Sandals Barbados: EXCELLENT CENTRE DE VILLÉGIATURE

Mon mari et moi avons passé un séjour fantastique au Sandals Barbados. Nous avons adoré tous les plats, en particulier le Bombay et le Chi, et bien sûr le Café de Paris. Nous recommandons vivement une visite de l'île. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute ! Les excursions comprenaient les grottes et les créatures, la plage de Carlise, la plongée en apnée avec les tortues et un tour de l'île d'une journée. Tout simplement génial !!!

EXCELLENT RESORT Myself and husband had a fantastic time in Sandals Barbados. Loved all the food especially Bombay and Chi and of course Café de Paris. Highly recommend a tour of the island. Will definitely return!!! Excursions included caves and critters, Carlise Beach, snorkeling with the turtles and all day tour of the island. Just awesome!!

Radisson Aquatica: 0k Resort

L'hôtel était correct mais pas génial. Le personnel de la réception était formidable mais on ne peut pas en dire autant du reste du personnel. Le personnel d'entretien se présente à 17 heures pour nettoyer la chambre. Il dit qu'il offre un service de chambre mais le personnel ne répond pas au téléphone. Assis dans le restaurant, vous pouvez entendre le téléphone sonner et sonner. Le personnel vous a traité avec indifférence comme si vous étiez un inconvénient pour eux. Je ne recommanderais pas c [... lire plus]et hôtel. Le seul point positif est l'emplacement et les chambres étaient propres. Ils ont un gros problème avec les algues, donc la plage n'est pas aussi propre que d'autres.

The hotel was ok but not great. Front desk staff were great but can't say that for the rest of the staff. Housekeeping shows up at 5pm to clean the room. Says they offer room service but the staff won't answer the phone. Sitting in the restaurant, you can hear the phone ringing and ringing. Staff treated you with indifference like you were an inconvenience to them. Would not recommend this hotel. only thing going for it is location and the rooms were clean. They are having a bad problem with seaweed, so the beach isn't as clean as others.

The Club Barbados Resort: Inférieur aux attentes

L'hôtel est vieux, les piscines sont fissurées, il n'y a pas d'attente autour de la piscine, la nourriture est typique d'une station balnéaire, le code vestimentaire est très étrange. Ne vaut pas l'argent qu'ils facturent, divertissement médiocre. Le personnel est très gentil et sympathique. Il faut savoir qu'il y a des chambres avec salle de bain et que Trip Central ne vous le dit pas et ne vous aide pas Pas d'accès à la plage dans l'océan dur

Below expectation Hotel is old pools cracked no wait stuff araund pool area, food typical resort food, very strange dress code. Not worth money they are charging, poor entertainment. Stuff very nice and fiendly. Be aware there are rooms faci g washrooms and trip central does not tell you that and does not help you No beach enterence in ocean hard

Sandals Royal Barbados: Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Nous sommes allées à Sandals pour une escapade entre filles et c'était génial ! Il est certain qu'ils sont encore en train d'essayer de résoudre les problèmes, mais pour l'essentiel, le service était correct. J'ai trouvé que le personnel était réactif et non proactif. Ce n'est pas un gros problème, mais c'est ce qui distingue ce complexe des autres établissements Sandals. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu aller dans l'océan à cause des algues, ce qui signifie que tout le monde était à la p [... lire plus]iscine et qu'il n'y avait pas de place pour nous... Ceux qui avaient un majordome ont pu obtenir des chaises au bord de la piscine, mais le reste d'entre nous n'a pas eu de chance. La nourriture dans les restaurants que nous avons pu goûter était fantastique !!!! Malheureusement, on ne nous a pas dit de réserver au moment de la réservation et nous n'avons pas pu essayer tous les restaurants que nous voulions. Dans l'ensemble, notre expérience a été excellente et nous espérons revenir !

