Desire Resort: excellent

Après plus de dix voyages en all inclusive, ce voyage a été le meilleur à ce jour. La nourriture et le service étaient excellents, l'ambiance était très détendue. Tout le personnel était serviable et heureux. Les chambres étaient propres. Les divertissements étaient agréables.

After more than ten trips to all inclusive, this was the best trip to date. The food and service was excellent, the vibe was very chill. All the staff were helpful and happy. The rooms were clean. The entertainment was enjoyable.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Le meilleur endroit au Mayan jusqu'à présent

L'hôtel a tout prévu, du service d'étage aux savoureuses boissons mixtes. Tous les bâtiments étaient faciles à trouver et offraient des services pour tous les voyageurs. Je reviendrai certainement très bientôt. A la carte à mourir et buffet principal presque aussi bon !!!

Best place in the Mayan so far The resort had it all, from room service to tasty blender drinks. Easy to locate where all the buildings had amenities for all travelers. Will definitely be back again real soon. A la carte to die for and main buffet almost as good!!

El Dorado Royale: nous adorons ce centre de villégiature

c'était notre deuxième visite au Valentine Imperial cette année. Nous aimons la plage (moins les mauvaises herbes), le terrain et la nourriture. le personnel était formidable. nous avons eu un petit problème avec l'air conditionné dans la chambre mais le problème a été rapidement résolu.

we love this resort this was our 2nd visit to the Valentine Imperial this year. We love the beach (minus the weeds), the grounds and the food. the staff was great. we had a bit of trouble with the a/c in the room but issue was quickly resolved.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Excellent !

Très bon endroit pour séjourner. Propre et bien aménagé. Bars à chaque piscine. Les barmans sont très sympathiques et recommandent des boissons. La piscine infinie pour adultes est géniale. Spectacles sympas tous les soirs. Beaucoup de choses à faire pour la famille. Nous y retournerions n'importe quand. Nous l'adorons ! Des gens sympathiques !

Excellent! Great place to stay. Clean and nice layout. Bars at every pool. Bartenders very friendly and recommend drinks. Infinity Adult pool is great. Nice shows every evening. Lots of things for family to do. Would go back anytime. We love it! Friendly people!!

Royal Hideaway Playacar: C'est le meilleur endroit où j'ai séjourné !

L'hôtel est magnifique, avec des chambres de type villa et un concierge dans chaque villa. Nous avons eu Hector, qui s'est surpassé pour s'assurer que chacun de nos besoins soit satisfait et dépassé. Il s'est occupé de tout, de la réservation de nos choix de restaurants - qui étaient de véritables restaurants gastronomiques et oui, vous pouvez entrer dans chacun des 5 restaurants sans problème - il s'est littéralement occupé de tous nos besoins et nous a vraiment traités comme un ami plutôt que  [... lire plus]comme un numéro. J'ai eu un problème dentaire - canal radiculaire - et ils ont littéralement envoyé un médecin dans ma chambre en quelques heures pour m'examiner et ils avaient pris des dispositions pour qu'un dentiste vienne corriger le problème dès le lendemain, le tout pour une fraction du prix que nous payons au Canada et en quelques heures, sans doute l'une des meilleures expériences dentaires que j'ai eues Il y a bien trop de choses à énumérer pour que le centre de villégiature excelle à les énumérer toutes. En bref, c'est la meilleure expérience que nous ayons eue et nous réserverons bientôt notre prochain voyage avec eux. Je remercie la direction et le personnel du Royal Hideaway d'avoir fait de ces vacances les meilleures de notre vie.

Absolutely best resort I have been at! The resort is stunning from the villa type rooms with a concierge at every villa - We had Hector and by far went over the top to ensure every one of our needs were meet and exceeded he was on top of everything from booking our restaurant selections - that were true fine dining and yes you can get into each of the 5 restaurants with no problems - he literally took care of our every need and truly treated us as more of a friend then another number definitely be back to see him.. I had a dental issue come up - root canel - and they literally had a doctor at my room withing hours to have a look at me with they had made arrangements for a dentist the very next day to correct the problem all at a fraction of the price we pay in Canada and done within hours at perhaps one of the best dental experiences I have had as well this was all arranged by the hotel I literally had to do nothing they took the time and cared enough to have me picked up dropped off all done.for me ahead of time I literlly had to do nothing! There are way to many things to list that resort excelled at list them all so In short the best experience we have had and will be booking our next trip soon with them. My Thanks to the Management and staff of the Royal Hideaway for truly making this our best vacation ever.

Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort and Spa: bon centre de villégiature

bonjour, je viens de rentrer de Secrets Silversands. Nous y étions déjà allés lors de son ouverture et nous avions lu de très bonnes critiques. Nous avons été heureux d'avoir une belle chambre dans le bâtiment 4, face au Sugar Reef Bar et au Barefoot Grill (plats cuisinés chaque jour, hamburgers, frites, ailes, hot-dogs, pico et guac). Le service d'Esther au bord de la piscine était excellent et Jose, le barman, préparait d'excellentes boissons. La Corona est en bouteille et la Corona Light en c [... lire plus]anettes, ainsi que la Modello et la Modello Light et quelques bières américaines. La sélection de boissons et de bières est bonne. Les vins de la maison étaient chiliens et tout à fait corrects. Les serviettes sont nombreuses, le réfrigérateur du bar de la chambre est bien rempli, le service est bon. Si j'ai un reproche à faire, c'est sur la nourriture. Elle est un peu fade et bizarre à la fois. Je n'ai pas vraiment apprécié la nourriture, à l'exception d'un dîner au restaurant Seaside Grill... Je n'ai pas aimé tous les oiseaux qui volent autour de vous pour essayer de vous prendre votre nourriture. Nous sommes allés dans d'autres Secrets Resorts et il y avait des faucons qui volaient autour pour empêcher les autres oiseaux de venir. Ce n'était pas le cas ici et ils étaient plutôt gênants. Si vous restez, je vous recommande une chambre avec accès à la piscine, vous n'aurez pas à vous battre pour une chaise longue, ce qui peut être un grand avantage ! Le Barracuda Bar au bord de l'océan est à voir absolument le soir après le dîner, c'est magnifique ! Le café et les boissons au coffee shop étaient exceptionnels. Vous passerez un bon moment ici et perdrez peut-être un peu de poids en mangeant moins.

good resort hi, just got back from Secrets Silversands. We had been there once before when it first opened and we had been reading some very good reviews. We were happy to have a nice swim out room in building 4 facing the Sugar Reef Bar and the Barefoot Grill (nice food cooked each day, burgers, fries, wings, hot dogs, pico and guac.) This area is outstanding with views of the resort as well as the ocean. The poolside service by Esther was excellent and Jose the bartender mixed excellent drinks. Corona is on tap and Corona Light available in cans as well as Modello and Modello Light and also a few American beers. Drinks and beer selections all good. House wines were Chilean and just fine. Ample towels, good stocking of room bar fridge, turn down service all good. If I have a complaint - it would be the food. It is kinda bland and weird at the same time. I did not really enjoy the food except for a dinner at the Seaside Grill Restaurant... I did not like all the birds flying around trying to get your food. We have been to other Secrets Resorts and they have had hawks to fly around to stop the other birds from coming around. Not the case here and they were quite an annoyance. I would recommend a swimout room if you do stay, no fighting for a lounger! which can be a big bonus! The Barracuda Bar down by the ocean is a must see at night after dinner, beautiful! Coffee and drinks at the coffee shop was outstanding. You will have a good time here and maybe loose some weight from not eating so much.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Un centre de villégiature formidable

Nous avons adoré la nourriture, la plage et tous les magnifiques aménagements paysagers. Oh, et le spa était incroyable ! Nous avons quitté le spa avec un sentiment de rajeunissement, le personnel était très professionnel. L'hôtel était très grand, ni trop grand ni trop petit. Tout était parfait, je recommanderais sans hésiter.

Awesome Resort We loved the food, the beach and all the beautiful landscaping. Oh and the Spa was incredible! Left the spa feeling very rejuvenated, staff was very professional. The resort was a great size, not too big or small. Everything was great, would definitely recommend.

je n'ai pas pu profiter de mes vacances. trois membres du personnel nous ont demandé d'adhérer à leur prestiage club tous les jours, ce qui était très ennuyeux et nous mettait la pression. le restaurant italien était le meilleur. le restaurant thaïlandais était le pire que j'aie jamais mangé. l'hôtel ne nous a pas donné la chambre surclassée que nous avions payée au début, nous avons fini par changer de chambre au milieu de notre séjour. dans l'ensemble, ce n'était pas une expérience impressionn [... lire plus]ante

disappointed i cant enjoy my vacation. there were three staffs approached us to join their prestiage club membership every single day, very annoying and feeling pressure. the italian restaurant was the best. the thai restaurant was the worst thai food i ever had. the hotel didnt give us the upgraded room that we paid for in the beginning, we end up got the room change in the middle of our stay. overall not an impressive experience

