Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Pas du tout un hôtel 4,5 étoiles

Mon ami et moi sommes arrivés à midi le samedi 17 octobre. L'enregistrement était censé se faire à 15 heures. On nous a assuré que nous aurions notre chambre à 14 heures. Deux heures plus tard, nous avons finalement obtenu notre chambre. Nous avons payé 1100 CDN chacun. Pour ce montant, l'hôtel était correct. Petit centre de villégiature. Pas de spectacle le soir. Il y avait de la musique le soir. C'était bien mais il n'y avait pas assez de places pour se détendre. Attention au programme Fidelit [... lire plus]y. Il s'agit d'une multipropriété, mais il n'y a pas de frais de gestion annuels. Les personnes qui vous abordent à votre arrivée se font appeler "concierge". Ils ont l'air sympathiques, mais ils s'approchent de vous pour vous faire perdre deux heures de votre temps en vous parlant du Fidelity Program, c'est-à-dire de la multipropriété. C'est une honte ! Heureusement, nous sommes allés discuter du programme alors qu'il pleuvait. Lorsque nous avons refusé les 8 000 USD pour un programme de dix ans, on nous a demandé pourquoi nous nous donnions la peine d'assister à la réunion. C'était comme si nous leur faisions perdre leur temps au lieu de gaspiller MON temps de vacances. La nourriture était bonne. Ils nous ont donné un petit sac de chips et une petite barre de chocolat par jour. Nous étions deux personnes dans la chambre. ? ?? Ce n'est vraiment pas un hôtel de luxe. Superbe plage et plongée avec masque et tuba !

Definitely not 4.5 star hotel My friend and I arrived by noon on Saturday Oct 17th. Check in time was supposed to be 3pm. We were assured that we would get into our room by 2pm. Two hours after that we finally got into the room. We paid 1100 CDN each. For that amount the hotel was OK. Small resort. No shows at night. There was music at night. That was good but not enough seats to relax. Be aware of the Fidelity Program. This is a time share but no yearly administration fee. The people that approach you when you arive call themselves "concierge". They appear to be friendly only to get close to you to waste two hours of your time talking about the Fidelity Program aka time share. Shameful! Luckily we went to discuss the Program when it was raining. When we said no to the 8000.00 USD for a ten year Program we were asked why did we bother to attend. It was like we were wasting their time not wasting MY vacation time. Food was good. They gave us one small bag of chips and one small chocolate bar per day. We were two people in the room. ??? Definitely not a luxery hotel. Great beach and snorkeling!

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Valentin Imperial

Notre chambre était humide et sentait le renfermé. La propreté des chambres doit être améliorée. Le processus d'enregistrement a été extrêmement lent, la première impression au comptoir de service a été médiocre. Sur une note positive, la piscine, la plage et les restaurants étaient très agréables.

Our room was damp and musty. Cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement. Extremely slow process to check in, first impressions on service desk was mediocre. On a positive note the pool, beach and restaurants were most enjoyable.

Riu Santa Fe: c'est un lieu de villégiature magnifique

Cet hôtel est très bien entretenu et propre. Les chambres sont superbes. Le service était excellent et le personnel très heureux et serviable. Il s'agit cependant d'une très grande propriété, il faut donc se préparer à marcher beaucoup pour se déplacer dans la propriété.

this is a beautiful resort This hotel is very well kept and clean. The rooms were great. The service was excellent with a lot of very happy and helpful staff. It is a very big property though, so be prepared to do a lot of walking just to get around on their property.

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Nous avons passé huit jours extraordinaires dans ce centre de villégiature. Bien qu'il ait plu quelques jours (octobre), nous nous sommes quand même beaucoup amusés. La piscine est immense avec deux bars de nage. Le service était impeccable, en particulier lorsque l'un de nos bagages a été perdu dans le bus sans nom, ils ont réussi à le récupérer et à nous l'apporter à notre porte en quelques heures. Le terrain est grand et très beau ainsi que tous les restaurants, en particulier le restaurant f [... lire plus]rançais. La nourriture est incroyable ! Ce complexe me manque ! J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Amazing resort Had an amazing time for eight days at this resort. Although it rained a few days (October), we still had a lot of fun. The pool is huge with two swim up bars. Service was impeccable, specially when one of our luggage was lost on the bus with no name on it, they managed to retrieve it and get it to us at are door within a few hours. The grounds are big and very nice as well as all the restaurants especially the French restaurant. Amazing food! I miss this resort! Would go back in a heartbeat.

