vous voyagez à Cuba, vous n'allez pas pour la nourriture, mais c'était très différent de mes 8-10 autres visites dans la région. Les beignets étaient excellents et le petit déjeuner contenait des œufs, ce qui était un point positif. Nous avons pris nos meilleurs repas lors d'une excursion d'une journée à Guardalavaca, sur le boulevard. Nous avons passé la journée sur la magnifique plage et avons mangé une pizza pour le déjeuner, puis un barbecue pour le dîner. C'était 100% génial et très économique ! Comme nous étions des invités sur cette plage publique, ils nous ont fait payer 1 paso par chaise de plage. Je pense que c'était juste pour que le maître-nageur se fasse un peu d'argent, mais cela en valait la peine. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances et notre agent Angela de Tripcentral s'occupe toujours de nous ! Je ne suis pas sûr que nous retournerions dans ce centre de villégiature..... À moins que le prix ne soit juste, bien sûr. Au départ de Toronto, je dirais 800 $ par personne ou moins et le voyage en vaut la peine. Tout ce qui est plus élevé n'en vaut pas la peine. Le club amigo Guardalavaca était une bien meilleure option à mon avis lorsque j'y ai séjourné l'année dernière.

Great vacation- Food, not so much We stayed at memories April 1 to 8 and we were a group of 5 ladies. The resort was nice and grounds were very well kept but it’s huge! If you have mobility issues this isn’t the resort for you at all! As the days went on, we were able to find a few short cuts through the property but their were carts to drive you around if you needed or wanted them too. We stayed in the 650 building and the rooms were recently renovated. They were great! The safe worked but the balcony doors never locked. We used a bench in our room to wedge the door shut however we were on the second floor so we weren’t too worried. We always had hot water and great water pressure in the shower and the toilets worked just fine. Our housekeeper-Madeline was terrific, and most of the hotel staff were great. There was one male bartender at the lobby bar who wasn’t too friendly but everyone else was super. I have traveled to Cuba many many times and this resort was by far the worst food I have had in Cuba! When you travel to Cuba you don’t go for the food but this was very different from my other 8-10 visits to the area. Yes you could usually find something to eat, but it was usually questionable lol the donuts were great and breakfast had eggs so that was a positive. We had our best meals on a day trip we took to Guardalavaca on the boulevard. We spent the day at the beautiful beach there and ate the pizza for lunch and then had a bbq place for dinner. Was 100% amazing and very cost efficient! Because we were guests on this public beach they did charge us 1 paso per beach chair. I think this was just the lifeguard making a few bucks but it was worth it. All in all we had a great vacation, our agent Angela at tripcentral always takes care of us! I am not sure we would go back to this resort..... Unless the price was right of course. Departing from Toronto I would say $800 a person or less and it is worth the trip. Anything higher then that isn’t worth it. The club amigo Guardalavaca was a much better option in my opinion when I stayed there last year.

Club Amigo Atlantico Guardalavaca: Un endroit amusant

Le terrain est bien entretenu. Le personnel est très aimable. Beaucoup de chambres sont en mauvais état et sentent le moisi. Plage fantastique et belles vues sur l'océan. Les divertissements mériteraient d'être revus. On voit les mêmes choses lors des visites ultérieures. La nourriture est comestible mais rien de fantastique. Je reviens pour le personnel.

Fun place The grounds are well kept. The staff are very friendly. Many rooms are in poor condition and smell moldy. Fantastic beach and nice ocean views. The entertainment could use an overhaul. See the same things on return visits. Food is edible but nothing fantastic. I come back because of the staff.

Sol Turquesa Beach: Un centre de villégiature idéal pour Cuba

La plage et les piscines étaient les meilleures choses à propos de ce centre de villégiature. Beaucoup de marche pour aller n'importe où à partir de votre chambre, wouldn't recommend for seniors or anyone with mobility issues. La nourriture était la pire que j'ai eue à Cuba (j'y suis allé 3 fois) et il y avait constamment des "ruptures de stock". C'était un hôtel correct et je n'y retournerais que si le prix était bon marché.

Ok resort for Cuba Beach and pools were the best things about this resort. Lots of walking to get anywhere from your room, wouldn’t recommend for seniors or anyone with mobility issues. Food was worst I have had in Cuba (been 3 times) constantly “running out” of things. It was an ok resort and would only go back if the price was cheap.