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Centre de villégiature Ok

Pas de plage et odeur d'égouts en décomposition. Chambres propres et spacieuses. Nourriture excellente, chaude et variée. Piscines superbes mais bondées. Bars bon service spa ok. concierge horrible service mais personne buffet excellent. Programmes nocturnes corrects. La station est bien aménagée et agréable

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Un lieu de villégiature fantastique

Je viens de rentrer de 7 jours au Vslentin Imperial Maya. Ce complexe est fabuleux, le service est excellent, la nourriture est fantastique et l'expérience globale est géniale. J'y retournerais sans hésiter ! La plage n'était pas terrible par contre, très rocheuse !

Grand Palladium Select White Sand: Séjour fabuleux pendant les vacances de Noël !

Nous avons eu beaucoup de chance et tout notre groupe (tous les plus de 18 ans) a été surclassé à l'arrivée dans les Royal Yucatan Suites ! Piscine privée, bar, hall d'entrée et restaurant. Même un majordome pour chaque petite villa. Les clients des Royal Suites pouvaient réserver des dîners dans tous les restaurants à la carte, alors que pour les autres, il n'y a pas de réservation, ce qui peut entraîner de longues attentes aux heures de pointe. Le parc de ce vaste complexe est magnifique et ét [... lire plus]onnamment bien entretenu. Il y a deux grandes piscines et quelques petites piscines pour adultes qu'il faut chercher. Il y avait plus de chaises disponibles autour de la piscine Riviera qu'autour des piscines Colonial et Kantenah. Il y a des voiturettes de golf et un petit train pour vous emmener d'un hôtel à l'autre, mais la marche est agréable et aide à se débarrasser de toute la nourriture et des boissons ! Il y avait beaucoup de sargassum (type d'algue) qui s'est échoué sur la plage pendant que nous y étions et il y a pas mal de rochers à certains endroits. Le personnel est formidable. La nourriture est bonne et bien sûr abondante. Nos restaurants préférés sont La Lola (prenez le gâteau au fromage et la tarte aux amandes), Eldorado et, bien sûr, le restaurant privé des suites royales, El Jardin. Les grands buffets offrent un grand choix.

Fabulous stay over the Christmas holiday! We absolutely lucked out and our whole group (all over 18) were upgraded on arrival to the Royal Yucatan Suites! Private pool, bar, lobby and restaurant. Even a butler for each small villa. Royal Suites guests could reserve dinners at any of the à la carte restaurants whereas for others there are no reservations which can lead to long waits at peak times. The grounds throughout this expansive resort are beautiful and amazingly well maintained. There are two huge pools and a few smaller adult ones that you need to seek out. There were more available chairs around the Riviera pool versus Colonial and Kantenah. There are golf carts and a little train to take you from one hotel area to another but walking is pleasant and helps wear off all the food and drinks! There was a lot of sargassum ( type of seaweed) that washed up on the beach while we were there and there can quite a few rocks in some areas. Staff area great. Food is good and of course abundant. Our favourite restaurants were La Lola(get the cheesecake and the almond tart) and Eldorado and of course the Royal Suites private restaurant El Jardin. The larger buffets have a great selection.

Riu Vallarta: Riu Vallarta Déc. 2015

L'hôtel vieillit et cela se voit. Nous avons payé pour une suite junior et la chambre que nous avons eue était mauvaise. Les draps étaient sales, le lit dur comme de la pierre et la baignoire était à couper le souffle. Les gens et la nourriture sont très bons par contre. Parce que nous sommes allés à Noël et avons payé un prix plus élevé, nous avons eu l'impression que l'hôtel ne reflétait pas le prix.

Riu Vallarta Dec. 2015 The hotel is getting old and it's showing. We paid for a junior suite and the room we got was bad. Dirty linen, rock hard bed and a tub we were going to fall through. People and food really good though. Because we went during Christmas and paid a higher price, we felt like the hotel didn't reflect the price.

Catalonia Royal Tulum: Un personnel fantastique

Nous avons passé Noël 2015 au centre de villégiature et nous avons tous les deux passé un moment extraordinaire. Belle, grande et propre chambre, beaucoup de variété dans la nourriture, grande plage, mais ce qui nous a le plus impressionné était le personnel chaleureux et serviable. Un vrai bonus était que l'hôtel était à seulement 15 minutes de l'aéroport.