Viva Maya by Wyndham: superbe station avec un personnel très sympathique !

Merveilleux hôtel qui travaille dur pour s'assurer que vous profitez de vos vacances ! Il y a toujours des activités, du yoga le matin à la navigation en catamaran. Il y en a pour tous les goûts ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'utilisation gratuite des vélos, car Playa Del Carmen est à 15 minutes à vélo de l'hôtel et c'est une ville merveilleuse pour faire du shopping. Les restaurants A La Cart étaient merveilleux, avec une nourriture et un service extraordinaires. Nous avons également profité d [... lire plus]u Viva Wyndham Aztec qui se trouve quelques stations plus bas et qui est accessible aux clients séjournant au Maya. C'était une option intéressante pour dîner un soir. Le buffet international propose une grande variété de plats et la machine à panini a été un de nos préférés pour le déjeuner ! Les chambres sont propres et le balcon est une option intéressante. La piscine Relax était notre préférée ! Tomas, le barman, est merveilleux et vous sert des boissons pleines avec le sourire ! Nous recommandons cet hôtel, vous ne serez pas déçus !

wonderful resort with very friendly staff! Wonderful hotel who work hard to ensure that you enjoy your vacation! There are always activities happening from Yoga in the morning- to Catamaran sailing. There is something for everyone! We really enjoyed the free bike use- as Playa Del Carmen is a short 15 minute bike ride from the resort and is a wonderful town for shopping. The A La Cart restaurants were wonderful- with amazing food and service. We also took advantage of the Viva Wyndham Aztec which is a few resorts down and is accessible for guests staying at the Maya. This was a nice option for dinner one night. The international buffet has a wide variety of food and the Panini maker was a favourite for us for lunch! The rooms are clean and the balcony is a nice option. The Relax pool was a favourite for us! Tomas the bartender there is wonderful and keeps your drinks full with a smile! We would recommend this resort- you wont be disappointed!

Iberostar Selection Cancun: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire. Service fantastique.

Ma famille et moi avons séjourné à l'hôtel en octobre, et j'ai trouvé cet endroit tout simplement merveilleux. Le service est parfait. Les employés sont toujours très aimables et serviables. La nourriture et les boissons sont très bonnes. Il n'y a aucun problème pour réserver dans les restaurants japonais, steak gourmet et mexicain, tous merveilleux. La plage, l'une des plus vastes de Cancun, était parfaitement agréable. L'hôtel dispose de nombreuses piscines, toutes propres. Les chambres sont b [... lire plus]onnes et confortables. Propreté irréprochable. Mini bar constamment rempli. Absolument recommandé.

Amazing resort. Fantastic service. Me and my family were in the hotel on October, and I found that place just wonderful. A service is perfect. Employees were very friendly and helpful always. The food and drinks very good. There is no problem at all to make reservation for restaurants Japanese, Gourmet Steak and Mexican all wonderful. The beach one of the most extensive in Cancun was perfectly nice. The hotel has a lots of pools and all of them cleanly. The rooms are good and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Mini bar refilled constantly. Definitely recommended.

Platinum Yucatan Princess: Un endroit idéal pour se détendre !

L'hôtel était très beau et des travaux étaient constamment en cours, peinture, refaire le ciment dans les fontaines, etc. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde et nous n'avons jamais eu à attendre pour dîner, et tous les restaurants étaient incroyables ! Nous sommes allés à Sandals et dans d'autres hôtels très bien notés dans les Caraïbes et Platinum n'a rien à envier à aucun d'entre eux !

Great place to go relax! The hotel was very nice and work was constantly going on, painting, re doing the cement in the fountains, etc. It wasn't very busy so we never had to wait for dinner, and all restaurants were incredible! We have been to Sandals and some other highly rated hotels in the Caribbean and Platinum does not take a back seat to any of them!

JOIA Paraiso by Iberostar: UN CENTRE DE VILLÉGIATURE EXTRAORDINAIRE

Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire ! Un service hors pair, une cuisine excellente, des chambres superbes ! Nous avons visité de nombreux autres complexes hôteliers dans la région de Mayan Riviera et celui-ci est de loin le meilleur ! La proximité de Playa est excellente - 20 minutes environ et à proximité de nombreuses activités. Il y a toujours un membre du personnel qui vous demande si vous avez besoin de quelque chose.