Will definitely return! We travelled to Sandals for a girls' getaway and it was great! They are definitely still trying to work out the kinks but for the most part - the service was OK. I found the staff to be reactive - not pro-active. Not a huge issue but this does distinguish this resort from other Sandals properties. Unfortunately, we were unable to go in the ocean because of the seaweed - this meant that everyone was at the pool leaving no where for us... those with butlers were able to secure pool side chairs the rest of us were out of luck. The food at the restaurants we were able to try - was fantastic!!!! Unfortunately, we were not told to make reservations at the time of booking and were unable to try all the restaurants we wanted. Overall our experience was excellent and we hope to be back!

Hôtel très basique avec une nourriture correcte. Presque aussi bien qu'un hôtel cubain 3 étoiles où nous avons séjourné il y a des années. L'enregistrement à la réception a été lent et fastidieux. Le groom nous a apporté un formulaire à remplir à l'avance mais a été réprimandé par la fille de la réception parce qu'elle avait réimprimé le formulaire par erreur (elle avait oublié qu'on le lui avait remis). (elle avait oublié qu'on le lui avait remis). Faire attendre les clients semblait faire par [... lire plus]tie du plaisir de son travail. Chambres Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, notre salle de bain était pleine de moisissures et les sols étaient sales. Mes allergies étaient terribles. Après m'être plaint au représentant du tour le lendemain, ...ils sont venus nettoyer avec beaucoup d'eau de javel. Le troisième jour, ils nous ont proposé de changer de chambre, ce que nous avons refusé. La femme de chambre a encore insisté pour draper une écharpe de lit tachée sur le pied du lit tous les jours et mettre un oreiller rond sale de 4 pieds de long sur notre lit. J'ai fini par les cacher dans la commode. Le lit king size était assez confortable mais les maigres oreillers (5 d'entre eux avec des étuis froissés) laissaient un peu à désirer. L'éclairage de la chambre rendait la lecture difficile. Nous avions une belle porte-fenêtre donnant sur la piscine mais nous devions utiliser l'accès du parking pour entrer dans notre chambre. Plage L'hôtel n'a pas de plage. Il y avait un accès rocheux à l'eau, mais c'est tout. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à quelques propriétés et trouver un peu de sable. Les piscines étaient toutes très peu profondes mais propres. Les divertissements étaient très tristes. Il y avait quelque chose tous les soirs, mais c'était très ennuyeux. En général, il s'agissait de musique instrumentale, démodée et mal faite. Il y a eu une chanteuse un soir qui était passable. La nourriture dans les deux restaurants était passable, ...mais rien de spécial. La cuisson des œufs par Heather était un moment fort la plupart des matins et la fille de l'omelette était également très bonne. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était au mieux médiocre. Du bacon à moitié cuit et des pommes de terre rissolées pas assez cuites servies avec des saucisses sèches beaucoup trop cuites. Les fruits frais et les croissants étaient les bienvenus. Le déjeuner était meilleur avec un bar à pâtes certains jours et une station qui faisait des burritos, des wraps etc. qui changeaient tous les jours. La plupart des soupes étaient très bien faites. En fait, j'aurais préféré une cabane de plage pour le déjeuner, car devoir retourner dans la chambre pour s'habiller, c'était un peu trop ! Pour le dîner, il faut réserver à l'avance, ... et il est servi à la carte dans le restaurant principal 5 jours sur 7. Nous avons mangé une fois au Enid's mais nous avons trouvé le restaurant étouffant et le service trop lent. Le personnel. Certains membres du personnel étaient excellents, ... mais ils étaient plus nombreux que d'autres à être médiocres. Certains étaient carrément impolis. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi l'hôtel emploie de telles personnes ! L'une de nos employées préférées était Roslin à la station d'hôtesses. Toujours souriante et rieuse, elle s'assurait que mon ami avec une canne était proche du buffet, etc. Reah était notre serveuse préférée. Toujours souriante et serviable pour tout ce que vous demandiez. Adrian était notre barman préféré, ... toujours souriant et courtois, il s'assurait que votre boisson était rafraîchie. C'était hors saison et c'est le prix le plus élevé que j'ai jamais payé pour une semaine de vacances. Je doute que je retourne un jour à la Barbade et je ne considérerais même pas cet hôtel si c'était le cas.

