L'hôtel est agréable et globalement propre et les services sont globalement bons la nourriture est bonne les restaurants à la carte sont tous bons sauf le restaurant Kyoto ( les serveurs n'écoutent pas ou ne comprennent pas bien ce que vous voulez vraiment pour le dîner et aussi le restaurant Steak nous a fait payer 2 canettes de bière Sapporo 68 dollars ce n'était pas acceptable) il y a certaines choses doivent être nettoyées les pierres et les rochers sur la plage le long du rivage font très m [... lire plus]al aux pieds une des plus grandes questions "pourquoi c'est comme ça" concerne l'alcool le service commence à 12 heures et se termine à 12 heures donc après minuit il n'y a rien à boire je pense que c'est trop pour les gens qui vont là pour des vacances ou pour s'amuser. Beaucoup de choses basées sur des frais supplémentaires je n'ai jamais payé près de 300 dollars de frais supplémentaires de toute ma vie

So So Hotel is nice and overall clean and services are overall good food is good a la carte restaurants are all good except Kyoto restaurant ( servers either don't listen or understand well what do you really want to have for dinner and also Steak restaurant's charging us for 2 can of Sapporo beer 68 dollars was not acceptable ) there are certain things they need to clean the stones and rock at the beach along the shore they hurt your feet really bad one of the biggest "why is it like that" question goes to liquor service starts 12 pm and ends 12 am so after midnight there is nothing to drink this is i think too much for people who goes there for vacation or have fun . Many things based on extra charges i never paid almost 300 dollars extra charges anytime in my life before

Occidental Tucancun: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire, comme d'habitude

Permettez-moi de commencer par dire que c'est la cinquième fois que je viens dans ce centre de villégiature et qu'il s'améliore à chaque fois. Les gens sont fantastiques et le personnel de la réception est toujours accommodant. Le groom s'est souvenu de moi lorsque je suis descendu de la navette. La nourriture est incroyablement bonne. Bien que j'aie voyagé seule cette fois-ci, on m'a fait sentir que je ne l'étais pas. Je recommande le restaurant mexicain Linda Vista et vous pouvez faire a [... lire plus]utant de réservations que vous le souhaitez. Je m'attendais à ce qu'il y ait beaucoup de locaux parce que c'était la mi-juillet, mais il y avait toujours environ 50 % de lits disponibles. Le problème des algues n'est pas aussi grave qu'on le dit. La température de la piscine était idéale et je n'ai eu que du soleil toute la semaine. J'ai hâte de revenir ici. Un grand merci à Ismael au bar du hall et aux autres membres du personnel. Michael à la piscine pour adultes pendant la semaine du 17 au 22 juillet a été fantastique et je ne peux pas croire que quelqu'un ait eu le culot de se plaindre qu'il n'était pas servi car il était très attentif et professionnel à tout moment. J'ai pris la chambre 3001 qui avait deux balcons et une chambre avec vue sur l'océan. Chambres spacieuses et très propres.

Amazing Resort as usual Let me just start by saying that this is my 5th time to this resort and it keeps getting better each and every time. People are fantastic and front desk staff is always accommodating. Bellman remembered me as i got off of the shuttle. The food was crazy good. Although I did travel alone this time I was made to feel as if I wasn't. I recommend Linda Vista Mexican restaurant and you can make as many reservations as you want. I expected a lot of locals because it was middle of July yet there were about 50% of beds available always. The seaweed problem is not as bad as has been portrayed. The pool temperature was ideal and I had nothing but sunshine all week long. I can't wait to come back here again. Shout out to Ismael in the lobby bar and the other fine staff. Michael in the adult pool during the week of July 17 - 22 was fantastic and I can't believe someone had the nerve to complain about him that they weren't being served as he was very attentive and professional at all times. I had room 3001 which had two balconies and oceanview room as well. Spacious rooms and very clean.