AMAZING RESORT Amazing resort! Over the top service, great food, great rooms! We have been to many many other resorts in the Mayan Riviera area and this by far is the best! The proximity to playa is great - 20 minutes or so and close to lots of activities. There is always a staff member asking if you need something.

Riu Palace Riviera Maya: Chez soi loin de chez soi

Mon mari et moi sommes retournés dans notre petit paradis. Nous venons depuis 8 ans au Riu Palace Rivera Maya. Nous célébrons notre anniversaire chaque année en octobre 2005 avec nos enfants et notre famille élargie au Riu. Grâce à Mendea (Roseira) et à tout le personnel, notre visite, notre nourriture et notre hébergement ont toujours été excellents. C'est un endroit où l'on peut se sentir en sécurité et se détendre. Ce n'est pas un grand complexe et vous avez accès à tous les autres Riu de la  [... lire plus]région si vous le souhaitez. La plage était excellente et nous n'avons eu que quelques algues les deux derniers jours de notre séjour. Nous avons souvent joué au volley-ball dans la piscine. Le seul reproche que j'aurais à faire concerne les divertissements pendant la journée et les spectacles le soir. Je regrette aussi l'époque où les vendeurs et les gens venaient au complexe. La bonne chose est que vous êtes proche de tout et que vous pouvez aller à la 5ème Avenue, prendre un ferry pour Cozumel et même aller au casino

Home away from Home My husband and I returned to our little Paradise. We have been coming for 8 years to Riu Palace Rivera Maya. We celebrate our anniversary every Oct 05 with our children and extended family at the Riu. Thanks to Mendea (Roseira), and all the staff our visit, our food, our accomodations have always been excellent. This is a place where you can feel safe and relax. It is not a large resort and you have access to all the other Riu's in the area should you wish to. The beach was excellent and we only had some seaweed the last 2 days of our stay. We often could be found in the pool playing volleyball. The only complaint I have would be the entertainment during the day and the shows at night. I also miss the older days when the vendors and people would visit the resort. The good thing is you are close to everything and can go to 5th Avenue, catch a ferry to Cozumel and even go to the Casino

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Pas aussi bien que je l'avais prévu

D'abord les points négatifs ; 1) La plage est discutable, pour s'y rendre il faut prendre une navette que l'on peut attendre jusqu'à 20 minutes et le trajet dure environ 20 minutes. Il est donc difficile de se rendre à la plage et d'en revenir et, après tout, elle n'est pas comparable aux autres plages du Mexique ou à celles de Punta Cana en République dominicaine. 2) Les restaurants à la carte sont difficiles d'accès, même si vous payez le supplément pour le forfait Golden. L'hôtel vend une for [... lire plus]mule "Privileged Club". Si vous êtes "Privileged", vous pouvez réserver des restaurants deux semaines avant votre arrivée. Si vous n'êtes pas "Privileged", vous aurez les restes. Si vous voulez manger à 9 h ou 9 h 30 et que vous ne voulez pas entrer dans les meilleurs restaurants, tout ira bien. 3) Si vous êtes "privilégié", ils encouragent fortement les enfants de moins de 12 ans à manger gratuitement. À mon avis, cela a eu pour conséquence que beaucoup d'enfants ont couru partout en faisant leurs propres affaires sans se soucier des autres et que les parents ne se sont pas occupés d'eux. Tous les autres centres de villégiature que j'ai visités autorisent les enfants et je n'ai jamais eu de problème avec les enfants dans les centres de villégiature car, dans tous les autres cas, ils se comportaient beaucoup mieux. En ce qui concerne les autres points, le personnel était très aimable et faisait tout pour vous satisfaire, les chambres étaient propres et confortables, la nourriture (restaurant buffet) était très bonne avec un grand choix de produits. J'aurais des réserves à recommander ce complexe principalement à cause de la situation de la plage et de l'accès aux restaurants à la carte. À mon avis, la plage est un élément important si vous allez au Mexique ou dans les Caraïbes.

