Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Grand centre de villégiature agréable

Nous avons apprécié ce complexe. La nourriture des buffets était moyenne et pourrait être améliorée dans une certaine mesure, mais correcte dans l'ensemble. Le personnel du bar était pour la plupart sympathique et attentif. En ce qui concerne les restaurants à la carte, les restaurants Picolo, Rodizio et Jap étaient bons, le Picolo étant le meilleur. Le restaurant mexicain était horrible. Le terrain était propre et bien entretenu et les divertissements étaient très bons. Les chambres sont très s [... lire plus]tandard et ont besoin d'être rénovées. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons été satisfaits et nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise dans ce complexe. Nous le recommanderons à notre famille et à nos amis et n'hésiterons pas à y retourner un jour.

Nice Large Resort We enjoyed this Resort. The food at the Buffets was average and could be improved to some extent, but okay overall. The bar staff for the most part were friendly and attentive. As far as the a la cart's, the Picolo, Rodizio and Jap restaurants we good with the Picolo being the best. The Mexican restaurant was horrible. The grounds were clean and quite well looked after and the entertainment was very good. The rooms we very standard and definitely need some updating. Overall, we were satisfied and felt comfortable with the Resort. We would recommend the Resort to family and friends and would not hesitate to go back one day.

Allegro Cozumel: Station sympathique et conviviale

Resort très agréable, propre, personnel sympathique, nourriture et choix incroyables. Les chambres sont très belles, surtout au 2ème étage. Cependant les 3 derniers jours il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude, le jour de notre départ nous n'avions pas de pression d'eau du tout.

Nice friendly resort Resort very nice, clean, friendly staff, amazing food & selection. Rooms very nice, especially 2nd floors. However last 3 days there was no hot water, the day we were leaving we had no water pressure at all.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Magnifique, propre et sympathique

Le personnel était serviable. Les chambres étaient propres. La nourriture était excellente. La navette était pratique. Rien d'inattendu. Les options d'excursions étaient excellentes. Les animaux et le climat étaient excellents. Cependant, Akumal semble mieux adapté aux couples. Si vous êtes célibataire, vous devriez séjourner à Tulum ou plus près de Playa del Carmen.

Gorgeous, clean, and friendly Staff was helpful. Rooms were clean. Food was great. Shuttle was convenient. Nothing unexpected. Excursion options were great. Animals and climate was great. Although, akumal seems better suited towards couples. If you are single you should stay at tulum or closer to playa del Carmen.

Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort: un site panoramique absolument stupéfiant

L'hôtel était exceptionnel - belles chambres - excellent service. L'emplacement et le paysage sont magnifiques - montagnes, océan - belle végétation - cactus - fleurs tropicales. Le seul point négatif était les restaurants - ils étaient vraiment corrects, mais pas de qualité 5 étoiles. Le restaurant italien Porto Fino était bon ainsi que l'Oceanea. J'ai eu de meilleurs repas dans d'autres complexes 5 étoiles. Mais cela ne m'empêcherait pas d'y retourner.

absolutely stunning scenic location The resort was exceptional-beautiful rooms-great service. Location and scenic landscape so beautiful-moutains, ocean-beautiful vegetation-cactus - tropical flowers. The only down fall were the restaurants-they really were ok-but not 5 star quality. The Italian restaurant Porto Fino was good and the Oceanea. I have had better food at other 5 star resorts. But it would not really stop me from going back.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Le secret le mieux gardé de la Riviera Maya

Mon conjoint & moi avons séjourné dans ce resort du 5 au 12 mars 2016avec mon frère et sa conjointe. Nous avons tous les quatre été très satisfaits de notre séjour à l'Akumal Bay. Les chambres étaient très propres & spacieuses, le terrain bien entretenu, et surtout nous étions très proches de la plage. Le personnel était excellent, et nous avons été très impressionnés par la qualité de la nourriture au buffet et aux quatre lieux à la carte.

Best kept secret of the Mayan Riviera My spouse & I stayed at this resort from March 5 to 12, 2016with my brother and his spouse. The four of us were very satisfied with our stay at the Akumal Bay. The rooms were very clean & spacious, the grounds well kept, and most of all we were very close to the beach. The staff were exceellent, and vere very impressed by the quality of the food at the buffet and the four a la carte venues.

