Platinum Yucatan Princess: Des vacances absolument fantastiques

Ce centre de villégiature était extrêmement relaxant. Les restaurants étaient fantastiques et j'ai vraiment apprécié de ne pas avoir à réserver. Les bars et les barmen préparaient tous d'excellentes boissons. Le seul point négatif était la plage et la quantité d'algues.

Absolutley a fantastic vacations This resort was extremely relaxing. The restaurants were fantastic and I really enjoyed not having to make reservations. The bars and bartenders all made great drinks. The only negative was the beach and just the amount of sea weed.

Iberostar Waves Cozumel: Bon centre de villégiature

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à l'Iberostar du 25 au 29 avril. Le personnel était sympathique et la nourriture était excellente. Les chambres étaient un peu vieillottes. Si vous êtes vraiment pointilleux, ce n'est pas l'hôtel qu'il vous faut. J'ai apprécié mes matinées sur le porche à boire du café dans le hamac. Il y a beaucoup d'activités si vous voulez y participer. La plage en face de ce complexe est rocheuse. Vous devez marcher sur le quai et aller dans l'eau pour nager.

Good Resort We enjoyed our stay at the Iberostar April 25-29. Staff were friendly and food was great. Rooms were a bit dated. If you are really fussy it's not the resort for you. Enjoyed my mornings on the porch drinking coffee in the hammock. lots of activities going on if you want to join in. Beach in front of this resort Is rocky. You have to walk out on the dock and go into the water from there to swim.

Sandos Playacar Beach Resort: Superbe centre de vacances !

Superbe station dans l'ensemble ! Les animations sont incroyables, il y en a pour tout le monde, le personnel est formidable, le terrain est propre. La plage est superbe mais il y a beaucoup d'algues, peut-être à cause du dernier ouragan. La nourriture est bonne, c'est la nourriture habituelle de la station. Ce complexe est grand, mais il est très amusant et on ne s'y ennuie pas une minute. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre en bord de mer. La vue était magnifique, les chambres sont très vieil [... lire plus]les et ont besoin d'être rénovées immédiatement, car elles sont une grande déception lorsque vous entrez dans l'hôtel. Pour tous ceux qui se posent la question, oui, la télévision a un port UBS et c'était génial. Nous avons simplement utilisé une clé USB pour regarder les films de la maison. Nous avons séjourné du 6 au 16 avril et nous avons passé un excellent moment !

Great t resort! Great resort overall! Entertainement amazing, something for everybody, staff amazing, grounds kept clean. Adult beach area great, always found a chair to relax.Beach area amazing but lofs of seaweed, maybe due to last hurricane. Food is o.k. the usual resort food. This resort is big, but is a lot of fun a and not a boring minute. We stayed in a beachfront room. The view was beautiful, the rooms are very old and need to be renovated like right away, as they are a big dissapointment when you first walk in. For all of you that are wondering, yes, the TV has an UBS port and that was great. We just used a memory stick to watch movies from home. We stayed from April 6-16 and had a great time!

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: pas bon

nous avons eu des fourmis rouges dans notre chambre, elles étaient dans nos vêtements, notre lit, nous nous sommes battus avec elles pendant 3 jours, puis elles sont venues et ont pulvérisé de l'insecticide, finalement le troisième jour, elles nous ont changé de chambre, nous nous sommes levés le lendemain et cette chambre avait des fourmis sur le balcon qui montaient le long du mur, ces fourmis étaient noires, puis elles sont venues et ont fumigé notre balcon, et tout est rentré dans l'ordre ap [... lire plus]rès cela

not good we had ants little red ones in our room they we in our clothes , bed we fought with them for 3 days about it then came and sprayed raid finally the third day they move us to a new room got up the next day and that room had ants on the balcony going up the wall this ones were black then came and fumigated our balcony so it was fine after that

Grand Riviera Princess: Grand centre de villégiature

Le terrain est magnifique et très bien entretenu. La plage est en grande partie sablonneuse mais un peu rocailleuse par endroits. Le personnel est formidable. Les chambres sont belles et très propres. Le complexe est très grand, il faut beaucoup marcher. Les buffets sont très bons, très variés. Aucun problème pour réserver des plats à la carte, nous pouvions en faire autant que nous voulions sans poser de questions.