Not as good as I anticipated First the negatives; 1) The beach is questionable, to get there you have to take a shuttle which you can wait for for up to 20 minutes and the ride is about 20 minutes. So getting to and from the beach is a hassle and after all is said and done it can't compare to other beaches in Mexico or Punta Cana's beaches in the Dominican Republic. 2) The a la carte restaurants are difficult to get into even if you pay the extra for the Golden package. The resort is selling a Privileged Club package. If you are "Privileged" you can book restaurant reservations two weeks before you arrive. So if you are not "Privileged" you get the leftovers. If you want to eat at 9 or 9:30 and don't want to get into the better restaurants you will be okay. 3) If you are "Privileged" they heavily promote children under 12 for free. In my opinion this resulted in many kids just running around doing their own thing with little regard for others and parents not caring for them. All other resorts I have visited allow children and I have never had an issue with children at the reasorts since in all other cases they were much better behaved. As to other items; the staff was very friendly and went out of the way to keep you happy, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food (buffet restaurant) was very good with a large selection of items. I would have reservations recommending this resort mainly because of the situation with the beach and getting into the a la carte restaurants. In my opinion the beach is a big item if you are going to Mexico or the Caribbean.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Si bien que nous reviendrons pour la troisième fois

Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire ici, nous avons voyagé en octobre. 3 Rd - 27 septembre - 10 octobre. C'était notre deuxième visite, avant 2010. Qu'est-ce que je peux dire : "C'était un paradis" Hôtel Cet hôtel est immense, il est composé d'au moins 5 complexes, où nous pouvions nous déplacer dans 2 d'entre eux, mais une fois que vous avez pris vos repères, il est facile de naviguer. Dans les deux complexes où l'on peut se déplacer, il y a 4 grandes piscines avec de superbes bars et [... lire plus] des piscines Jacuzzi plus petites et dispersées, sans bar. La Foam Pool Party du vendredi était fantastique, la musique, la tequila et la mousse ont permis de vivre une expérience mémorable, comparable, mais pas aussi sauvage, à une fête de spring break. Nous vous recommandons également la Mexican Fiesta du jeudi, où une fête mexicaine folklorique est organisée à l'Hacienda. Il y a de nombreux trains pour vous emmener autour des stations où le temps d'attente maximum entre les trains est de 15 minutes et, dans le pire des cas, vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à votre destination, ce qui nous a pris environ 20 minutes pour nous rendre à la plage. Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses et les équipements sont excellents. Thé/café et mini bar constamment approvisionné en eau, bière, coca, fanta et sprite. Le terrain est impeccable et entretenu en permanence par l'armée de jardiniers. PLAGE La plage est magnifique, avec du sable blanc et une eau bleue claire. Il y avait suffisamment de chaises longues disponibles, nous n'avons pas eu besoin de sortir les serviettes à 7 heures du matin, mais c'est peut-être dû à la période de l'année, bien que pour moi la station semblait pleine. J'ai lu dans d'autres commentaires qu'il y avait un problème d'algues, mais ce problème est pratiquement inexistant grâce aux nouvelles barrières mises en place. Le bar de la plage est très bien. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à l'hôtel Tulum auquel vous avez un accès complet. La plage est un peu plus rocheuse de ce côté. Si vous allez de l'autre côté, vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à la partie de la plage d'Akumal qui est la meilleure et absolument magnifique avec beaucoup de poissons pour nager. Vous ne pouvez pas utiliser librement les installations de Coba en tant qu'habitués. Nous y avons eu accès et nous y avons passé un peu de temps. FOOD BUFFET- Le buffet était EXCELLENT ! Il y a tellement de choix qu'on n'a jamais faim. Il y a toutes sortes d'aliments, y compris mon plat préféré, le MEXIQUE. Ils remplaçaient constamment les vieux plateaux, même jusqu'à 15 minutes avant la fermeture, de sorte qu'il n'y a jamais eu de problème de manque de nourriture fraîche. A LA CARTES Nous avons fait le suivant....... Meditereano C'était un restaurant simple et élégant. Je ne suis pas un expert en cuisine méditerranéenne, mais j'ai mangé l'un des meilleurs steaks de New York que j'aie jamais goûtés et ma femme a dégusté un saumon comparable à celui qu'on lui sert au Canada. Japonais C'est ce que nous avions fait lors de notre précédente visite et la table du spectacle supérieur est un must. Le spectacle était bon, divertissant et impliquait tous les convives, ce qui nous a permis de nous lier d'amitié avec eux. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un moment extraordinaire Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute...... Le service à la clientèle est exceptionnel. Le personnel est formidable, le service à la clientèle de cet hôtel est exceptionnel et nous reviendrons dans quelques années pour vous ennuyer à nouveau !