C'était une station agréable, la nourriture était bonne, il fallait être plus informé sur les résurants, ce qui se passait dans les différents endroits. Les divertissements pourraient être améliorés. A part cela, j'ai rencontré beaucoup de gens formidables et je me suis bien amusé.

Okay place Was a nice resort,food was good,needed to be more informed on the resurants ,what was happening in the various locations. The entertainment could be be improved a lot. Other then that meet a lot of great people and had a lot of fun.

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya Suites: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons bénéficié d'un excellent service. Le personnel a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour mémorable. La plage, les piscines, les restaurants et le terrain étaient vraiment exceptionnels. Sergio et Johnny étaient les meilleurs barmans !

Amazing resort From the moment we arrived we received excellent service. Staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Beach , pools, restaurants and grounds were truly outstanding. Sergio and Johnny were the best bartenders!

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Des vacances formidables

L'hôtel était extraordinaire. Pas besoin de sortir de la station. Le personnel est aimable et serviable. Chambres très propres et terrain impeccable. La nourriture était excellente. Pas de restrictions dans les restaurants à la carte, ce qui était très agréable. La plage était magnifique avec beaucoup de chaises longues.

Terrific vacation Hotel was amazing. No need to go off resort. Staff friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms and grounds kept immaculate. Food was great. No restrictions on a la carte restaurants which was very nice. Beach was wonderful with lots of lounge chairs.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Belle

Le complexe est magnifique. Le service est extraordinaire. Le Splash pad est merveilleux si vous voyagez avec des enfants. Le personnel est très attentif. L'emplacement est éloigné. Le taxi pour Cancun est cher. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Beautiful The resort is beautiful. The service is amazing. The Splash pad is wonderful if you are travelling with kids. Staff is very attentive. Location is remote. Taxi into Cancun is expensive. Will definitley return.

Grand Park Royal Cozumel: Un lieu de villégiature fantastique

La nourriture était d'une qualité bien supérieure à celle des nombreux centres de villégiature où nous sommes allés. Le café-crème glacée était un bonus supplémentaire, que nous avons utilisé chaque jour. Il y avait beaucoup d'activités à faire pour notre famille. La plongée avec masque et tuba juste en face de l'hôtel était vraiment géniale ! Il n'y a que deux choses qui ne sont pas favorables à ce centre de villégiature. Lorsqu'on cherchait une sortie, on nous demandait constamment de faire la [... lire plus] présentation de la multipropriété. L'autre chose, qui n'a pas affecté notre famille, mais qui pourrait avoir un impact si vous vouliez rester dans ce complexe, est le fait que la plage est petite, et si vous êtes un adepte de la marche sur la plage, ce n'est pas le complexe qu'il vous faut. Nous y retournerions volontiers une autre fois. Le personnel n'a jamais demandé de pourboire (même si nous donnions généralement un pourboire de quelques dollars après les repas).

Fantastic resort The food was way above the quality of the many resorts we have been to. The coffee shop ice cream Cafe was an extra added bonus, which we utilized each day. There was plenty of activities to do for our family. The snorkelling right in front of the resort was beyond great! I only had 2 things that were not favourable to this resort. When looking for an outing you were constantly asked to do the time share presentation. The other, which did not affect our family, but could impact if you wanted to stay at the resort, is the fact that the beach area is small, and if you are a beach walker, this would not be the resort for you. We would gladly go back another time. The staff never expected tips (although we typically tipped a couple of dollars after meals).

Très bien entretenu sur toute la ligne. Excellent service. Excellente variété de boissons. Service rapide et courtois. Les piscines étaient superbes, mais la plage était assez petite et très rocailleuse. Pas assez de chaises de plage pour les clients.

Nice clean resort. Great service. Very well maintained all the way around. Excellent service. Excellent variety of drinks. Prompt and courteous service. Pools were great, but beach area was quite small and very rocky. Not enough beach chairs for guests.

Catalonia Playa Maroma: Meilleure plage

Cet avis est mitigé. La meilleure plage de tous les temps - et c'est notre deuxième voyage pour cette seule raison. Les boissons sont bonnes, l'endroit est bien entretenu, mais nous avons eu des punaises de lit - nous avons donc dû changer de chambre après 2 nuits de piqûres (et convaincre l'un des responsables à l'aide des photos que nous avons prises des punaises sur nos téléphones portables que ce n'était pas des piqûres de moustiques). Il y a toujours assez de personnel et les boissons sont  [... lire plus]raisonnables. Ils ont du BON CAFÉ LOCAL et c'est un grand plus pour un buveur de cappuccino comme moi. Je recommande cet endroit à tous ceux qui veulent une bonne plage à un prix raisonnable.