Fantastic Staff We spent Christmas 2015 at the resort and we both had an amazing time. Lovely, large and clean room, lots of variety in the food, great beach, but what impressed us the most was the warm and helpful staff. A real bonus was that the hotel was only 15 minutes from the airport.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Escapade dans la jungle

Nous avons séjourné au Sandos Caracol du 8 au 15 décembre. Nous avons opté pour le Select Club pour adultes et nous en sommes ravis. La zone de plage du Select Club était merveilleuse. Pas de problème pour trouver une chaise longue. Le clubhouse était génial - vous pouviez y entrer et prendre une boisson, un en-cas, et même des sandwichs pour le déjeuner. Il y avait également des toilettes avec une douche et un échange de serviettes. La plage est rocheuse, mais il est possible de trouver un sent [... lire plus]ier sablonneux au-delà des rochers si vous marchez le long de l'affleurement rocheux du côté nord de la plage. Le chemin dépend de la clarté de l'eau. Pour nous, les deux premiers jours, l'eau était très trouble, mais elle s'est éclaircie par la suite. Nous avons adoré explorer la myriade de sentiers à travers la jungle et les mangroves et voir tant de faune, de ruines mayas et de cénotes. Regarder les singes jouer dans les arbres a été un moment fort pour nous ! Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir profité de certaines des activités organisées, comme les promenades guidées dans la nature. La chambre était correcte. Nous avons apprécié le distributeur d'eau chaude/froide dans la chambre. L'eau chaude est suffisamment chaude pour faire du café et du thé, ce qui est un grand avantage pour moi. Nous sommes ravis qu'il n'y ait plus de réservations pour les restaurants à la carte. Nous avons trouvé que nous pouvions y aller quand nous le voulions et nous n'avons jamais eu besoin d'attendre une table. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons eu une bonne expérience et nous envisagerons de revenir.

Jungle getaway We stayed at the Sandos Caracol from Dec.8 to 15th. We opted for the adult Select Club and are glad we did. The Select Club beach area was wonderful. No problem getting a lounger. The clubhouse was great - you could pop in and get a drink, a snack, even sandwiches for lunch. It also had a washroom with a shower, and a towel exchange. The beach is rocky but it is possible to find a sandy pathway past the rocks if you walk along the rocky outcropping the north side of the beach. But finding the pathway depends on the clarity of the water. For us, the first couple of days it was very murky but cleared up after that. We loved exploring the myriad of pathways through the jungle and mangroves and seeing so much wildlife, Mayan ruins and cenotes. Watching the monkeys play in the trees was a high point for us! We regret not taking advantage of some of the organized activities like the guided nature walks. The room was okay. Loved the hot/cold water dispenser in the room. The hot is hot enough to make coffee and tea with – a big bonus for me. So glad they dispensed with the reservations for the a la carte restaurants. We found we could just go when we pleased and didn't ever have to wait for a table. All in all a nice experience and we will consider returning.

Riu Palace Pacifico: Grande station !

Le service était excellent ! C'était notre deuxième séjour et tout était parfait. Excellente nourriture, beaucoup de variété, des thèmes différents chaque soir, vous n'avez même pas besoin de réserver d'autres restaurants, le buffet est excellent. Le personnel est très amical et serviable !

Great resort!! Service was excellent! This was our 2nd time there and everything was perfect. Excellent food, lots of variety, different themes every night, you don't even need to reserve other restaurants, the buffet is excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

Grand Park Royal Cozumel: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un moment fabuleux au Grand Park Royal Cozumel (décembre 2015). Il s'avère que nous avons choisi la semaine parfaite pour y aller car ils venaient d'ouvrir un nouveau restaurant caribéen en plus de leur mexicain et italien ainsi que d'ajouter un service de chambre et un nouveau café où ils servent des cappucinos et de la crème glacée. L'hôtel était extrêmement propre, de notre chambre au terrain. Les lits étaient très confortables (nous étions dans une unité de bout avec un gran [... lire plus]d lit et nos enfants adolescents étaient dans une chambre adjacente). Tout le monde était serviable et amical. La plage est petite mais adéquate et l'hôtel utilise au mieux l'espace disponible. Ils fournissent gratuitement du matériel de plongée avec tuba pendant une heure par jour. Il y avait également des matchs de volley-ball quotidiens et des animations nocturnes. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un moment très relaxant et agréable, ce qui est la raison pour laquelle nous avons opté pour un séjour tout compris.