So good we will return for a third time We have just an amazing week here, traveled Oct. 3 Rd - Sept 27th - 10th October. This was our 2nd visit, previously 2010. What Can I Say : "IT WAS A PARADISE" Hotel This hotel is huge it is made up of at least 5 resorts, where we could move around in 2 of them. but once you get your bearings it easy to navigate around. Within the 2 resorts you can move around in there are 4 large pools with great swim up bars and then there are scattered smaller Jacuzzi pool with no bar. The Foam Pool Party on Friday was fantastic, music, tequila and the foam made for a memorable experience comparable, yet not as wild, to a spring break party. Also Highly recommend the Mexican Fiesta on Thursday where there is a folkloric Mexican Fiesta at the Hacienda. There are plenty of trains to take you around the resorts where the maximum wait time between trains is 15 min and in the and worst case scenario, you could walk to where you to get to taking about 20 minutes for us to get to the beach. The rooms are large and spacious and amenities are great. Tea/coffee facilities and mini bar constantly stocked with water, beer, coke ,fanta and sprite. The grounds are immaculate and maintained constantly by the army of gardeners. BEACH The Beach is beautiful, with nice white sand and clear blue water. There were enough sun loungers available, we had no need to be put towels out at 7am but it could have been because the time of year although to me the resort looked full. I have read on other reviews about a seaweed problem, but, the issue is pretty much non-existent due to the new barriers they have in place. The beach bar is great. You can walk to the Tulum hotel which you have full access to. The beach this way is a little rockier. If you go the other way you can walk down to the Akumal part of the beach which is the best and absolutely stunning with plenty of fish to swim with. The facilities here you cannot use freely as a regular Coba guest. We did have access and we enjoyed a bit time there. FOOD BUFFET- The buffet was GREAT! So much choice, you would never go hungry. There is all kinds of food all over laced with my favourite type of food MEXICAN. They were constantly replacing old trays even up to 15 minutes before they closed so there was never an issue with lack of fresh food. A LA CARTES We did the following....... Meditereano This was a great simple and elegant restaurant to go to. I am not an expert on mediterranean food, but I had one of the best New York Steaks I have tasted and my wife had a Salmon comparable to the salmon served her in Canada. Japanese This we had done on our previous visit and the top show table is a must. The show was good, it was entertaining and involved all at the table helping us make friends with those at the table. Overall, we had the most AMAZING time We will definitely be back...... The customer service is exceptional Thank you. The staff is great the customer service at this hotel is above and beyond and we will be returning in a few years to annoy you all again!

Sandos Playacar Beach Resort: lieu magnifique

Le terrain est très bien entretenu, la cuisine est bonne, les gens sont toujours souriants. Par beau temps, la plage est magnifique. Après la pluie, elle l'est moins. Mais toujours agréable et chaude. La seule chose sur laquelle je travaillerais est la location de catamarans. Ils ont toujours une excuse pour ne pas les donner. Vous ne payez que 10 $ et vous pouvez les utiliser aussi souvent que vous le souhaitez, mais ils ont un temps très limité pour les utiliser et toujours une raison différen [... lire plus]te pour ne pas les donner. Le restaurant brésilien est bon mais il faut attendre une éternité entre chaque service. Le premier arrive rapidement et après les plats d'accompagnement deviennent froids en attendant le prochain morceau de viande. En général, nous reviendrons dans ce complexe. Il est très bien entretenu et proche de Playa del Carmen.

beatuful place Grounds very well kept, coos is good, people are always smiling. If the weather is good the beach is beautiful. After it rained not so much. But still nice and warm. The only thing I would work on is the catamaran rentals. They always have an excuse not to give them out. You only pay $10 and you can use them as often as you want but they have a very limited time for you to use them and always a differente reason for not giving them out. The Brazilian restaurant is good but takes forever between each serve. The first one comes fast and afterthe side dishes get cold while waiting for the next meat cut. In general we would return to this resort. It is very well kept and it's close to Playa del Carmen.

Riu Santa Fe: Station de loisirs.

Très propre, bons divertissements, personnel sympathique et bonne nourriture. Je reviendrai certainement. C'était une belle promenade sur la plage jusqu'au bar du centre-ville, mais après la vie nocturne, je devais prendre un taxi pour rentrer au complexe. Je ne recommanderais pas de rentrer à pied sur la plage le soir, c'est tout simplement trop loin quand on est ivre.