Best beach This review is mixed. Best beach ever - and this is our 2nd trip for that reason alone. The drinks are good, the place is well maintained, but we did have bed bugs - so we had to switch rooms after 2 nights of being bitten (and convincing one of the managers using pictures we took of the bugs on our cell phones that these were not mosquito bites). There is always enough staff and the drinks are reasonable. They have GOOD LOCAL COFFEE and this is a big plus for a cappuccino drinker like myself. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good beach for a reasonable price.

Allegro Cozumel: c'est un grand hôtel !

Le terrain et les espaces publics sont très bien entretenus. La nourriture était très bonne, très variée. Si vous aviez faim en quittant le restaurant, c'était de votre faute. La pression de l'eau le matin était faible et il fallait se doucher en fin d'après-midi avant tout le monde car l'eau chaude s'épuisait rapidement. Payez tout en pesos, c'est moins cher qu'en dollars américains ou canadiens. Nous y retournerons !

this is a great Hotel! The grounds and public areas are very well maintained. Food was very good, a great variety. If you were hungry when you left the restaurant it was your fault. Water pressure in the morning was poor and have a shower late afternoon before everyone else as hot water ran out quickly Great staff. Pay for everything in pesos as it works out cheaper than US of Canadian. We will go back!

Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel and Mexican Charm: Ma nouvelle maison de vacances !!!

Cet hôtel est un joyau, je dis déjà à mes amis que c'est l'endroit où il faut séjourner. Je ne peux rien dire de négatif sur mon séjour. La nourriture était excellente, les chambres propres, les serviettes de bain laissées sur mon lit tous les jours et le personnel extraordinaire. C'est un séjour dont je me souviendrai longtemps.

My new vacation home!!! This hotel is a gem, I am already telling friends this is the place to stay. I can not say anything negative about my stay. From the excellent food, clean rooms, great animal towel arrangement left on my bed daily, and amazing and I mean amazing staff. This was a holiday I will remember for a long time.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Très bel hôtel !!!

J'ai essayé de donner 4 1/2 étoiles, mais je n'ai pas pu. Alors faisons comme si c'était le cas. Le complexe Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda était magnifique ! Cet hôtel mérite mieux qu'une bonne note, mais pas tout à fait une excellente note ! Notre service était excellent ! Il n'y a rien de mauvais à dire sur notre chambre car nous étions très à l'aise ! Je pense juste qu'elle n'était pas tout à fait Excellente, c'est pourquoi 4 1/2 étoiles. Notre voyage a été merveilleux, sauf que l'océan n'était pa [... lire plus]s invitant. Nous avons eu des drapeaux jaunes et rouges toute la semaine. Je ne peux pas blâmer l'hôtel pour cela. La séparation entre l'avant de l'hôtel et la plage était étrange, mais le trajet était magnifique pour marcher ou faire du vélo et les bus mis à disposition par l'hôtel étaient très pratiques et disponibles. Le bar à sièges pivotants était unique pour nous et amusant ! Dans l'ensemble, c'était très agréable !!! Attention aux "requins" (pas de vrais requins) qui essaient d'offrir CircleOne, "pas un timeshare" - comme ils disent. Nous avions besoin de vacances et n'étions pas intéressés par les réunions ou les offres. Si votre nourriture est froide au restaurant mexicain, ne la mangez pas - faites-le savoir à votre serveur. De même, les taxis sont moins chers si vous marchez jusqu'à la route principale, mais n'oubliez pas que vous le faites à vos risques et périls. Tout s'est bien passé pour nous.