Very Basic Hotel with OK Food Very basic hotel with ok food. Almost as good as a 3 star Cuban resort we stayed at years ago. Front Desk Check in was slow and overly tedious. The bellman brought us a form to fill out in advance but was chastised by the front desk girl because she reprinted the form in error. (she forgot it was handed to her). Making customers wait seemed to be all part of the fun of her job. Rooms When we arrived our bathroom was musty and moldy and the floors were dirty. My allergies were terrible. After complaining to the tour rep the next day, ...they did come and clean with lots of bleach. Then on the third day they offered to let us change rooms which we declined. The maid still insisted on draping a stained bed scarf across the foot of the bed every day and putting a 4' long dirty round pillow on our bed. I finally hid them in the dresser. The king size bed was quite comfortable but the meager pillows ( 5 of them with wrinkly cases) left a bit to be desired. Lighting in the room made reading difficult at best. We had a beautiful patio door overlooking the pool area but had to use the access from the parking lot to enter our room. Beach This hotel does not have a beach. There was some rocky access to the water but that was it. You could walk up a couple properties and get some sand. The pools were all very shallow but clean. Entertainment was very sad. They had something every night but it was very boring. Usually just instrumental, old fashioned and poorly done. There was a female singer one night that was passable. Food in both restaurants was passable, ...but nothing special. Having Heather cook your eggs was a highlight most mornings and the omelete girl was very good as well. The breakfast buffet fair was mediocre at best. Half cooked bacon and under cooked hash browns served with way overcooked dry sausages. The fresh fruit and croissants were very welcome. Lunch was better with a pasta bar some days and a station that did burritos, wraps etc. that changed daily. Most of the soups were very well done. I actually would prefer a beach hut for lunch because having to go back to the room to dress was a bit much! For dinner you must make reservations in advance, ... and served a la carte in the main restaurant 5 out of 7 days. We ate at Enid's once but found the restaurant stuffy and service pace way too slow. Staff. There were some excellent staff, ...but they were outnumbered by their poor counterparts. Some were downright rude. Why the hotel employs people like that is beyond me! Some of our favorite staff was Roslin at the hostess station. Always smiling and laughing and was sure my friend with a cane was close to the buffet etc. Reah was our favorite waitress. Always smiling and helpful with anything you asked. Adrian was our favorite bartender, ... always smiling and courteously making sure your drink was freshened. This was off season and the most I have ever paid for a week away. I doubt I will ever return to Barbados and I would not even consider this hotel if I did.

Sandals Barbados: Amélioration des besoins en services

Les barmans en particulier semblaient désengagés ; aucun d'entre eux n'était intéressé à vous servir. Vous payez beaucoup d'argent pour Sandals, je m'attends à ce que le service soit inégalé. C'était notre troisième visite à Sandals, et la plus décevante.

Service Needs Improvement The resort is beautiful. The food and drinks: perfect. Service was somewhat suspect. We failed to have our room cleaned two different days. The bartenders especially seemed to be so disengaged; none of them were interested in serving you. You pay a lot of money for Sandals, I expect the service to be second to none. This was our third Sandals visit, and most disappointing.

Time Out Hotel Barbados: Basique mais qui fait l'affaire

L'hôtel a besoin d'un peu d'amour mais il a fait l'affaire pour la semaine que nous y avons passée. Nous étions à peine dans la chambre donc cela n'avait pas beaucoup d'importance pour nous. Les douches étaient à basse pression - attention. Pour le petit-déjeuner, nous avons apporté un appareil à omelette léger et nous avons pris des toasts au petit-déjeuner continental. Quant à la Barbade elle-même, elle est magnifique. Marchez avec autant d'eau et d'en-cas que possible. TOUT EST CHER. J' [... lire plus]ai laissé mon mari gérer l'argent cette fois-ci, ce qui m'a permis de ne pas trop le ressentir. Si vous fumez, il y a des taxes sur les cigarettes, alors faites attention. Assurez-vous qu'ils facturent la bonne taxe d'accise - c'est censé être par 5 et non par unité. PS - essayez de garder vos bagages fermés autant que possible.

