Excellente situation. Bonnes installations. Personnel formidable. Chambres propres et confortables bien qu'un peu désuètes (la chambre 421 est une réussite). La qualité de la nourriture semble être bonne mais la variété de la nourriture a besoin d'être améliorée. Demandez une chambre avec vue sur la piscine pour adultes.

Better Than Average Resort Excellent location. Good Facilities. Great staff. Clean & comfortable rooms if somewhat dated(room 421 is a winner). Food quality appeared to be good but food variety needs some help. Ask for a room overlooking the adult swimming pool.

Villablanca Huatulco: Mon lieu de séjour préféré à Huatulco !

C'est un petit, petit hôtel qui est charmant, propre, bien entretenu et dont le personnel est merveilleux. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, même si je ne suis pas sûr de vouloir y aller car il risque d'être trop fréquenté quand je voudrai y aller !

My favourite place to stay in Huatulco! This is a small, small hotethat is lovely, clean, will-maintained and the staff are wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel, although I'm not sure I want to as it it may become too crowded when I want to go!

Camino Real Zaashila: Une situation à couper le souffle

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel principalement en raison de sa taille, nous aimons les touches personnelles, le personnel va au-delà de nos attentes. Ils sont heureux et je dirais que c'est le résultat d'une bonne gestion. La nourriture était excellente et tout était bien organisé. La piscine est belle, propre et grande. Nous reviendrons certainement, oui.

Absolutely breathtaking location We chose this hotel mainly because of its size, we like the personal touches, the staff go above and beyond our expectations. They are a happy group so I would say that comes from good management. The food was excellent and everything was well laid out. Beautiful clean large pool. Would we return definitely yes.

Samba Vallarta: 14 jours de détente et de service

Le personnel est excellent, toujours présent pour tout ce que vous voulez ou ce dont vous avez besoin. Les petites stations sont la meilleure solution, pas de file d'attente et toujours une chaise de plage. Le barbecue en plein air était une touche agréable et le personnel a travaillé très dur pour le rendre possible. C'était nos deuxièmes vacances là-bas et nous y reviendrons certainement.

14 days of relaxing and great service Excellent staff always there for anything you want or need.The smaller resorts are the way to go, no line ups and always a beach chair. The outdoor BBQ was a nice touch the staff worked very hard to make it happen.This was our 2nd holiday there and will definetly return.

El Cid Resort Castilla: J'aurais aimé être là !

J'adore ce complexe, j'y suis allé plusieurs fois et je peux vous assurer que la nourriture est excellente, que le service est de premier ordre, que les divertissements sont excellents et que le personnel de la piscine est amical et inclusif. L'endroit est sûr, nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis mal à l'aise en nous promenant dans le quartier. Nous avions des enfants et des personnes âgées avec nous et tous deux se sont bien amusés, c'est bon pour tous les âges !

Wish I was there! Love this resort, have gone a few times and you can rely on the fact that the food is great, the service is top notch, the entertainment rocks and the pool staff are friendly and inclusive. Location is safe, never felt uneasy walking the area. Had kids and seniors with us and both had a great time, good for all ages!

Occidental Cozumel: Jungle mexicaine

L'hôtel était très joli avec des terrains tropicaux luxuriants et des iguanes très cool. Belle plage avec une bonne plongée en apnée juste à côté. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Je me suis un peu lassé des buffets au déjeuner et au dîner.

Nous y sommes allés pour notre 25e anniversaire en février 2016 et je n'aurais pas pu être plus heureux ! La nourriture, l'hébergement, le personnel, les spectacles, les piscines, l'océan et la plage étaient spectaculaires. J'y retournerais sans hésiter !

Amazing Resort! We went for our 25th Anniversary in February 2016 and I could not have been more happier! The food, accommodations, staff, shows, pools, ocean and beach were spectacular. I would totally go back again!

Grand Oasis Cancun: Plage et piscines agréables. Essayez d'éviter les vacances de mars !