Really Nice Resort!!! I tried to give 4 1/2 stars, would not let me. So let's pretend it did. The Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda resort was beautiful! This hotel deserves better than Good, however, not quite Excellent! Our service was Excellent! There was nothing bad to say of our room as we were very comfortable! I just feel it was not quite Excellent, that is why 4 1/2 stars. Our trip was wonderful, except the ocean was not inviting. We had yellow and red flags the whole week. I cannot blame this on the resort. The separation between the front of the resort and the beach area was strange, however, the journey there was gorgeous for walking/ridging and the buses the resort provided for your convenience were very handy and available. The swing-seat bar was unique to us and fun! All in all, this was Really Nice!!! Watch out for the "sharks" (not real sharks) that are trying to offer CircleOne, "not a timeshare" - so they say. We were on a much needed vacation and not interested in any meetings or offers. If your food is cold at the Mexican restaurant, do not eat it - let your waiter know. Also, taxis are cheaper if you walk to the main road, just remember you do so at your own risk. It went well for us.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Centre de villégiature convivial

Le personnel est très aimable et répond à vos besoins. Le choix de la nourriture est excellent, que ce soit au centre de villégiature ou en ville. Les chambres sont propres et si vous avez un problème, il est résolu rapidement. Les toilettes de la piscine sont trop utilisées, mais si les gens étaient informés de l'existence de celles situées près du restaurant buffet, cela réduirait la pression. Je reviendrais.

Friendly Resort The staff are very friendly and cater to you needs. Food choices are excellent at the resort or in town. Rooms are clean and f you have a problem its fixed quickly. Washroom in the pool area gets over used but if people were made aware of the one near the buffet restaurant it would relieve the pressure. Would return again.

Barcelo Maya Palace: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Nous avons beaucoup voyagé dans le passé et sommes allés au Mexique plus de 10 fois. Le Mexique est toujours notre destination de prédilection. C'était notre deuxième séjour dans ce complexe. Le paysage de ce complexe est incroyable. Il y a eu beaucoup de marche, mais comment se plaindre quand on marche dans un paysage aussi beau. Il est fort probable que nous retournions dans ce centre de villégiature dans les deux prochaines années avec notre famille. C'est un endroit extraordinaire pour les f [... lire plus]amilles avec des enfants de tous âges. La salle de sport a dépassé toutes nos attentes. C'est de loin la meilleure installation que nous ayons fréquentée, y compris au Canada.

Amazing resort We have traveled a lot in the past and have gone to Mexico over 10 times. Mexico is always our destination of choice. This was our second time at this resort. The landscape at this resort is incredible. There was a lot of walking but how can you complain when you are walking in such beautiful scenery. We will more then likely return to this resort in the next couple of years with our family. This is an amazing place for families with children of all ages. The gym facility was beyond our expectation. It is by far the best facility we have been to including any Canadian facility.

Grand Sunset Princess: Station balnéaire magnifique si vous séjournez dans la catégorie Platinum ou Villas

C'était bruyant dans la section normale, mais plus paisible et relaxant dans la section Platinum. Dépensez le supplément car cela vaut tout ce que vous obtenez, y compris un meilleur emplacement pour votre chambre, une plage et une piscine privées, un service de conciergerie, etc.

Lovely Resort if you stay in Platinum or Villas It was loud in the regular section, but more peaceful and relaxing in the Platinum section. Spend the extra $ as it's worth everything you get, including better location for your room, private beach and pool area, concierge service, etc.

Barcelo Maya Caribe: Très beau complexe. Très propre.

J'ai adoré le complexe. Les chambres et l'hôtel sont très propres. Le divertissement était bon. Le service était très bon. Le seul reproche que j'ai fait, c'est la nourriture. A peu près la même chose chaque jour et pas très chaude. La nourriture devrait être chaude. Même lorsqu'ils étaient remplis de nouveaux aliments, ils n'étaient pas chauds ; à part cela, c'était super..... J'y retournerai certainement.

Beautiful resort. Very Clean. Loved the resort. Rooms and resort very clean. Entertainment was good. Service very good. Only complaint I had was the food. Pretty much the same each day and not very hot. Food should be hot. Even when just filled with new food it was not hot; other than that it was great.... Definitely would go back.

Las Palmas by the Sea: J'ai adoré l'étoile

Bien que daté, c'est le vrai centre de villégiature mexicain authentique...j'ai rencontré beaucoup de gens formidables qui resteront des amis...grande plage et je souhaite remercier trip central.ca pour m'avoir toujours permis d'aller où je voulais, quand je le voulais et à un bon prix...merci Amanda !

Loved the starr Although dated it is the real authentic Mexican resort…..met many great people who will remain friends……great beach and I wish to thank trip central.ca for always getting me where I want to go and when and at a great price….thanks Amanda!