Basic but does the job The hotel needs a bit of love but did the job for the one week we were there. We were hardly in the room so it didn't matter much to us. Showers were loooooow pressure - heads up. For breakfast, we brought a light omelette maker and grabbed toast from the continental breakfast. As for Barbados itself - beautiful. Walk with as much water and snacks as possible. EVERYTHING IS EXPENSIVE. I let the hubby control the money this time so I didn't feel it as much. If you smoke - there's taxes on cigarettes so beware. Make sure they charge the correct excise tax - its supposed to be per 5 and not each. PS - try to keep your luggage closed as much as possible.

Excellent emplacement à St. Lawrence Gap, à quelques pas de la plage. Le personnel est aimable et serviable, les chambres, le hall et la piscine extérieure sont très propres. L'air conditionné et le wi-fi gratuit fonctionnent bien. Il y a un coffre-fort, un réfrigérateur, une bouilloire avec du thé et du café dans les chambres sans frais supplémentaires.... L'hôtel a besoin d'être rénové, ce qu'ils prévoient de faire bientôt. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un excellent séjour pour un budget de vacances [... lire plus].

Good vacation place Great location at St. Lawrence Gap , a few steps to the beach. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms, lobby, and outdoor pool are very clean. Air condition and free wi-fi work well. There is a safe, fridge, kettle with supply of tea and coffee in a room at no extra cost.. Hotel required some uplift, which they plan to start soon. Overall it's a great stay for a budget vacations.

Sandals Barbados: Nous avons adoré Sandals Barbados !

Le Sandals Barbados était extraordinaire ! Nous avons absolument tout aimé dans ce centre de villégiature. La nourriture, l'emplacement, la plage, les piscines et les chambres étaient tous fantastiques. Nous avons passé la plupart de nos journées à la plage et quelques après-midi à la piscine du lagon et à la piscine "tranquille". La piscine principale est très agréable pour les activités et les rencontres, mais les autres piscines sont parfaites pour se détendre ! Le terrain est impeccable et l [... lire plus]a végétation est magnifique tout autour du centre de villégiature. Sandals ne nous a pas déçus. Nous nous sommes sentis gâtés tout au long du voyage ! Nous avons également vérifié le côté royal qui vient d'ouvrir récemment et a une belle piscine sur le toit et une vue sur les stations et l'océan. Le restaurant qui s'y trouve est également fantastique pour le dîner ! Je pourrais continuer longtemps, mais nous avons passé un moment fantastique et nous y retournerons certainement un jour !

Loved Sandals Barbados! Sandals Barbados was amazing! We absolutely loved everything about the resort. The food, location, beach, pools and rooms were all fantastic. We spent most of our days at the beach and a couple afternoons by the lagoon pool and the “quiet” pool. The main pool is really fun for activities and socializing but the other pools are where it’s at for relaxing! The grounds are pristine and beautiful vegetation all around the resort. Sandals did not disappoint us. We felt spoiled the entire trip! We also checked out the royals side which just opened recently and has a beautiful roof top pool and view of the resorts and ocean. The restaurant up there is also amazing for dinner! I could go on and on but we had a fantastic time and will definitely be going back some day!