Sol Turquesa Beach: OK Resort

La plage était mauvaise. A déconseiller aux amateurs de plage. La nourriture n'était pas bonne. La même chose tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner était le meilleur, il était répétitif. Les piscines étaient agréables, le personnel était sympathique. Si vous voulez le meilleur prix et que c'est le critère, alors c'est bien. Si vous voulez une meilleure qualité de boissons, alors pas du tout

Beach was bad . Would not recommend if you are a beach person. Food was not good. Same every day . Breakfast was the best was repeatative . Pools were nice , staff was nice . If you want the best price and that is the criteria then good . If you want better quality of drinks then not at all

Aston Costa Verde Beach Resort: Merveilleuses vacances en famille !

Ce centre de villégiature est incroyable. Nous avons été très bien traités à chaque étape. L'enregistrement a été un jeu d'enfant et il y avait toujours quelqu'un pour nous aider. Mon fils a fêté ses 15 ans pendant nos vacances et le personnel s'est surpassé pour faire de cette journée un souvenir inoubliable, notamment en lui préparant deux gâteaux spéciaux. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute et recommanderons ce complexe à nos amis et à notre famille ! 😊

Wonderful Family Vacation!! This resort and amazing. They treated us very well every step of the way. Check in was a breeze and always someone willing to help. My Son turned 15 during our vacation and the staff went above and beyond to make it a great day to remember including baking him2 special cakes. We will definitely be returning and recommending this resort to Friends and Family! 😊

Aston Costa Verde Beach Resort: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Les chambres étaient très bien entretenues, notre femme de chambre était à la hauteur. Le reste de l'hôtel était également très bien. Nous avons mangé dans quelques restaurants à la carte - italien, mexicain, cubain - tous étaient très bons. Nous sommes même retournés au restaurant italien plusieurs jours de suite ! La plage était parfaite pour faire du snorkling, j'ai même vu un poisson-lion. Nous avons pris un taxi à Holguin pour monter les escaliers jusqu'à la croix, n'oubliez pas d'appor [... lire plus]ter de l'eau avec vous. Ensuite, le chauffeur de taxi nous a laissé sortir pour visiter Holguin. Nous avons également pris un taxi pour Gaudalavaca pour une visite rapide du marché, suivie d'une pizza chez Rico Pizza sur la plage. Comme ce n'était pas notre première fois, nous savions exactement où se trouvait le restaurant et ce qu'il fallait commander. Pizza fabuleuse ! Nous étions un groupe de 18 personnes et nous n'avons eu aucun problème avec l'hôtel ou la nourriture. Nous avons tous apprécié notre séjour à la Fiesta Americano Costa Verde.

Amazing Resort The rooms were very well kept, our maid was bang on. The rest of the resort was great as well. We ate at a few of the a la carte resturants- Italian, Mexican, Cuban-- all were very good. We even went back to the Italian a few days in a row! The beach was great for snorkling, I even saw a lion fish. We took a cab into Holguin to do the stairs to to the cross,make sure you bring water with you. Then our cab drivers let us out to look around Holguin. We also took a cab in to Gaudalavaca for a quick visit to the market, followed by pizza at Rico Pizza right on the beach. Since this was not our first time, we knew exactaly where it was, and what to order. Fabulous pizza!! We were a group of 18, and had no problems with the hotel or food. We all enjoyed our time at Fiesta Americano Costa Verde.

Iberostar Selection Holguin: Belle plage et excellent service

Les plages ont été le point fort de ce voyage et il est très agréable d'en avoir deux à choisir. Le service était généralement très bon partout et il n'a jamais été difficile d'obtenir un verre ou deux. La nourriture était vraiment très bonne avec un bon choix - tous les plats ne sont pas excellents, mais il y a toujours beaucoup d'options à choisir. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

Beautiful beach and great service The beaches were the highlight of this trip and its so nice to have two to chose from. Service was generally very good everywhere, and it was never difficult to get a drink or two. The food was really quite good with a good selection - not every dish is great, but there are always lots of options to pick from. Will definitely go back.

Un beau complexe hôtelier, une plage magnifique 🌊 Le personnel est très sympathique, le café est excellent. La nourriture ...pas de pain, pas de frites, pas de jus frais, une seule sorte de fromage 🧀 coupé en différentes formes, pas de crevettes, pas de calamars.Pas de spectacles nocturnes au théâtre.Ils ont des problèmes d'approvisionnement en nourriture.Il est vraiment difficile d'évaluer ou de recommander ce resort à qui que ce soit car je suis un client régulier de ce resort et je su [... lire plus]is triste 😠de ce qui s'est passé.