Fun resort. Very clean, good entertainment friendly staff and good food. I will definitely be going back. It was a nice walk on the beach to the down town bar, but after the night life I would have to take a taxi back to the resort. I wouldn't recommend walk home on the beach at night, simply to far when your drunk.

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: beau centre de vacances pour adultes

les chambres sont très propres, la nourriture très bonne et le personnel très poli. la piscine était très agréable et assez chaude pour y aller immédiatement, mais toujours rafraîchissante. le complexe est étendu, donc beaucoup de marche, ce qui est bien, surtout quand on a tendance à trop manger en vacances. le sport's bar était bien, mais il serait bien s'il était un peu plus grand pour les jours où il pleut (toute la journée). les restaurants à la carte avaient une nourriture délicieuse, la p [... lire plus]résentation était agréable et les portions n'étaient pas trop grandes, de sorte que vous pouviez manger les 3 plats. dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon complexe.

nice adult resort very clean rooms, very good food and very polite staff. the pool was very nice and warm enough to go in immediately, but still refreshing. the resort is spread out, so a lot of walking which is fine, especially when you tend to overeat on vacation. the sport's bar was good, but would be nice if it was a bit bigger for those days when it does happen to rain (all day) The a la carte restaurants had delicious food, presentation was nice and not too big of a portion, so that you could have all 3 courses. overall a nice resort.

Sun Palace Hotel: bonne station, pas extraordinaire

L'hôtel est correct, pas incroyable comme le suggèrent les commentaires. Les piscines sont petites, le bar est très petit. Le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner étaient bons mais les restaurants ne sont pas géniaux. Je m'attendais à un facteur "wow" beaucoup plus important. La plage est magnifique et le service sur la plage est incroyable ! Donc dans l'ensemble c'est bien pas

good resort, not amazing Resort is ok not incredible as reviews suggest. Pools are small, swim up bar very small. Breakfast and lunch was good but diners aren't great. I expected a lot more "wow" factor. Beach is beautiful, and service on beach is amazing!!! So overall it's good not

Riu Tequila: RIU Tequila

Le complexe est fabuleux. Dès votre arrivée, vous remarquerez le hall unique de RIU Tequila. Les chambres de style villa, l'agencement du complexe et le service clientèle sont tous fantastiques. Playacar est un quartier très sûr, avec des barrières de sécurité. Un endroit à ne pas manquer pour se reposer et se détendre au milieu de l'hiver.

The resort is fabulous. Starting from when you first arrive, you'll notice RIU tequila's unique lobby. The villa style rooms, the layout of the resort and the customer service received there are all fantastic. Playacar is a very safe district with gated security. A must go for the much needed mid winter rest and relaxation.

Secrets Playa Mujeres: Un lieu de villégiature incroyable

Ce complexe était luxueux et le personnel s'est mis en quatre pour rendre notre séjour mémorable ⤠Je voyage souvent et c'est de loin le meilleur endroit ! Les inconvénients sont le manque de drainage. Il a beaucoup plu et certaines chambres ont été inondées. Incredible resort This resort was luxurious and the staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable ❤ I travel often and this is by far the best place! Some downfalls were the lack of drainage. It rained alot so some of our guests rooms got flooded out. They also have construction next door behind building 2 which starts around 7 am daily.

Ce complexe est plus récent et la conception du drainage est extrêmement mauvaise. Il a beaucoup plu et ma chambre était constamment inondée. Les couloirs étaient remplis de quelques centimètres d'eau et de saleté. Plafonds pleins d'eau puis plafonds au sol. Le personnel de l'hôtel est le meilleur ! La nourriture est incroyable !

Beautiful resort This resort is newer and the drainage design is extremely poor. Rained a lot and my room flooded constantly . Hallways filled with inches of water & dirt. Ceilings full of water then ceilings on the ground. The resort staff are the finest! The food incredible!

Incredible Resort I thought the hotel was amazing! The staff was so nice and helpful, the resort was beautiful and the food was delicious. I had such a great time with my friends and I would love to go back there again.

Je reviendrais certainement. C'était la première fois que j'allais dans un complexe tout compris, donc je n'ai pas beaucoup d'éléments de comparaison, mais j'ai trouvé que le personnel était très amical et serviable. La station était impeccable et la nourriture était excellente.

Great place to stay. I would definitly come back. This was my first time at an all inclusive resort so I dont have much to compare to but i found that the staff were very friendly and helpful. Resort was spotless and the food was great.