Great Resort Grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Beach is sandy for most part but a bit rocky in places. Staff are wonderful. Rooms are beautiful, very clean. Resort is very large a lot of walking required. Buffets are very good, lots of variety. No issues booking al la carte's, we could do as many as we wanted without question.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: bon rapport qualité-prix

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Les chambres sont propres mais datées. C'est un grand complexe bien entretenu et le personnel est serviable. Ce n'est pas un complexe tranquille, beaucoup de fêtards tard dans la nuit dans les couloirs et dans les suites voisines. C'est aussi très loin de la plage, des navettes sont fournies qui attendent habituellement 5 à 10 minutes.

good value Good value for your money. Rooms were clean but dated. It is large resort that is well maintained and helpful staff. This is not a quiet resort, lots of party people late at night in hallways and in neighboring suites. This is also very fat from the beach, shuttles are provided which usual 5 to 10 mins wait.

Grand Sunset Princess: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Nous retournerons dans ce complexe et nous le recommandons vivement à quiconque. Tout était parfait sauf la plage, (perte de mauvaises herbes, le fond était très rugueux) et la navette n'était jamais à l'heure.

Amazing resort We will go back to this resort and strongly recommended this resort to anybody. Everything was perfect except for the beach, (lost of weeds, the bottom was very rough) and the shuttle was never or time.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Un excellent rapport qualité-prix !

Très bel hôtel. Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes, mais le prix était bas. La nourriture, le service et les piscines étaient excellents. La plage laisse un peu à désirer, rocailleuse et l'océan est agité. Je peux me passer de l'argent de poche : faire payer le coffre-fort de la chambre était ridicule, je n'ai jamais connu cela... De plus, à notre époque, j'aurais pensé que le WIFI devrait être disponible gratuitement, ce qui n'était pas le cas.

Great value! Very nice hotel. The rooms are a bit dated, but the cost was low. The food, service, and pools were great. The beach leaves a bit to be desired, rocky and a rough ocean. I can do without the nickel and diming: charging for a room safe was ridiculous, never experienced that EVER.Also, in this day and age, I would think that WIFI should be freely available, which it was not.

Une véritable atmosphère mexicaine, une architecture, un aménagement paysager et une grande variété de couleurs mexicaines Couleurs mexicaines. Nous voulions un thème mexicain, nous l'avons eu, nous l'aimons, nous l'admirons. C'est le personnel qui fait vraiment la différence, il a été merveilleux et très serviable. J'ai eu des maux d'estomac lorsque je me suis enregistré après avoir mangé chez Air Transat. Mais le responsable de l'équipe de nuit, Adrean Aduelar, m'a apporté tout le soutien et  [... lire plus]les soins nécessaires à tout moment, jusqu'à l'enregistrement et les soins à tout moment, jusqu'à ce que nous ayons quitté l'aéroport. Amazing staff A true Mexican atmosphere, architecture, landscaping and bright variety of Mexican color. We wanted a Mexican theme, we got it, we love it, we admire it. Its the staff that really make the difference they were wonderful and very helpful. I got stomach sick when I checked in from my food at Air Transat. But the night shift manager Adrean Aduelar gave me all the support and care at all times, till we checked out. Thank you Adrean. The night show was terrific, specially with all Mexican theme and culture. Good family and relaxing atmosphere.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Magnifique centre de villégiature !

Le terrain était impeccable, le choix de nourriture au buffet du Yucatan était infini. Les restaurants à la carte étaient incroyables. Le seul point négatif est la climatisation dans les chambres, qui doit être améliorée.