Club Amigo Atlantico Guardalavaca: Ok Resort

J'ai voyagé au Club Amigo 6 fois, j'adore l'emplacement et la plage. Cependant, il y a rarement assez de chaises de plage, mais beaucoup de boom boxes qui hurlent des chansons d'autres clients sans aucune considération pour les autres. Nous avons séjourné dans la Villa, ce qui représente une augmentation considérable par rapport aux chambres standard. Deux petites serviettes, pas de changement quotidien, demande de réapprovisionnement en papier toilette. Je viens en vacances pour me détendre, j [... lire plus]e n'ai pas à demander continuellement ce qui devrait être inclus. La nourriture a manqué dans les différents snack-bars, désolé pas d'œufs, pas de café, pas de hamburgers, pas de frites, pas de pizzas. Il n'est pas étonnant qu'il n'y ait plus de nourriture car les gens commandent pour les 10 membres de leur famille sur la plage qui n'ont pas de bracelets. Alors que vous attendez votre tour pour être commandé, un groupe de Cubains entre et se fait servir immédiatement alors que j'ai déjà attendu 30 minutes 😞 Chaque jour était un nouveau combat, pas de pina colada’s aujourd'hui, pas de margaritas aujourd'hui. Partir en vacances devrait être relaxant, la bêtise quotidienne devient juste assez, ne retournera pas à ce resort. C'est un trois étoiles, cependant c'est plus comme un 1, au fil des ans, les choses se sont dégradées.

Travelled to Club Amigo 6 times, I love the location and beach. However, there are seldom enough beach chairs, but lots of boom boxes screaming out songs from other guests with no consideration for others. We stayed at the Villa, which is quite an increase over the standard rooms. Two small towels, not changed daily, calls for restocking of toilet paper. I come on vacation to relax, no continually have to request what should be included. Food ran out at the different snack bars, sorry no eggs, no coffee, no burgers, no fries, no pizza. No wonder they run out as people ordering for their 10 family members on the beach who do not have bracelets. As you wait your turn to be order, a group of Cubans come in and get waited on immediately after I’ve already waited 30 minutes 😞 Each day was a new struggle, no pina colada’s today, no margaritas today. Going on vacation should be relaxing, the daily foolishness just gets to be enough, will not be returning to this resort. It is a three star, however it’s more like a 1, over the years things have gone downhill.

Playa Costa Verde: Un village dans un parc

Une grande piscine et un espace pour les jeunes enfants avec un bassin peu profond. Un bar à glaces et un coin à bière pour les soirées entre amis. Le hall d'entrée dispose de nombreuses places assises avec de nouveaux meubles. Les divertissements en soirée sont amusants. Il y a de nombreuses possibilités de restauration, un snack-bar, 3 restaurants et bien sûr la salle à manger avec une variété de plats pour tout le monde de plats pour tout le monde. La plage est agréable, propice à la baignad [... lire plus]e, mais il y a des zones rocheuses. Il y a beaucoup de chaises longues et de places au soleil ou à l'ombre. Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique et amical, facile à aborder, depuis le gardien jusqu'au directeur général. Un endroit que l'on peut vraiment considérer comme un foyer loin de chez soi. Profitez-en !

A Village in a Park A great holiday for your money .2 story buildings in a park like setting. large pool and a place for small children with a shallow pool . icecream hutt and a beer corner for evening get together with friends. Lobby has lots of seating areas with new furniture. Evening entertainment is fun. There are lots of different dining possibilitiys,a snackbar 3 restaurants and of course the dining hall with a variety of foot for everyone . The beach is nice, good for swimming but there are some rocky areas.Lots of lounges and places in sun or shade.Hotel people are nice and friendly , easy to talk to from the groundskeeper to the top manager. A place you can truly call a home away from home . Enjoy !!!

Nous avons été satisfaits du personnel et de l'hébergement dans notre villa. le personnel a pris son temps et nous a aidés avec nos bagages et le transport. great family holiday what a great time we had at the Memories resort. We were happy with the staff and accommodations for our villa. the staff took there time and assisted us with our luggage and transportation. also the kids enjoyed the pools offered. great food . we will be coming back again. we highly recommend this resort

c'était fantastique les chambres d'hôtel sont très bien situées, elles dépendent de ce que vous voulez faire, à l'arrivée à l'hôtel il y avait beaucoup de monde, pas assez de chambres, alors ils nous ont donné une suite gratuitement, vraiment très bien 2 petites plages, 1 grande le site est grand, donc si vous voulez faire la fête ou être tranquille, vous avez le choix la plongée en apnée par vous même vélo gratuit, les gens sont très sympathiques Nous y retournerons l'année prochaine

week at Club Amigo it was fantastic depend what's you want do ,arrived at hotel it was busy not enough room so they give us suite for free, really good 2 little beach ,1big the site is big so if feel party or quiet you got choose snockling by yourselve free bycicle ,people was really friendly We will go back there next year