Occidental Arenas Blancas: Grande période

La plage de l'Occidental était incroyable, la vie nocturne en dehors de la station est l'une des meilleures. 5 minutes à pied de tous les bars et restaurants. Nous avons eu quelques problèmes avec notre chambre, mais lorsque nous avons parlé au service clientèle, le directeur s'est occupé de tout en nous obtenant une nouvelle chambre, en s'assurant que cette chambre était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin a été pris en charge comme si nous étions de la famille. Notre  [... lire plus]avion a été retardé et lorsque nous avons parlé au service clientèle, ils nous ont donné un départ tardif sans frais. Je recommanderais ce centre de villégiature 10/10. Great Time The beach at occidental was amazing, the night life outside of the resort is one of the best. 5 minute walk from all the bars and restaurants. We had a few issues with our room but when we talked to guest services the manager took care of everything by getting us a new room, making sure this room was up to our expectations. Anything we needed we were taken care of like we were family. Our plane was delayed and when we talked to guest services they gave us a late check out at no cost. Would recommend this resort 10/10. Thanks too all who made this trip enjoyable! If you need a taxi call Pedro with the convertible amazing taxi and also does tours around Varadero!

Barcelo Solymar: Ce n'est plus comme avant !

J'ai séjourné au Barcelo du 12 au 18 juillet La pire expérience que j'ai eue, d'aussi loin que je me souvienne. J'ai été très malade, pensant que c'était la nourriture qui posait problème. Les chambres étaient toutes délabrées, de la moisissure sur les murs, des lits usés, l'hôtel dans un état de délabrement total, je ne recommande pas et n'y retournerai pas. Le seul point positif de l'hôtel était la plage et le personnel était agréable, dommage que je ne puisse pas en dire autant de l'état de l [... lire plus]'hôtel

Not like it used to be!! Stayed at Barcelo from July 12-18 Worst experience ive had that I could remember. Got really sick thinking it was food posing. Rooms were all run down, mould on the walls, beds worn out, hotel in total shambles would not recommend and wont go back. Only good thing about the resort was the beach and the staff was pleasant, too bad i cant say the same about the conditions of the resort

Barcelo Bavaro Palace: des vacances merveilleuses !!!!

Mon mari et moi avons passé de merveilleuses vacances à l'hôtel Barcelo Bavaro Palace à Punta Cana. Dès notre arrivée, tout le personnel a été très amical, poli et serviable. wonderful vacation!!!! My husband and I had a wonderful holiday at the Barcelo Bavaro Palace Hotel in Punta Cana, from the moment of our arrival all the staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. Our very nice room with good cleaning service, good air conditioning We liked the restaurants a la carte excellent attention and food all the staff very attentive and helpful The two buffets had varied and delicious food A beautiful white beach which we enjoyed very much under the shade of its beautiful palm trees the only thing that we did not like much were the recreationalists did not really show much enthusiasm the only one that we liked was the pool Good transport service, great disco ... In general we had a great vacation !!!!! Thank you

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Belle station balnéaire

L'hôtel était absolument magnifique. Pour ma première expérience tout compris, je n'aurais pas pu demander mieux. Le personnel était sympathique et le terrain était magnifique. La nourriture était très bonne et offrait une grande variété d'options, et même si quelque chose n'était pas disponible, le personnel s'adaptait.

Beautiful resort The hotel was absolutely stunning. For my first all-inclusive experience I could not have asked for a better one. The staff were friendly and the grounds were gorgeous. The food was very good, and offered a large variety of options, and even if something wasn’t available, the staff would accommodate.

Occidental Punta Cana: Traités comme des membres de la famille royale

Mon mari et moi venons de passer 10 jours à l'Occidental Punta Cana dans la section Royal. Nous avons bénéficié d'un enregistrement et d'un départ privés, ainsi que de l'accès à tous les équipements royaux. La qualité, le service, le terrain et la plage étaient incroyables ! Nos seuls problèmes étaient avec Air Transat, si nous pouvons réserver avec une autre compagnie aérienne, nous reviendrons à coup sûr !

Treated like Royalty My husband and I just spent 10 days at The Occidental Punta Cana in the Royal section. We got private check in and out, and access to all the Royal ammenaties. The good, service, grounds and beach were amazing!!! Our only issues were with Air Transat, if we can book with a different airline, we will return again for sure!!

Occidental Punta Cana: Grand centre de villégiature

La piscine était magnifique, le personnel était sympathique, la nourriture était excellente (même pour un végétarien comme moi) et les spectacles nocturnes étaient très divertissants. La plage avait un amoncellement d'algues ou quelque chose comme ça, donc vous vous salirez les pieds en entrant dans l'eau. Le complexe est cependant très beau et la piscine est très accueillante, bien qu'elle ferme à 19 heures, ce qui est dommage car elle est magnifique le soir.