Beautiful Resort! Grounds were impeccable, food choices at Yucatan buffet were endless. The "A la carte" restaurants were amazing. The only negative point is the air conditioning in the rooms; this needs to be improved.

Riu Santa Fe: Destination idéale - beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir !

C'est l'une de mes destinations préférées à ce jour ! L'hôtel était impeccable et le terrain magnifique. Les piscines étaient bien entretenues et les chaises lavées tous les jours. Le choix de nourriture était vaste et les boissons excellentes. Le personnel était très attentif. Il y avait également beaucoup de choses à faire en dehors du complexe, de sorte que l'on ne s'ennuyait jamais. Les plats à la carte étaient excellents. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut une semaine extraordinaire et je retournerais [... lire plus] sans hésiter au même endroit.

Great destination - lots to do and see! This has been one of my favorite destinations to date! The hotel was immaculate, and the grounds were gorgeous. The pools were well maintained, and the chairs washed down daily. There was plenty of food selection and the drinks were excellent. The staff were very attentive. There was lots to do off the resort as well so you were never bored. Al la carte's were excellent. All and all it was an amazing week and I would definitely go back to the same spot.

Grand Palladium Colonial: Grand centre de villégiature

L'hôtel était un bon hôtel, la seule chose que je n'ai pas aimée était le manque d'internet. Pendant toute la durée de mon séjour, je n'ai pas pu me connecter à Internet et les personnes à l'accueil n'ont pas pu le faire non plus. Je n'étais pas le seul à avoir des problèmes avec ça. A part cela, l'hôtel était très bien ! Je vais certainement utiliser tripcentral pour réserver mes prochains voyages !

Great resort The hotel was a good hotel the only thing that I did not like was the lack of internet. The entire time I was there i was unable to connect to the internet and the people at the front were not able to connect me either. I was not the only one who had problems with it. Other than that the hotel was great! I will definitly be using tripcentral to book future trips!

Grand Palladium Kantenah: tout et plus encore !

En arrivant au centre de villégiature, on a l'impression d'être au paradis. Avec des flamants roses et une rivière à l'avant. Les activités sont innombrables et il y en a pour tous les âges, avec différents centres de villégiature. En ce qui concerne les repas, les options sont infinies entre les buffets et les restaurants.

everything and more! Pulling up to the resort it looks like paradise. With flamingos and a river in the front. Activities are endless and there is something for all ages with different resorts to enjoy. As far as dining goes, the options are endless between the buffets and the restaurants.

Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel and Mexican Charm: Une petite oasis

Le terrain était très joli et pas trop grand. C'est un endroit idéal pour les familles. Le personnel était tellement gentil et serviable. Ils semblaient vraiment heureux d'aider. Les chaises de la piscine mériteraient d'être rénovées, mais le terrain est resté très propre

A little oasis The grounds were very pretty and not to big. Great place for families. The staff were so kind and helpfully. They really seemed happy to help. Pool side chairs could use some updating but grounds kept very clean

Riu Emerald Bay: Merveilleux comme d'habitude

Superbe complexe, très bon rapport qualité-prix. Le personnel rend votre séjour très agréable dans ce complexe. Je suis un habitué et je recommanderais cet hôtel à n'importe quel moment. Pâques était chargé mais bon. Accès facile au centre commercial, accès facile aux bus et absolument sûr.

Wonderful as usual Great resort, great value for the money. The staff make your stay very pleasurable at this resort. A repeat traveller and would recommend anytime. Easter was busy but good. Easy access to strip mall, easy access to buses and absolutely safe.

Barcelo Karmina: Beautiful Resort

Le terrain est magnifique. La chambre est très bien. La nourriture était correcte. Mon plat préféré à la carte était le restaurant japonais. La vue du restaurant italien était incroyable. Le personnel est très sympathique. J'ai trouvé très étrange qu'il n'y ait pas de débarbouillettes dans la chambre ! Nous en avons trouvé un sur le chariot de la femme de ménage et lui avons fait savoir que nous en avions besoin. Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience a été excellente.