Sandals Royal Barbados: Un centre de villégiature absolument magnifique

C'est une station extraordinaire, le terrain, les gens, la nourriture. Il n'y avait rien à redire... un petit problème avec la disponibilité des chaises aux deux piscines principales, toutes les chaises étaient réservées par les majordomes, ce que je comprends, si vous payez pour un majordome et que vous voulez une place à la piscine, alors oui ils devraient pouvoir réserver une place, mais pas une place à la piscine et à la plage. Je pense que s'il y avait plus de chaises aux deux piscines, c [... lire plus]ela résoudrait beaucoup de problèmes. Lors de notre deuxième semaine, ils ont travaillé dur pour installer des chaises supplémentaires, des parasols et des cabanons à la plage. Kim Hartlen était la meilleure, avoir notre agent de voyage avec nous pour résoudre les problèmes (s'il y en a eu) rend le voyage encore plus relaxant. Elle se surpasse pour ses clients. Les petites attentions supplémentaires, le café à l'aéroport à notre arrivée, ainsi qu'un sac de friandises avec des collations, des tasses de voyage, etc. Elle s'assure que tous ses clients sont pris en charge avant de se rendre au centre de villégiature, l'enregistrement privé avec notre propre bar et des collations, car la plupart d'entre nous étaient affamés à notre arrivée. Les cadeaux généreux et les attentions particulières qu'elle a offerts à chacun de ses clients, qu'il s'agisse de leur premier, quatrième ou dixième voyage avec son groupe, notre cocktail privé, les beaux rêves, la réservation de restaurants....Je pourrais continuer à l'infini comme je l'ai dit, elle se surpasse et n'oublie rien. J'ai hâte d'être à l'inauguration de 2019. J'ai hâte de retourner dans ce complexe extraordinaire.

Absolutely beautiful resort What an amazing resort, the grounds, the people, the food. There was nothing to complain about...a little hiccup with the chair availability at the two main pools, all chairs were reserved by the butlers, which I do understand, if you pay for a butler and your want a spot at the pool, then yes they should be able to reserve a spot but not a spot at the pool and the beach. I think if they had more chairs at both pools then that would solve a lot of the issues. Our second week they were working hard at putting extra chairs, umbrellas and cabana's at the beach. Kim Hartlen was the absolute best, having our travel agent with us to resolve any issues (if there was any) makes the trip that much more relaxing. She go's over and above for her clients. The little extra touches, coffee at the airport when we arrived, along with a goodie bag of snacks, travel mugs etc. Making sure all her clients are accounted for before heading to the resort, the private check in with our own bar and snacks as most of us were starving when we arrived. The generous gifts and extra special touches she gave out to each and everyone of her clients weather it was their first, fourth or tenth trip with her group, our private cocktail party, the sweet dreams, booking of restaurants....I could go on forever as I said she goes over and above and doesn't forget a thing. Can't wait till the 2019 reveal. Can't wait to return to this amazing resort.

Accra Beach Hotel and Spa: parfait, oui parfait

nous sommes un peu difficiles, nous n'avons pas fait le "all inclusive", il y avait toutes sortes d'endroits pour manger, la plage était incroyable, nous y retournerions, et il faisait 85° en février, je dois dire que la représentante de Tripcentral, Eliana, était si bonne et au meilleur prix, merci à R et S

Sandals Royal Barbados: Sandals Royal Barbados

Nous avons trouvé cette propriété décevante par rapport à Grande St. Lucia et Beaches Turks & Caicos. La plongée en dehors de la propriété en faisait partie et le professionnalisme du personnel de plongée ne semblait pas aussi élevé que dans les deux autres stations et les sites de plongée que nous avons visités étaient quelque peu décevants. L'un des problèmes à régler est le rapport entre les chambres avec majordome et les autres. Nous devions être à la piscine Oceanside à 4h30 du matin [... lire plus] pour avoir une place. La procession des majordomes en fin de matinée/début d'après-midi offrant des serviettes froides et des brochettes de fruits aux clients majordomes tout en ignorant les autres nous a semblé à la limite de l'impolitesse. Nous avons voyagé avec le groupe organisé par Kim Hartlen et ce fut sans aucun doute le point culminant du voyage. La chambre initiale de nos amis était une zone de construction et Kim a réussi à les faire changer de chambre. Je ne pense pas que cela se serait passé aussi facilement si Kim n'avait pas été là. Nous attendons avec impatience les prochains voyages avec Kim ! La nourriture est un autre point positif - tous les repas que nous avons pris étaient excellents.