Le plus : la plage est magnifique, beaucoup de restaurants (deux buffets, steakhouse, mexicain, chinois). Côté négatif : trop bruyant pour nous. Les 5 bâtiments sont construits de telle sorte que vous entendez une porte fermée non seulement à votre niveau mais aussi dans les 10 halls à l'intérieur du bâtiment et croyez-moi, il y avait beaucoup de portes fermées car nous avons pris les vacances de mars aux Etats-Unis et il y avait beaucoup de cris au milieu de la nuit ! Essayez d'éviter les vacan [... lire plus]ces de mars, sauf si vous êtes un étudiant. La télévision nous réveillait au hasard, au milieu de la nuit. La chambre d'hôtel, je la classerais à 3 étoiles. Nous avons payé 30 USD pour avoir accès à Internet. Attention : à l'intérieur de l'hôtel, il y a au moins 8 agents de voyage travaillant de 8 à 5 pour une agence de voyage Lifestyle…something , qui essaient d'attirer avec un paquet de bienvenue de tequila dans un abonnement de voyage avec eux. Expérience globale : 3.5 à 4 étoiles.

Nice beach and pools. Try to avoid March break! On the plus side: beach is wonderful, lots of restaurants (two buffets, steakhouse, Mexican, Chinese). On the minus side: too noisy for us. The 5 buildings are built such you hear a closed door not only from your level but from all the 10 halls inside the building and believe me, there were lots of closed doors because we caught the US March break and there was a lot of screaming in the middle of the night! Try to avoid March break, unless you are a college student. The TV was waking up us randomly, in the middle of the night. The hotel room I would rank it at 3 stars. Paid $30 USD to get internet access. Be aware: inside the resort there are at least 8 travel agents working 8 to 5 from a travel agency Lifestyle…something , who are trying to lure with a tequila welcome package into a travel membership with them. Overall experience: 3.5 -4 stars.

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Grand Sirenis Resort

Je n'ai visité qu'un seul autre centre de villégiature tout compris, mais celui-ci a répondu à mes attentes. Air Transat s'est occupé de nous et le personnel qui nous a accueillis au centre de villégiature était agréable et efficace. La chambre était assez bonne et répondait à mes besoins. Comme elle se trouvait au troisième étage, la pluie battait fort sur le toit et le vent sifflait à travers les portes-fenêtres. Les piscines étaient très animées. J'ai surtout mangé dans les deux buffets et j' [... lire plus]ai essayé de nombreux plats différents. Les mariés semblaient bien servis pour leur mariage sur la plage. Le concierge s'est montré très serviable et le jour du départ s'est déroulé sans encombre. Dans l'ensemble, les vacances ont été agréables, mais je ne pense pas que je retournerai dans cette région. Je l'ai trouvée assez chère avec la conversion peso/CAD.

I have only been to one other all-inclusive resort but I found this one met my expectations. Air Transat looked after us and the staff receiving us at the resort were pleasant and efficient. The room was good enough and met my needs. Being on the 3rd floor, the rain was loud pounding on the roof and the wind whistled through the patio doors. The pools were buzzing with activity. I ate mostly in the two buffet areas and tried many different dishes. Our bride and groom seemed to be well served at their beach wedding. The concierge was very helpful and the check out day was painless. Overall, it was a pleasant holiday although I do not think I will go back to that area. I found it quite expensive with peso/CAD conversion.

Très beau complexe. La nourriture était bonne également. La plage pourrait être un peu plus propre (beaucoup d'algues) mais dans l'ensemble nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Le personnel était très sympathique. Les chambres étaient très propres et modernes. Tout fonctionnait bien.

Posada Real Ixtapa: Un excellent rapport qualité-prix - des employés exceptionnels !