The grounds are beautiful. The room was great. The food was ok. Favourite a la carte was the Japanese Restaurant. The view from the Italian Restaurant was incredible. The staff were very friendly. I found it very strange that there were no facecloths in the room though! We found one on the cleaning lady's cart and let her know we needed it. Overall experience was great.

Riu Vallarta: Merveilleuse expérience au Rui Vallarta

Nous ne pouvons pas en dire assez sur le merveilleux personnel de l'hôtel Rui Vallarta, qui a su répondre à tous nos besoins. Les chambres et les parties communes étaient très propres et comme j'aime un lit mou, le personnel est venu dans ma chambre à 23 heures et a mis un surmatelas sur mon lit après quoi j'ai eu un sommeil merveilleux le reste de mon séjour. La nourriture était bien présentée et toujours abondante, je pense que mon mari a pris 5 livres. Le personnel de divertissement était san [... lire plus]s égal et nous a approchés plusieurs fois pour s'assurer que nous profitions bien de notre séjour. Dans l'ensemble, je peux dire honnêtement que depuis le moment où je suis entrée pour réserver notre voyage pour quatre à Trip Central jusqu'au jour où nous sommes rentrés au Canada de Puerto Vallarta, nous avons vécu une expérience formidable.

Wonderful experience at the Rui Vallarta We can't say enough about the wonderful staff at the Rui Vallarta they where there to anticipate our every need. The rooms and common areas where kept very clean and because I like a soft bed the staff came to my room at 11 pm and put a matress topper on my bed after which I had a wonderful sleep the rest of my stay.The food was well presented and always plentiful I think my husband gained 5 lbs . The entertainment staff was second to none and approached us a couple of times to make sure we where enjoying our stay. Overall I can honestly say from the time I walked in to book our trip for four at trip central to the day we returned to Canada from Puerto Vallarta we had a great experience .

mon mari et moi avons séjourné au Grand Palladium du 5 au 15 avril. Le complexe est magnifique, propre et le personnel est très amical et serviable. Nous remercions tout particulièrement les barmans Carlos et Viktor, qui se sont surpassés en matière de service à la clientèle et qui ont veillé à ce que nos boissons ne soient jamais vides. La nourriture était excellente, il y avait beaucoup de choix pour le déjeuner et le dîner dans les buffets. Nous avons mangé deux fois au Ribs n More pour le d [... lire plus]îner et nous sommes allés au restaurant italien le dernier soir. Délicieux ! Nous avons adoré notre chambre, on nous a dit à l'enregistrement que nous avions une chambre avec vue sur le jardin, et en entrant dans notre chambre, nous sommes sortis dans le patio pour découvrir que nous avions aussi une belle vue sur l'océan. Les lits étaient très confortables, ce qui a été un atout supplémentaire lorsque, le cinquième jour de nos 10 jours de vacances, j'ai été prise d'une grippe intestinale. À ce moment-là, tout ce que je voulais, c'était un lit confortable, et c'est ce que nous avons fait. La direction du Grand Palladium devrait être fière de tout son personnel, sérieusement. Nous planifions déjà les vacances de l'année prochaine avec nos amis dans ce centre de villégiature...

Amazing resort my husband and I travelled to the Grand Palladium April 5-15, we had an amazing time. The resort is beautiful, clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to bartenders Carlos, and Viktor for going above and beyond with your customer service, and making sure our drinks were never empty. The food was great, lots of choices for lunch and dinner at the buffets. We ate at Ribs n More for dinner twice, and went to the Italian restaurant on our last nite.. Delicious!! We loved our room, being told at check-in that we had a garden view room, and getting into our room to walk out on the patio to find out we had a great view of the ocean as well. The beds were super comfy, an added bonus when on day 5 of our 10 day vacation I came down with the stomach flu. At that point all I wanted was a comfy bed, and Iwe most certainly did. To the Management at Grand Palladium, you should be proud of ALL your staff, seriously. We are already planning next years vacation with our friend's at this resort...