We found this property disappointing compared to Grande St. Lucia and Beaches Turks & Caicos. The off property diving was part of it and the professionalism of dive staff did not seem as high as the other two resorts and the dive sites we went to were somewhat disappointing. One of the issues that needs to be dealt with is the ratio of butler rooms to others. We needed to be at the Oceanside pool by 4:30 am to get a seat. The procession of butlers in late morning/early afternoon offering cold towels and fruit kebobs to butler guests while ignoring others we felt bordered on being rude. We travelled with the group organized by Kim Hartlen and this was definitely the high point of the trip. Our friends initial room was a construction zone and Kim was able to get them moved. I don't think this would have happened as easily had Kim not been there. We look forward to future trips with Kim! The food was another positive - every meal we had was excellent.

Il y a beaucoup d'endroits où manger avec un total de 17 restaurants des deux côtés de la propriété du complexe Sandals. La variété est exceptionnelle : Butch's, Bombay, French, Italian et le Merry Monkey sont nos préférés. Les chambres étaient bien aménagées et dotées d'un beau mobilier. Le complexe était très propre et toujours impeccablement présenté. Dans l'ensemble, il ne s'agit pas d'une [... lire plus] propriété très étendue, mais elle offre beaucoup d'avantages par rapport à sa taille. Tout est à portée de main et donne une impression d'intimité. Le personnel est très amical et attentif à vos désirs. Samara et Nicole sont deux des serveurs des restaurants qui nous ont le plus impressionnés. Elles ont rendu nos repas encore plus agréables. La nourriture et le service étaient de grande qualité dans les restaurants. Nikita, au salon de fidélisation, a été un plaisir pour nous. C'est une personne adorable. Les boissons étaient de grande qualité, mais le service aux bars de la piscine était lent et peu de serveurs attendaient les clients dans cette zone, à moins que vous n'ayez un service de majordome. La plage avait un beau sable blanc et poudreux mais n'est pas adaptée à ceux qui aiment faire de longues promenades sur la plage. Elle est plutôt courte, moins d'un kilomètre pour aller d'un bout à l'autre. Malheureusement, pendant notre séjour, il y avait beaucoup d'algues dans l'eau et sur la plage, ce qui rendait les activités normales sur la plage moins souhaitables. On nous a dit que ce n'était pas la norme, mais que cela était dû à des événements annuels en avril. Le personnel s'est efforcé de nettoyer vers la fin de notre séjour, mais le ressac de l'océan n'a pas cessé d'apporter de plus en plus d'algues et d'herbes chaque jour. Dans l'ensemble, je recommanderais ce centre de villégiature.

Sandals Barbados - Beautiful slice of paradise This resort has a lot to offer. The grounds are beautiful and well manacured. There are plenty of places to eat with a total of 17 restaurants on both sides of this cojoined Sandals resort property. The variety was outstanding with Butch's, Bombay, French, Italian and the Merry Monkey being our favorites. The rooms were well appointed with beautiful furnishings. Resort was very very clean and always impeccably presented. Overall, it is not an expansive property but has a lot of amenities the size. Everything is close at hand and has quite an intimate feeling to it. The staff are very friendly and attentive to your desires. Samara and Nicole were two of the servers in the restaurants that stood out to us. These ladies made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. The food and service were of high quality in the restaurants. Nikita in the loyalty lounge was a pleasure to deal with. Such a lovely person. Drinks were of high quality however service at the pool bars was slow and not many servers waiting on patrons in this area unless you had butler service. The beach had beautiful white, powdery sand but is not apt for those who like to take long walks on the beach. It is rather short being less than 1km to go from one end to the other. Unfortunatley during our stay there was a lot of seaweed in the water and on the beach which made normal beach activities less desirable. We were told that this was not the norm but was caused by annual events each year in April. Staff were working to clear it up towards the end of our stay but the ocean surf was relentless bringing more and more seaweed/grass in daily. Overall I would recommend this resort.