Great Resort The pool was amazing, the staff was friendly, food was great (even for a vegetarian like myself) and the nightly shows were very entertaining. The beach did have a pile-up of seaweed or something so entering the water will get your feet dirty. The resort is very beautiful though and the pool is very inviting, although it closes at 7 pm which sucks because it looks beautiful at night.

Occidental Cozumel: incroyable !

L'Occidental Cozumel correspondait à nos attentes. Superbe plage avec beaucoup de forme grâce aux palmiers. Les buffets étaient également très bons. Le personnel était très sympathique. Nous avons apprécié la piscine pour adultes. Beaucoup de faune et de flore et une ambiance de jungle. Superbe endroit pour faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba directement sur la plage.

amazing! The Occidental Cozumel was everything we expected. Great beach with lots of shape from the palm trees. Buffets were also very good. very friendly staff. Enjoyed the adult pool. Lots of wildlife and a jungle feel. Great spot to snorkel right at the beach.

Occidental Caribe: Grand centre de villégiature !

L'hôtel était propre, le personnel très aimable. Nous avons seulement eu des problèmes avec les serveurs du buffet, ils étaient très lents et oubliaient nos boissons la plupart du temps, pas sûr que cela soit dû à un manque de personnel. La nourriture était correcte, mais nous avons trouvé qu'elle était la même soir après soir. Les stands de grillades pour les omelettes, la viande et le poisson frais étaient incroyables. Le personnel de nettoyage était excellent, la discothèque était très amusan [... lire plus]te. J'ai adoré le café que l'on trouve au bar du hall d'entrée. La chambre avec vue sur l'océan était agréable. Le restaurant japonais était délicieux.

Great Resort! Resort was clean, staff was extremely friendly. We only had issues with the servers in the buffet, they were very slow and forgot about our drinks most of the time, not sure of this was due to a shortage of staffing. Food was alright, found it to be the same night after night. The grilling stands for omelettes and fresh meat and fish was amazing. Cleaning staff was excellent, disco was a lot of fun. Loved the coffee that you get at the bar in the lobby. Ocean view room was nice. Japanese restaurant was delicious.

Occidental Punta Cana: Excellent séjour

Nous avons trouvé que tout était bien et bien organisé. Le personnel était toujours joyeux et serviable. Les plages étaient propres et il y avait beaucoup d'activités à choisir. La nourriture au buffet était notre meilleur choix, avec beaucoup de choix. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un séjour très relaxant dans ce complexe.

Great stay We found everything good and well organised. The staff were always cheerful and helpful. The beaches were clean and there were lots of activities to choose from. The food at the buffet was out best choice with lots to choose from. All in all we had a very relaxing stay at the resort.

Occidental Punta Cana: Grand centre de villégiature

C'est un excellent hôtel. Bonne infrastructure, propre, excellent personnel. Si je peux faire une recommandation, le coût de l'Internet devrait être inclus dans toutes les chambres. Il y a de la place pour améliorer les repas dans les restaurants, mais en général c'est une très bonne expérience.

Great Resort This is a great Resort. Good infrastructure, clean, excellent staff. If I can make a recommendation the Internet cost should be included with the all the rooms. There is room to improve the fine dinning at the restaurants, but in general a great experience.

Occidental Punta Cana: Une expérience inoubliable

Nous venons de rentrer de notre mariage à l'Occidental Punta Cana, nous avons passé un moment extraordinaire avec tous nos amis et parents, l'hôtel est de taille parfaite, grand mais pas trop pour que vous puissiez marcher entre la plage et le hall plusieurs fois par jour, beaucoup d'options pour manger, bien qu'il soit un peu difficile de réserver les restaurants mais le buffet avait tellement de choix et de choses différentes chaque jour, la plage est incroyable, bien entretenue, dans l'ensemb [... lire plus]le super heureux d'avoir choisi cet hôtel pour notre grand jour !

Unforgettable Experience We just came back from our wedding at the Occidental Punta Cana, we had the most amazing time with all our friends and relatives, the hotel is the perfect size, big but not so much that you could still walk back and forth to the beach and the lobby several times a day, many options for dining, although a little hard to book the restaurants but the buffet had so many choices and different things every day, the beach is amazing, well maintained, overall super happy to have chosen this hotel for our big day!