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Loin d'être 5 étoiles.

J'ai lu un avis sur Trip Advisor qui suggérait d'ignorer les avis négatifs et je me suis dit que les gens en attendaient trop parfois. J'avais des attentes moyennes et j'ai quand même été déçue. Payé pour air transat Mirage package 1 semaine fin mars 2015 L'enregistrement séparé, la boisson fraîche et la serviette n'ont jamais eu lieu comme annoncé. L'hôtel pousse les time shares tellement que j'ai évité le bureau du concierge après le deuxième jour ainsi que d'ignorer les appels téléphoniques  [... lire plus]de 8 heures du matin de leur part. La plage pue à cause de toutes les algues en décomposition que le personnel tente d'enterrer et la baignade est presque impossible avec ces algues dans l'eau. Les algues sont allées jusqu'à la limite du cordage un quai ou une plateforme éloignée de la plage serait une bonne idée Pas de plage, alors je vais à la piscine et je traîne pendant environ 4 heures (près des toilettes). Pendant ce temps, seule une douzaine de personnes sur 60 à 80 sont allées aux toilettes. Avec le vent du sud, on pouvait parfois sentir l'odeur des égouts Food.... pensez à la nourriture des cafétérias d'hôpitaux et vous aurez une idée de la situation. Un cours sur la sécurité alimentaire doit être dispensé au personnel. la nourriture du room service est flétrie et tiède, il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix Le service de chambre est flétri et tiède, le choix n'est pas grand. grand complexe et la marche ne me dérange pas, mais les navettes étaient rarement disponibles si vous n'étiez pas propriétaire d'un time share. La tequila qui m'a été offerte a gelé dans mon congélateur à la maison.

Far from 5 star. I read a review on trip advisor which sugested to to ignore the negative reviews and i thought yeh, people expect too much sometimes. I had average expectations and still was disappointed. Paid for air transat Mirage package 1 week end of march 2015 Separate check in, cool drink and towel never happened as advertised. The hotel pushes the time shares so much i avoided the concierge desk after the second day as well as ignore the 8 am ph calls from them. The beach stinks from all the rotting seaweed the staff attempts to bury and swimming is near impossible with it in the water. The seaweed went as far as the roped boundary a dock or a platform away from the beach would be a great idea No beach, so i go to the pool and hang out for about 4 hours (near the washrooms). during that time only a dozen out of 60 to 80 people went to the washrooms. With the wind from the south at times you could smell sewage Food.... just think of hospital cafeteria food and you get the idea. not much of a selection if you don't get there within the first hour. A food safe course needs to be administered to the staff. room service food is wilted and luke warm, not a big selection Big resort and i don't mind walking however the shuttle carts were rarely available if you wern't a time share owner. My complimentary tequila froze solid in my freezer at home.

Barcelo Maya Caribe: Au-delà des attentes

Bien que nous ayons changé notre destination pour le Melia Peurto Vallarta, cet hôtel a également dépassé nos attentes. Le terrain et la piscine étaient immaculés et magnifiques, le personnel a amélioré notre chambre en fonction de ce que nous avions demandé et nous n'avons jamais eu de mauvaise expérience avec la nourriture ou le service pendant toute la durée de notre séjour de 10 jours. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel à tout le monde et nous envisagerons certainement d'y retourner. Above expectations Although we changed our destination to the Melia Peurto Vallarta, this hotel was also above our expectations. The grounds and pool were immaculate and beautiful, the staff upgraded our room to what we requested and we never had a bad experience with food or service the entire time of our 10 day stay. We would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely consider going back. Trip Central was very helpful and eager to satisfy us in our request for the changes.