Nous avons voyagé pendant une semaine avec le groupe Kim Hartlen et nous ne saurions trop insister sur la semaine extraordinaire que nous avons passée. Kim fait un travail fantastique en organisant les voyages et se met en quatre pour tout le monde. Le Sandals Royal Barbados est un centre de villégiature magnifique, que ce soit au niveau du personnel, du terrain ou de la nourriture. Le personnel était serviable et amical. Le grand choix de restaurants était génial. Tant d'options et tous les [... lire plus] restaurants que nous avons essayés, la nourriture était fantastique. La piste de bowling est un ajout merveilleux. Beaucoup d'options de piscine pour se détendre et profiter du soleil.

Sandals Royal Barbados Amazing We travelled for a week with the Kim Hartlen Group and cannot say enough about an amazing week we had. Kim does a fantastic job arranging the trips and goes the extra mile for everyone. Sandals Royal Barbados is a beautiful resort from the staff, the grounds and the food. The staff was helpful and friendly. Lots of choices for restaurants was great. So many options and all the restaurants we tried the food was fantastic. The bowling alley is a wonderful addition. Lots of pool options to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

la plantation autour de l'hôtel était impressionnante, les piscines étaient amusantes et les repas étaient excellents la piste de bowling était un plaisir particulier l'hôtel n'est pas très grand pour se déplacer, en une journée vous pouvez trouver tout ce dont vous avez besoin et plus encore

beautiful resort the plantation around the resort was awesome , the pools were fun and the meals were great the bowling alley was a special treat the resort was not that big to get around , with in a day you can find everything you need and more

Sandals Royal Barbados: Des vacances formidables.

Le Sandals Royal Barbados est un hôtel extraordinaire. Nous avons apprécié l'expérience gastronomique dans tous les restaurants. La nourriture était incroyable. Nous avons également apprécié les piscines et les bars. Le personnel de cet hôtel est incroyable. Ils se surpassent pour que nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Le seul reproche que j'ai à faire est l'océan, les algues et les puces de sable. J'avais hâte de nager dans l'océan, mais cela n'a pas été possible à cause des algues et des vagu [... lire plus]es houleuses. Ce n'est cependant pas la faute de l'hôtel. Je me demande s'il y a un moyen de réduire les algues car je n'en ai jamais vu d'aussi épaisses. J'aimerais aussi qu'il y ait plus de chaises de jardin avec des parasols. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre chambre d'hôtel - elle était parfaite. Nous avons apprécié de faire partie du groupe Kim Hartlen. J'ai trouvé que Kim était le meilleur agent de voyage avec lequel j'ai eu affaire. Elle se surpasse pour ses clients et on voit vraiment qu'elle aime son travail et qu'elle aime travailler avec ses clients. J'ai apprécié chaque instant et je reviendrai certainement dans cet hôtel. Awesome vacation. Sandals Royal Barbados is an amazing hotel. We enjoyed the dining experience in all of the restaurants. The food was amazing. We also enjoyed the pools & the bars.The staff that works in this hotel are incredible. They go above & beyond in making us feel at home. The only complaint I had is the ocean, the seaweed & the sand fleas. I was looking forward to swimming in the ocean but this did not happen due to the seaweed & the rough waves. That is no fault of the hotel however. I am wondering if there is a way to cut down on the seaweed as I have never seen the seaweed so thick. Also I would like to see more lawn chairs with umbrellas. We really enjoyed our hotel room - it was perfect. We enjoyed being part of the Kim Hartlen group. I found Kim to be the best travel agent I have ever dealt with. She goes above & beyond for her clients & you can really tell that she loves her job & loves working with her clients.This was an amazing retirement trip for me. I enjoyed every moment.I would definitely revisit this hotel.Thank you. Doris & Tim White