Occidental Arenas Blancas: Pas une bonne expérience avec l'hôtel et le personnel

Nous avons été facturés pour une télévision cassée avec laquelle nous n'avons rien à voir, elle était déjà cassée quand nous sommes arrivés. L'hôtel nous a facturé 515 dollars américains pour une vieille télévision et nous n'avons pas eu la possibilité de nous défendre. Nous ne comprenons pas la langue et ils n'ont pris qu'un côté du puzzle. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel à quiconque souhaite se rendre à Cuba. Nous ne retournerons pas du tout à Cuba.

Not a good experience with the hotel and the staff We were charged for a broken TV that we have nothing to do with, it was already broken when we arrived. The hotel charged us $515 US for an old TV and we were not given a chance to defend ourselves. We do not understand the language and they were just taking one side of the puzzle. We do not recommend the hotel to anyone who wish to go to Cuba. We are not going back Cuba at all.

Palma Real: La surprise de la semaine du 20 juin

ma première chambre était au cinquième étage et nous avons dû prendre l'élévateur mais il n'est allé qu'au quatrième étage, j'ai dû porter mes bagages jusqu'au cinquième étage, nous sommes arrivés et il n'y avait pas de clé pour le coffre-fort ni de télécommande pour la télévision la chambre était bien, tout fonctionnait, mais nous avons eu beaucoup de moustiques toute la semaine et la nourriture n'était pas bonne du tout. The surprise of june 20 th week my first room was on the fifth floor and we had to take the eleavator up but it just went to the fourth floor had to carry me lugage up to the fifth floor we get their and there is no key to the safe and no remote for the tv so we asked for another room so they told me to check the seconded floor room but it had two single beds and I asked for a king bed and I would have to walk up the stairs still then they gave me a room on the first floor the room was good everything worked but we had alot of mosqiotos all week and the food was not good at all and the workers said it was because their was alot of cubans their that week but the staff was trying their best

Palma Real: c'est bon, pas génial

j'ai été là en avril 2019.était mieux alors .Je suis allé Juin 2019 , beaucoup de moustiques dans la chambre et tellement dans le lobby piqué des centaines de fois c'était irréel .n'était pas très bon cette semaine seulement bon sur deux jours , la chambre a été nettoyée tous les jours et le bar du hall d'entrée était bon comme la dernière fois .J'ai été à Cuba plus de 60 fois, juste pour que vous sachiez que je ne suis pas si difficile si la station est autour de 550 à 600, je pense qu'il serai [... lire plus]t correct . apportez beaucoup de spray anti-moustiques, les chambres sont vieilles et le bar de la piscine a besoin d'un peu de réparation.

it's ok not great was there in April 2019.was better then .I went June 2019 , many mosquitos in the room and so many in the lobby bitten hundreds of times it was unreal .was wasn't very good this week only good on two days , room was cleaned every day and front lobby bar was good as last time .I've been to Cuba 60 plus times , just so you know I'm not that picky if the resort is around 550 to 600 I think it would be ok . bring lots of bug spray , the rooms are old and pool bar one needs some fixing up cuba star rating would be 2 to 2.5 at max .

Occidental Caribe: Belle station balnéaire

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l'Occidental Caribe. L'hôtel en lui-même était incroyable et très propre. Il était agréable de voir que le personnel était fier de son travail pour rendre le séjour confortable et amusant. Les chambres étaient nettoyées tous les jours. Les serviettes étaient fournies. J'ai remarqué qu'il y avait des caméras de sécurité partout, j'ai été très impressionnée et je me suis sentie en sécurité. J'ai adoré la carta française et italienne. Je ne recommanderais pas l [... lire plus]a la carta japonaise, nous y sommes allés manger et pendant que nous attendions notre repas, nous avons vu 3 cafards ramper autour de notre table, ce qui veut dire que nous nous sommes levés et sommes partis. Le buffet était un peu aléatoire mais dans l'ensemble il était bon. Je vous recommande de manger à la pizzeria, c'était une excellente pizza. Il y a aussi d'autres options pour manger, comme des hamburgers et des hot-dogs, ainsi qu'un autre petit buffet près de la piscine. Il y a beaucoup d'endroits où l'on peut se procurer des boissons et on peut aussi s'asseoir et se détendre dans le hall d'entrée quand on veut se rafraîchir. Je n'ai pas été très impressionné par les spectacles, mais j'ai aimé celui de Michael Jackson. Le terrain et la plage étaient magnifiques. Dans l'ensemble, je donne à ce centre de villégiature une note de 4 sur 5 et je le recommanderais à ma famille et à mes amis