Nous avons passé 7 jours de vacances tout compris à l'hôtel Posada Real. L'emplacement ne pourrait être meilleur ; vous pouvez marcher le long de la bande d'hôtels dans tout Ixtapa, le bus passe juste à côté et vous déposera où vous voulez à Ixtapa ou Zihuatanejo pour moins d'un dollar. L'enregistrement a été très rapide, tout comme le départ. Il n'y a pas eu de frais supplémentaires ou cachés, et le personnel de la réception était toujours prêt lorsque j'avais besoin de quelque chose (de la mo [... lire plus]nnaie, une serviette de plage neuve, une question sur l'endroit où trouver un certain aliment à Ixtapa/Zihua). La chambre était propre, il y avait une lumière à remplacer dans la salle de bain, et elle a été réparée moins d'une heure après que je l'ai mentionnée. L'air conditionné était puissant et la télévision avait quelques chaînes américaines, ce qui me permettait de regarder des émissions en anglais. Chaque matin, la chambre était propre, les serviettes remplacées, les bouteilles d'eau fraîche et le café à portée de main. La piscine est le point fort de l'hôtel ; elle est absolument parfaite. Aucun hôtel du strip ne vous rapprochera de l'océan. L'hôtel étant plus petit, il y a suffisamment de chaises et de chaises longues pour tout le monde, et le service au bar de la piscine et aux bars de la plage est de premier ordre. La piscine est infinie et possède une fontaine qui jaillit vers le haut ! Le buffet correspond à ce que l'on peut attendre d'un buffet. Il n'est pas très sophistiqué, mais je ne me suis jamais couché le ventre vide. Il y a également un menu que vous pouvez commander si vous n'aimez pas ce qui est servi ce soir-là. Le petit-déjeuner est le meilleur repas de la journée : crêpes fraîches, omelettes ou quesadillas préparées à la demande. Le personnel s'efforce d'apprendre à vous connaître, si bien qu'au moment où nous nous adressions à l'hôtesse, le serveur avait déjà préparé notre table préférée avec du café chaud. Le personnel est très attentif. La plage est magnifique et à couper le souffle. Je pourrais jouer dans les vagues pendant des heures. Il n'y a pas d'animation au bord de la piscine ni de "showtime" nocturne comme j'en ai connu dans d'autres complexes mexicains, mais cela ne m'a pas dérangé. Certains soirs, le restaurant nous servait un barbecue à l'extérieur. De plus, toute l'eau ici est purifiée, vous pouvez donc boire au robinet sans tomber malade - c'est un ENORME avantage pour moi. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute. Superbe lieu de vacances pour un budget limité. Certaines personnes se plaignent de la fréquentation de cet hôtel par les locaux, mais j'ai deux choses à dire à ce sujet : 1) il est suffisamment authentique et luxueux pour que les locaux veuillent le visiter et je suis d'accord à 100% et 2) l'hôtel accueille les ressortissants et leurs familles, et je ne voudrais pas séjourner dans un hôtel qui exclut les ressortissants ou qui ne les accueille pas. Je suis au Mexique pour voir le Mexique et profiter du Mexique et de ses habitants. Nous avons trouvé les ressortissants mexicains sympathiques et bien élevés. L'ensemble du complexe (hall, chambres, piscine, plage, cages d'escalier, couloirs) est IMMACULABLE. Le personnel veille à la propreté et à l'ordre.