Sandals Royal Barbados: Des attentes dépassées

Je reviens d'une semaine fantastique au Sandals Royal Barbados, après un léger retard dû à la météo, nous sommes arrivés à destination. La planification préparée avant notre arrivée a rendu le transfert vers le centre de villégiature impeccable, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons été extrêmement bien traités et nous avons été conduits à notre chambre avec l'aide du personnel de Sandals.Lorsque nous avons eu l'occasion de séjourner dans un nouveau centre de villégiature, c'est toujours spect [... lire plus]aculaire. Il s'agit de notre cinquième séjour chez Sandals et nous avons déjà réservé pour le mois d'octobre ; tout ce que je peux dire, c'est que le personnel est formidable, que la qualité est excellente et que le bowling est très amusant.

Exceeded Expectations Just returned from a fantastic week at Sandals Royal Barbados,after a minor delay due to weather we arrived at our destination.The planning that was prepared prior to our arrival made the transferring to the resort flawless,when we arrived we were treated extremely well and were off to our room along with assistance of Sandals staff.After getting settled we were off to explore,we enjoyed great service food was awesome,weather was fantastic and the rooms were well appointed with lots of room to enjoy a bath in the soaker tub.When you have the opportunity to stay at a new resort it’s always spectacular,this is our 5th stay with Sandals and already booked for October all I can say is great staff along with great quality and the bowling was a lot of fun.

Tout dans ce centre de villégiature est 6 étoiles. La qualité et la préparation de la nourriture sont exceptionnelles. Les gens sont si accommodants, si agréables et si gentils que c'est pour moi ce qui fait vraiment la différence dans une expérience de voyage. Le terrain est impeccable et très propre. Vous ne pourriez pas trouver une cigarette si vous essayiez. Vous vous sentez en sécurité à toute heure du jour ou de la nuit et la sécurité est très visible, ce qui rend l'expérience de la plage  [... lire plus]encore plus agréable car il s'agit d'une plage publique. (Les piscines sont très bien entretenues et le personnel vérifie constamment la qualité de l'eau. Il y a un espace pour tout le monde, que vous recherchiez un endroit ensoleillé et tranquille au bord d'une piscine ou un endroit plus animé au bord de la piscine à débordement. Les boissons sont de première qualité, avec plusieurs choix par marque. Je ne pense pas qu'il y ait une mauvaise chambre dans l'établissement et nous avons séjourné dans la Crystal Lagoon au 5ème étage, avec une vue magnifique et vous pouvez nourrir les moineaux directement de votre main.... trop cool. Si vous cherchez de l'eau de palourdes, ce n'est peut-être pas l'endroit pour vous car c'était très agité tous les jours avec des vents forts, mais je suppose que c'est juste le climat de la Barbade. Il y avait beaucoup d'algues, mais cela ne m'a pas dérangé....'est une plage après tout :)

Your room key Says "Luxury Vacation" as simple as that!! Everything about this resort is 6 star. The food quality and preparation is outstanding. The people are so accommodating, so pleasant and kind it is for me what really make the difference in any travel experience. The grounds are pristine and so clean. You couldn't find a cigarette but if you tried. You feel safe anytime of day or night and the security is in high visibility making the beach experience so much better as it is a public beach. (All Barbados beaches are public access beaches) The pools are very well kept and you see the staff constantly checking the water quality. There is a space for everyone whether you are looking for s sunny quiet spot by a pool and a more happening place by the infinity pool. Drinks are premium quality with several choices by brand. I don't think there is a bad room in the place and we stayed in the Crystal Lagoon 5th floor, great view and you can feed the sparrows right out of your hand....so cool. If your looking for clam water this might not be the place for you as it was very rough every day with strong winds but I guess that's just the Barbados climate. Lots of seaweed around but really didn't bother me....it is a beach after all:)
