Riu Dunamar: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Tout était parfait dans ce centre de villégiature. La seule mauvaise expérience que nous ayons eue est la suivante : de l'aéroport à l'hôtel, nous avons oublié notre sac dans la camionnette Sunwing, ce que nous avons remarqué après l'enregistrement. Nous l'avons remarqué plus tard après l'enregistrement et nous avons signalé notre oubli au représentant de Sunwing. Le chauffeur Jose n'a pas été honnête et nous a dit qu'il n'avait rien trouvé. Amazing resort Everything at this resort was perfect. The only one bad experience we had was:From aeroport to resort by sunwing van transportation we forget our bag . We noticed later after check in.Reported right way to reprezantantive sun wing. Driver Jose wasnt honest told didnt find anything. Emailed back to sunwing no response.

L'hôtel est agréable. Très beau pour les yeux. La nourriture n'est pas mauvaise mais c'est toujours la même chose. J'ai eu du mal à dormir à cause de tous les bruits. Les chambres étaient propres. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi les gens y amènent des enfants.

Nice resort The hotel was nice. Very good looking for the eyes. The food is not bad but its always the same thing. I had difficulty to sleep because of all the noises. The rooms were clean. I dont understNd why people bring children there.

Grand Oasis Cancun: Cancun

Idéal pour faire la fête, mais c'est à peu près tout. Les chambres sont en fait assez décentes mais le personnel et la nourriture ne sont pas géniaux. Pas amical anglais et la plupart du personnel semblait énervé d'être là. J'ai été dans d'autres stations au Mexique qui étaient des années-lumière mieux. Mais si vous voulez aller avec une bande de gars et faire la fête et rencontrer des ppl c'est l'endroit

Great for partying but that’s about it. Rooms actually pretty decent but staff, and food not great. Not English friendly and most staff seemed pissed to be there. Been to other resorts in Mexico that were light years better. But if you want to go with a bunch of guys and party and meet ppl it’s the place

Emporio Cancun: médiocre, mieux dans une grande chaîne de magasins

L'hôtel n'était pas vraiment 4 étoiles. Il n'y avait qu'un restaurant et un buffet qui ressemblait plus à un snack bar. Le transit Airtransat pour le vol de retour était 3 heures avant le vol et l'hôtel a refusé de nous aider avec la nourriture le matin parce que le buffet ouvrait à 7 heures et que nous partions à 6h35. Ils ont essayé de nous pousser à aller dans leur magasin pour acheter des sandwichs alors que nous avions tout compris, ils ont refusé de nous donner de la nourriture à emport [... lire plus]er lorsque nous sommes venus au restaurant un soir avant le vol. Nous avons même parlé au gérant du buffet qui nous a expliqué que le "ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT" n'est que dans le restaurant. C'est la première fois que je fais l'expérience de quelque chose de stupide comme ça dans un hôtel ALL INCLUSIVE. Les boissons étaient correctes, mais le choix n'était pas comparable à celui des chaînes Bahia Principe ou Secrets que nous fréquentons habituellement. Oubliez les smoothies aux fruits frais avec de l'alcool. Il n'y a que des boissons standard que l'on trouve dans n'importe quel bar. Un autre problème majeur pour lequel je laisse une évaluation si faible était la rénovation constante. Nous avons des enfants et nous sommes allés à l'hôtel spécifiquement parce qu'il y a une petite piscine pour enfants avec des toboggans. Mais ils ont fait des rénovations toute la semaine, notamment : construction d'escaliers en ciment (j'ai particulièrement apprécié de respirer ce matériau), soudure en plein air (à un mètre de la piscine pour enfants, mettant la vue de mes enfants en danger), construction d'une structure de type pergola en bois avec des copeaux de bois sur tout le sol et, bien sûr, couverture du bois avec du sel qui pue comme des produits chimiques fous. La climatisation de la chambre était très bruyante et les lits médiocres. Contrairement à nos demandes pour que notre chambre soit nettoyée le matin, très souvent lorsque nous revenions de la plage à 2 ou 3 heures de l'après-midi, elle n'était toujours pas nettoyée et nous n'avons pas pu faire la sieste avec nos enfants. Sur une note positive, ils avaient une plage presque vide avec des lits confortables parce que l'hôtel était plein de jeunes ivres et ils dormaient toute la journée et un bon choix de nourriture dans le menu des serveurs sur la plage et autour de la piscine. De plus, un remerciement spécial au restaurant italien qui était absolument phénoménal. S'il y avait 2 ou 3 restaurants comme celui-là et que nous pouvions y manger plus d'une fois par jour, je donnerais une meilleure note à l'hôtel.