Amazing Resort We had a fabulous time at the Grand Park Royal Cozumel (Dec 2015). It turns out we picked the perfect week to go because they had just opened a new Caribbean restaurant in addition to their Mexican and Italian as well as added room service and a new cafe where they serve cappucinos and ice cream. The resort was extremely clean from our room to the grounds. The beds were very comfortable (we were in an end unit with a king sized bed and our teenage children were in an adjoining room. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The beach was small but adequate with them making the best use of the space available. They provide free snorkelling gear for and hour a day. They also had daily volleyball games and nightly entertainment. Overall we had a very relaxing and enjoyable time which was the reason we went to an all inclusive.

Azul Ixtapa Grand Resort: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Ma femme et moi avons visité le Mexique et différentes régions pendant des années, mais c'était notre premier voyage à Ixtapa. Toutes les chambres donnent sur la baie et une île populaire se trouve juste en face du complexe. Les chambres sont très grandes et très belles. L'hôtel est très propre, le personnel est très sympathique et il n'est pas nécessaire de se lever à 4 heures du matin pour obtenir une chaise autour de la piscine. La pire partie du voyage est la compagnie aérienne, Sunwing, qui [... lire plus] est nulle. Après un retard de 7 heures, un départ inopiné jusqu'à la dernière minute, une première tentative d'atterrissage avortée, un deuxième atterrissage très dur. Le vol de retour a été encore pire avec le décollage interrompu au moment où nous commencions à décoller alors qu'un camion de neige se trouvait devant nous. Nous prévoyons déjà d'y retourner, mais nous verrons si Westjet y vole :-)

Amazing Resort My wife and I have been to Mexico and different parts for years, this was our first trip to Ixtapa. Every room faces the bay and a popular Island is directly across from the resort. The rooms themselves are very large and beautiful. The resort is very clean, staff is very friendly and you don't have to get up at 4am to get a chair around the pool. The worse part of the trip is the airline, Sunwing sucks. After a 7 hour delay leaving unannounced until the last minute, an aborted 1st attempt landing , very hard 2nd landing. The return flight was even worse with the take out aborted as we began our take off as the was a snow truck in front of us. We are already planning on going back, but see if Westjet flys there :-)

Riu Vallarta: Très beau complexe familial

Le bon : Cet hôtel est immense et bien entretenu. Le personnel est bien formé et sympathique. Notre chambre est grande avec un lit King size. Nous avons également demandé un berceau pour notre fils de deux ans, ce qui était très bien ! Le buffet principal est très varié et bien garni. Il y a aussi un deuxième buffet plus petit près de la plage (Flamingo) qui est ouvert toute la journée pour un repas rapide. Le cappuccino au bar du hall est très bon. Il y a deux piscines, dont une pour les enfant [... lire plus]s. Les divertissements sont excellents avec des programmes pour enfants tous les soirs. Ils sont peut-être trop bruyants et durent trop tard dans la nuit pour certaines familles, mais cela nous convenait. Après tout, nous sommes en vacances ! Les moins bons : La plage est située sur l'océan Pacifique. Il y a beaucoup de vagues toute la journée. L'eau est trouble, le sable n'est pas blanc. Si vous aimez le sable blanc, l'eau claire et calme, ce resort n'est pas pour vous. Il n'y a pas grand chose à voir autour de l'hôtel. Il faut prendre un taxi pendant 10 minutes pour aller faire du shopping dans les petits centres commerciaux voisins. Et environ une heure de bus pour aller au centre ville de Pureto Vallarta qui a une très belle promenade le long de la plage avec des restaurants et des magasins. Nous avons pris le bus local qui est beaucoup moins cher et qui offre une meilleure expérience. Dans l'ensemble, c'est une station agréable pour la famille. Je le recommande.

Very nice family resort The good: This hotel is huge and well maintained. Staff are well trained and friendly. Our room is large with a King size bed. We also requested for a crib for our two years old son which was great! The main buffet has lots of options and good and plenty. There is also a second smaller buffet by the beach(Flamingo) which opens all day for a quick bite. Cappuccino at the lobby bar is very good. It has two pools, one for the kids. Entertainment is great with kids programs every night. It may be too loud and last too late into the night for some families, but it was find with us. After all, we are on vacation! The not so good: The beach is on the pacific ocean. It has lots waves all day. The water is murky, the sand is not white. If you like white sand, nice clear and calm water, this resort is not for you. There is not much around the resort to see. You need to take a taxi for 10 min. to go to the next small malls for shopping. And about an hour bus to go the downtown Pureto Vallarta which has a very nice board walk along the beach with restaurants and shopping. We too the local bus there which is much cheaper and better experience. Over all, it is a nice resort for family. I would recommend it.