Great value - exceptional employees! We went on a 7-day all inclusive vacation, staying at the Posada Real. The location could not be better; you can walk the strip of hotels all throughout Ixtapa, the bus goes right by and will drop you off anywhere you want in Ixtapa or Zihuatanejo for less than a dollar. Check-in was super fast, as was check out. No extra or hidden charges anywhere, and the front desk staff was always ready whenever I needed something (change, a fresh beach towel, a question about where to find a certain food in Ixtapa/Zihua). The room was clean, there was a light that needing replacing in the bathroom, and it was fixed less than 1 hour after I mentioned it. The airconditioning was powerful, and the TV had a couple USA channels so I could watch some shows in English. Every morning, the room was clean, towels replaced, and fresh water bottles and coffee at the ready. The pool is the highlight; absolutely perfect. No hotel on the strip will get you closer to the ocean. Being a smaller resort, there are chairs and loungers enough for everyone, and the service at the swimup bar and the beach bars are top notch. The pool is an infinite pool and has a fountain shooting upwards in it! The buffet is what you would expect from buffet food. It in not that fancy, but I never went to bed hungry. There is also a menu you can order off of if you do not like what is being served that night. The breakfast was the best meal of the day; fresh pancakes, omelets or quesadillas made to order. The staff work really hard to get to know you, so by the time we approached the hostess, the waiter would have our favorite table ready with hot coffee already pouring. Super attentive wait-staff. The beach is stunning and breathtaking. I could play in the surf for hours. There is no poolside entertainment or nightly "showtime" like I've experienced in other Mexican resorts, but I didn't mind that. Some evenings the restaurant would serve us outside for a BBQ. Also, all the water here is purified, so you can drink from the tap without getting sick - that's a HUGE plus for me. I would definitely return. Great vacation spot on a budget. Some people complain about locals visiting this hotel but I say 2 things about that: 1) it is authentic enough and luxurious enough that locals want to visit and I get behind that 100% and 2) the resort welcomes nationals and their families, and I wouldn't want to stay at a resort that priced nationals out or didn't welcome them. I'm in Mexico to see Mexico and enjoy Mexico and its people. We found the nationals to be friendly and well-mannered. The whole resort (lobby, rooms, pool, beach, stairwells, hallways) is IMMACULATE. The staff keep it super clean and tidy.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Un endroit formidable.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Le complexe était très bien entretenu, les terrains étaient bien aménagés, une fois que nous avons compris. Lol. Les cartes fournies étaient très confuses. La nourriture était également très bonne, mais nous avions avec nous quelqu'un qui avait une aversion pour les oignons et il y en avait dans tout.

Awesome place. We enjoyed our stay very much. The resort was very well kept , the grounds were well laid out, once we figured it out. Lol. Maps supplied were very confusing. Food was very good as well, but we have someone with us that had an aversion to onions and they were in everything.

Si vous aimez marcher, vous allez adorer ce centre de villégiature ! Il y a des kilomètres de sentiers à parcourir. La nourriture était vraiment bonne. Les bars étaient bien approvisionnés. Les plages et la plongée avec tuba sont excellentes ! Personnel exceptionnel. C'est un lieu de villégiature à ne pas manquer.

Very beautiful, modern resort If you enjoy walking, you'll love this resort! Widespread with miles of paths to walk. Food was really good. Bars were well stocked. Beaches and snorkelling top notch! Exceptional staff. It's a must see resort.

All Ritmo Cancun Resort And Waterpark: Bon petit complexe familial

Les chambres (suite junior vue océan) sont propres, spacieuses, avec une belle vue. Un peu à l'écart de la zone hôtelière dense. Le resort est un peu petit, il n'y a pas beaucoup de restaurants mais la qualité de la nourriture est bonne. Le parc aquatique et les activités environnantes étaient super pour les enfants, le bar et les toilettes de ce côté étaient vraiment bien. Beaucoup d'activités, belle plage et je me suis sentie en sécurité en laissant mon fils de 9 ans explorer un peu tout seul.

Good smaller family resort Rooms (junior suite ocean view) we clean, spacious, beautiful view. A little distance from the dense hotel district. Resort is in the small side, not very much dining but the food quality is good. Water park and surrounding activities were great for the kids, bar and washrooms on that side were really nice. Lots of activities, nice beach and I felt safe letting my nine year old explore a little on his own.

Riu Caribe Cancun: Très amusant

La chambre, le personnel, la plage, la nourriture, les divertissements étaient tous excellents. L'accès au ferry était très proche pour se rendre à Isla Mujeres. Les activités sur la plage et à la piscine ont fait participer tout le monde. Je recommanderais Trip Central à tout le monde. C'était le premier voyage de ma copine et j'ai hâte d'y retourner.

Great fun The room, staff ,beach , food , entertainment were all great. The access to the ferry was very close to get to isla mujeres . The activity on the beach and pool got everyone involved. I would recommend trip central to everyone . This was my girlfriends first trip and looking forward to go again.