mediocre resourt, better off in larger chain Hotel was not really 4 star. It only had 1 restaurant and 1 buffet that looked more like a snack bar. Airtransat transit for return flight was 3 hours before the flight and hotel refused to help with food in the morning because buffet opened up at 7 and we were leaving at 6:35. They tried to hussle us into going to their store and buying sandwiches even though we had all inclusive, refused to give us food to go when we came to restaurant a night before the flight. We even spoke to manager of the buffet who explained to us that ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT is only in the restaurant. this is a first time i had experiences something stupid like that in ALL INCLUSIVE hotel. Drinks were ok, but selection was not comparable to say Bahia Principe or Secrets chains that we normally go to. Forget about fresh fruit smoothies with alcohol. Only standart stuff you find in any bar. Another major issue why i am leaving such low review was constant renovation. We have kids and we specifically went to the hotel because it has small kids swimmingpool for kids with slides. But they were making renovations all week and that included: building stairs from cement (i especially enjoyed breathing that stuff), welding out in the open (mere meter from the kids pool putting my kids sight at risk), making pergola type structure out of wood with wood shavings all over the floor and then of cause covering wood with sealeant that stunk like crazy chemicals. In room AC was super noisy and beds mediocre. On contrary to our requests to get our room clean in the morning, very often when we got back from beach at 2-3pm it was still not cleaned and we could not have nap with kids. On a good note, they had nearly empty beach with nice comfortable beds because hotel was full of drunk kids and they were sleeping all day and good selection of food from menu from waiters on the beach and around the pool. Also, special thanks to italian restaurant that was absolutely phenominal. If they had 2-3 restaurants like that and we could eat there more then once a day, i would give hotel higher rating.

Sandos Cancun: Une station unique et étonnante

Le complexe est très bien entretenu et nos chambres étaient très confortables et spacieuses. La nourriture était excellente. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le restaurant Tempanyaki et le restaurant Steak and Fish. Il y avait beaucoup d'activités différentes à faire... Vélo, nage avec palmes, masque et tuba, toboggans aquatiques et spectacles nocturnes. Nous étions à proximité de Playa del Carmen. De superbes vacances en famille !

Unique, amazing resort The resort is was very beautifully maintained and our rooms were very comfortable and roomy. The food was great. We especially liked the Tempanyaki and the Steak and fish restaurants. There were a lot of different activities to do...Biking, denote swim and snorkel, water slides, and nightly shows. We were close to Playa del Carmen. Great family vacation!!

Temptation Resort & Spa: Un lieu de séjour agréable

Nous sommes restés 7 nuits et nous nous sommes bien amusés. La nourriture et le service étaient très bons et j'y retournerai certainement bientôt. L'eau de la piscine était très chaude et pas rafraîchissante dans l'après-midi. Tous les restaurants étaient excellents.

Fun place to stay We stayed for 7 nights and had a blast. The Food and service was very good and I would definitely go back soon. Pool water was very warm and not refreshing in the afternoon. All restaurants were great.

Tous les aspects de ce complexe sont des A+. Le seul problème était que la plage n'était pas utilisable en raison des algues. Je sais que c'est hors du contrôle de qui que ce soit. J'ai apprécié le fait que le complexe avait des machines de construction qui nettoyaient les algues 12 heures par jour.

Amazing Resort All aspects of this resort is an A+. Only issue was that the beach was not usable due to seaweed. I know its out of anyone’s control. I appreciate the fact that resort had construction machines cleaning the seaweed 12 hours a day.

Secrets Playa Mujeres: Vacances à Ensueño

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cet hôtel, tout y est excellent, depuis le confort des chambres jusqu'à l'attention de tous les employés, en passant par les clients de l'hôtel, les excellents restaurants et la cuisine délicieuse. Les chambres sont incroyables le service est très mauvais les gens ne sont pas amicaux ou serviables la nourriture tellement de choix les spectacles sont incroyables la nuit mais pas de divertissement par la piscine ou la musique qui est un peu ennuyeux la plage je n'ai pas aimé

Lors de l'enregistrement, les employés de l'accueil ont été très impolis et peu compréhensifs lorsque nous leur avons dit que nous avions déjà enregistré nos bagages et que nous étions en retard pour notre vol. Même après cela, ils ont refusé de nous laisser partir même après que nous leur ayons dit que nous allions être en retard pour le vol

Worst service ever When checking out the workers at the front were very rude and non understanding when we told them we alredy checked out and was late for flight. Even after that they refuse to let us leave even after we told them were going to be late for the flight

The Sens Cancun: Belle station !