Beautiful resort We had a beautiful stay at the Occidental caribe the resort its self was amazing and very clean it was nice to see that the staff took pride in there jobs to make your stay comfortable an fun. The rooms were cleaned every day. An towels were supplied. I notice that there were security cameras every were I was very impressed an felt safe. I loved the French an Italian la carta . I would not recommend the Japanese la cart we went to eat there and as we waited for our food we saw 3 cockroaches crawl around our table needles to say we got up an left. The buffet was a hit an miss but over all it was good . I recommend you eat at the pizza place it was amazing pizza they have other options there as well for food like burgers an hot dogs an another small buffet close to the pool. Plenty of places to get drinks you can also sit an relax in the lobby when you want to cool off . I was not to impressed with the shows but did like the Michael Jackson show. the grounds an the beach was amazing. Over all I give this resort a 4 out of 5 an would recommend this resort to my family and friends

Occidental Caribe: Superbe !

Très beau complexe, bien entretenu. Notre chambre ne semblait pas récemment rénovée, mais était suffisamment spacieuse et propre. Nous avons payé un peu plus cher pour une vue sur l'océan, cela en valait totalement la peine ! Les piscines sont superbes, propres et chauffées. Il y en a une juste pour les enfants, donc les enfants d'âge préscolaire peuvent s'amuser beaucoup. Plage : incroyable. Sur 7 jours, il y en a eu 2 où il semblait y avoir plus d'algues, mais elles ont été rapidement nettoyée [... lire plus]s. Le buffet est énorme ! Il y a une grande variété de nourriture, à la fois caribéenne et internationale. La seule possibilité d'amélioration est le service au restaurant principal : les serveurs ne semblent pas être coordonnés d'une manière ou d'une autre, de sorte qu'il est parfois plus rapide d'aller chercher sa boisson soi-même. Ce n'est pas grave, mais je pense qu'avec une meilleure planification, ils seraient en mesure d'offrir un meilleur service.

Super nice! Very nice resort, well maintained. Our room didn’t look recently renovated, but was sufficiently spacious and clean. We paid a little extra for an ocean view, totally worth it! Pools are great, clean and heated. There is one just for kids, so preschoolers can have lots of fun. Beach: amazing. Out of 7 days, there were 2 where there seemed to be more algae, but it was quickly cleaned. The buffet is huuuge! There is a great variety of food, both Caribbean and international. The only improvement opportunity is the service at the main restaurant: the waiters don’t seem to be coordinated in any way, so sometimes it’s faster to get your drink yourself. Not a big deal, but I believe that with better planning, they would be able to offer better service.

Occidental Cozumel: L'un des meilleurs rapports qualité-prix

Hôtel de taille moyenne, pas trop de chambres ; entouré par la nature - très belle. Situé dans le parc naturel de Cozumel, l'hôtel conserve beaucoup d'arbres entre les bâtiments, ce qui garantit la tranquillité. La nourriture est bonne, les boissons sont bien préparées. La qualité du service varie. Nous avons apprécié la location gratuite d'une heure de kayak ;). Ambiance cool autour de la piscine : ils varient la musique (rock inclus ;) ). Le seul point négatif est qu'il y a de plus en plus de  [... lire plus]bateaux à moteur devant leur plage, faisant des allers-retours vers la zone des récifs ; ce qui gâche la tranquillité et fait des vagues non-stop :(((

One of the best value Average size hotel, not too many rooms; surrounded by nature - very beautifull. Located in the Cozumel natural park - they preserve a lot of trees between their buildings, keeping quietness. Food is good, drinks are nicely done. Service quality varies. We appreciated the free hour kayak rental ;). Cool ambiance/atmosphere around pool : they vary the music (rock included ;) . The only bad point is that is more and more motor boats in front of their beach, going back and forth to reef area; spoiling the tranquility and make non stop waves :((

Palma Real: Pas bon

Le mois de juin est une période de vacances très chargée pour les Cubains. Les files d'attente pour la nourriture et les boissons sont très longues. J'ai dû manger à l'extérieur tous les jours. J'ai perdu une serviette fournie par l'hôtel et même si c'était la quatrième fois que je venais à l'hôtel, ils m'ont quand même changé 20 pesos au moment du départ

Not good June is a very busy time for the cuban people to vacation. Big lines for food and drinks. Had to eat out every day.the staff are friendly though. I did lose a towel issued by the hotel and even though it was my fourth time at the resort they still changed me 20 pesos when checking out