L'Oasis Palm resort est un bel endroit où séjourner. Les chambres sont propres et agréables (ce serait mieux s'il y avait un réfrigérateur), mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit confortable. Belle piscine et plage propre. La seule chose qui nous dérange est que nous devons faire la queue à chaque fois que nous avons besoin d'une boisson à cause du manque de barmans... Tout le reste était correct.

Nice resort! The Oasis Palm resort it is a beautiful place to stay. Clean & nice rooms (it would be nicer if it has a fridge) but overall it is a comfy place. Beautiful swimming pool and clean beach. The only thing that bothers us is that we have to make lines every time we need a drink because of a shortage of bartenders... Everything else was ok.

Riu Palace Peninsula: C'est un lieu de villégiature fantastique, hautement recommandé

Le terrain est bien entretenu et magnifiquement aménagé. La vue depuis la chambre 1631 est à couper le souffle. Nous nous sommes photographiés chaque soir avant le dîner sur le balcon en utilisant comme arrière-plan le coucher de soleil, l'océan avec les bateaux de pirates et la ville de Cancún. Nous avons également photographié le lever du soleil le matin en utilisant le même arrière-plan. Nous remercions sincèrement Maria qui a nettoyé notre chambre et Madai et Reyes qui se sont occupés de nou [... lire plus]s au petit-déjeuner et au déjeuner. Ces trois membres du personnel nous ont traités comme une famille pendant notre séjour de deux semaines. L'équipe de divertissement était formidable, dirigée par Eric, Carlos et Angel. Au cours des deux semaines, nous avons pris plus de 4000 photos, y compris des activités à la plage, à la piscine et au théâtre Latina. Les spectacles mexicains, mayas et Michael Jackson étaient fantastiques. La nourriture et les boissons étaient excellentes. Cependant, nous sommes tous les trois tombés malades à cause de la nourriture. Il est donc nécessaire de mettre en place des pratiques d'hygiène appropriées à tout moment pour éviter que cela ne se produise.

This a fantastic resort, highly recommended The grounds are well kept and beautifully landscaped. The view from room 1631 is a sight to behold. We photographed ourselves each night before dinner on the balcony using the sunset, the ocean with the pirates boats, and downtime Cancun as the background. We also photographed sunrise in the morning using the same background. Our sincere thank you to Maria who cleaned our room and many thanks to Madai and Reyes who looked after us both at breakfast and lunch. These three staff members treated us like family during our two-week stay. The entertainment staff was great led by Eric, Carlos, and Angel. Over the the two weeks we took over 4000 pictures including activities by the beach, pool, and the Latina theatre. The Mexican, Mayan, and Michael Jackson shows were fantastic. The food and drinks were great. However, one sour note is that all three of us got sick from the food so proper hygiene practices must be in place at all times to prevent this from happening.

Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Un service exceptionnel

Tout est parfait : la nourriture, les boissons, la chambre, le service et l'endroit. La seule chose que je suggérerais, c'est de retarder l'heure de fermeture des piscines et de faire quelque chose le soir en plein air pour les adultes - piscine ouverte/bars, musique en plein air.

Amazing service Everything's perfectttt--food, drinks, room, service and place. The only thing I would suggest is to have a later closing time on the swimming pools and they should something at night outdoors for the adults-- open swimminh pool/bars, music outdoor.

Paradisus Cancun: La grande dame

L'hôtel est tout à fait extraordinaire. Il est tout ce qu'il est censé être. Le personnel était très attentif aux détails de l'entretien de la propriété et veillait à ce que les clients soient bien pris en charge. La propriété est magnifique et fait face à l'océan à l'arrière. Pendant notre séjour, il y a eu deux jours de fortes pluies et deux jours de faibles pluies. Les jours de fortes pluies, l'hôtel a montré qu'il avait besoin d'un peu d'entretien. La pluie entrait par les cloisons en  [... lire plus]verre et, à certains endroits, par le toit, mais la pluie était forte et il fallait s'y attendre... et même dans notre chambre. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un excellent hôtel, avec un personnel formidable, qui a juste besoin d'un peu de soin pour peaufiner les détails. Comme nous étions là pendant la saison des pluies, il y avait beaucoup d'algues sur la plage, qui étaient enlevées tous les deux jours.

The Grand old Lady The hotel is pretty amazing. It is everything it is supposed to be. The staff were very attentive to the details of maintaining the property and making sure the guests were very well taken care of. It is a beautiful property facing the ocean on the back side. The weather while we were there was 2 days of severe rain and 2 days of light rain. On the days with the severe rain, the hotel showed its age, in that it needs a little TLC. There was rain coming in through the glass partitions, and in some areas the roof, but the rain was severe so this was to be expected.,and even into our room. Overall a great hotel, amazing staff, just needs some TLC to polish up the details. Because we were there in the rainy season, there was a great deal of seaweed on the beach which was removed every couple of days.

Temptation Resort & Spa: Un endroit idéal pour séjourner !

Tout dans cet hôtel est amusant. Les couleurs, les gens, les divertissements, tout ce que vous pouvez imaginer. L'atmosphère est vraiment accueillante et tout le monde est là pour s'amuser. Nous avons rencontré des gens formidables venus de tout le Canada et des États-Unis.

Great place to stay! Everything about this hotel is fun. The colors, the people, the entertainment, anything you can think of. The atmosphere is really inviting and everyone is there for a good time. We met so many great people from all over Canada and the US.

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de faire des commentaires sur les voyages car je pense que c'est l'expérience et le niveau de relaxation que vous pouvez atteindre. cet hôtel était très joliment conçu. le bleu tropical qui se trouve dans tout l'hôtel est attrayant. les chambres étaient spacieuses et propres. les salles de bains très grandes. le personnel était agréable et accommodant. le personnel de restauration et le personnel du bar, excellents. Nourriture : bien qu'il y ait une grande variété, nous [... lire plus] avons trouvé que c'était très fade. Les desserts étaient jolis à regarder, mais ils étaient affreux. Ils n'avaient littéralement aucun goût. Cependant, l'une de nos quatre personnes était malade et le chef lui a préparé une soupe et du riz spécial. Plage. On m'a dit par la suite que les meilleures périodes pour y aller afin de ne pas rencontrer d'algues étaient avant mai et après juillet. il y avait tellement d'algues, mais elles étaient entretenues par le personnel. on ne peut rien faire contre mère nature. cependant, un crime a été commis quelques jours avant notre arrivée. nous avons été choqués lorsque nous avons vu le policier entièrement vêtu porter un énorme pistolet. mais à part cela, nous ne nous sommes pas sentis en danger. Piscines : les piscines étaient fantastiques. il y a 5 piscines, toutes superbes. aucune plainte. divertissements : il y avait une variété de spectacles qui satisfaisaient les différents types de clients qu'ils avaient. l'hôtel lui-même était fantastique.

Excellent Staff! I usually do not comment about trips as I believe it is the experience and the level of relaxation you can achieve. this hotel was very beautifully designed. the tropical blue that is through out the hotel is appealing. the room were spacious and clean. bathrooms very large. the staff was pleasant and accomidating. the food staff and bar staff, excellent. Food: although there was a large variety, we found that it was very bland. They did have different sauces to add spice to the food if you desired. the desserts were pretty to look at. but the they tasted awful. they literally had no taste. however, one of our 4 was sick and they chef made soup and special rice for her. so that was above and beyond excellent service. Beach. I was told after that the best times to go so you do not encounter the seaweed is before May and after July. there was so much seaweed, but it was maintained by the staff .nothing you can do about mother nature. however there was a crime that occurred a few days before we arrived. we were shocked when we saw the fully garbed policy carrying a huge gun. but aside from that we did not feel unsafe. Pools: the pools were fantastic. there are 5 pools- all great. no complaints. entertainment: they had a variety of shows that satisfied the different type of clients they had. so it was fair. the hotel itself was fantastic.

Zoetry Villa Rolandi Isla Mujeres Cancun: Excellent centre de villégiature

Le personnel commentateur est toujours très agréable. La nourriture est excellente. Les vues depuis le terrain et la chambre étaient à couper le souffle. Nous avons profité de la visite recommandée de l'île en taxi, qui valait bien l'argent et nous a permis de passer une après-midi agréable à voir les sites touristiques.

Excellent Resort Commentating staff who are very always pleasant. The food top notch. The views from the grounds and room were breath taking. We took advantage of the recommended cab tour of the island it was well worth the money and a great afternoon to see the sights.
