Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Très belle propriété, mais manque de personnel.

La propriété est neuve, extrêmement belle et assez moderne. La plupart des chambres sont très belles (celles qui donnent sur la mangrove n'ont pas une bonne vue). L'enregistrement est le seul désastre majeur. Toutes les personnes à qui j'ai parlé n'ont pas reçu la chambre qu'elles avaient réservée. Ils commencent par vous attribuer une chambre face à la mangrove (même si vous avez réservé une chambre avec vue sur l'océan), jusqu'à ce que vous les harceliez suffisamment et qu'ils finissent par vo [... lire plus]us trouver une meilleure chambre plus tard ou le lendemain. La réception vous empêche de parler aux directeurs. Mis à part ce problème, tout s'est bien passé dans l'ensemble. Le service était parfois très lent, mais c'est parce qu'ils manquent de personnel. Le personnel travaille vraiment très dur et nous les avons trouvés honnêtes (par exemple, notre gouvernante a trouvé une boucle d'oreille manquante).

Very nice property, but understaffed. The property is new, extremely beautiful, and quite modern. Most rooms are very nice (the ones facing the mangrove do not have a good view). Check-ins is the only major disaster. Everyone I talked to was not given the room he/she had booked. They start by appointing you to a room facing the mangrove (even if you booked an oceanview room), until you hassle them enough and they eventually find you a better room later or the next day. The front desk blocks you from talking to any managers. Other than that wrinkle, overall everything was good. Service was very slow at times, but that's because they're understaffed. Their staff actually work very hard, and we found them honest (e.g. our housekeeper found a missing earing).

Riu Emerald Bay: Belle station balnéaire

L'hôtel était assez récent, bien entretenu et toutes les chambres offraient une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Le personnel de la salle à manger était très sympathique et arrangeant. Le buffet avait un grand choix d'aliments différents et était très bon, mais comme tout tout inclus, il devient un peu ennuyeux après une semaine.

Beautiful resort The hotel was fairly new, well maintained and an amazing ocean view from all rooms. The staff in the dinning room were all very friendly and accommodating. The buffet had a great selection of different foods and was very good but just like any all inclusive gets a bit boring after a week.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Grande période

J'ai été très impressionné par les chambres et les services de cet hôtel. C'était la première fois que je venais au Mexique et la deuxième fois que j'allais dans un hôtel tout compris. Le personnel était très sympathique. Il n'y a jamais eu de problème pour obtenir une chaise à la plage ou à la piscine. Même si la plage était magnifique, l'eau était assez agitée et il y avait de faux rochers pour briser le ressac. Il était possible de louer gratuitement du matériel de plongée avec tuba, mais l'e [... lire plus]au n'était jamais assez calme et nous n'avons pas été autorisés à utiliser le matériel.

Great Time I was really impressed with the rooms and services at this hotel. It was my first time in Mexico and second time at an all-inclusive. The staff was very friendly. It was never a problem to get a chair at the beach or by the pool. Even though the beach was beautiful, the water was fairly rough, and they have these fake rocks to break the surf. There was snorkel gear to rent for free but the water was never "calm enough" and we were not allowed to use the gear.

Grand Park Royal Cozumel: bon centre de villégiature

L'enregistrement s'est déroulé sans problème, la chambre était propre mais il n'y avait que deux lits doubles. Nous étions près de la porte de sortie des escaliers qui cognait à chaque fois que quelqu'un la franchissait. J'ai signalé le problème à la réception, mais il semble qu'ils ne pouvaient pas le résoudre. Restez en dehors du deuxième étage. La nourriture était bonne mais pas excellente, certains desserts étaient trop sucrés. Il y a beaucoup de ventes de time share, il suffit de dire qu'on [... lire plus] n'est pas intéressé et on vous laisse tranquille. Le seul vrai problème était le représentant de Sunwing. A Cozumel, il n'y a pas de bus pour vous emmener à l'aéroport, vous devez prendre un taxi avec votre représentant. Il vous dira qu'il y a une réunion après le premier jour, mais quand nous sommes arrivés, nous avons remarqué qu'il n'y avait pas de réunion, mais une file de couples qui se faisaient vendre des tours avant que vous n'obteniez votre ticket de taxi pour retourner à l'aéroport.

good resort Check in was smooth, room was clean but only 2 double beds. We were near the exit door to the stairs that banged every time some one went through it. I told front desk about the problem but it seemed they could not fix it. Stay off the second floor. The food was good not great some of the deserts went overboard on sugar. lots of time share sells people just say not interested and they will leave you alone. The only real problem was the Sunwing rep. In Cozumel there is no bus to take you to and through to the airport you have to get a taxi trip from your rep there. He will tell you that they are having a meeting after your first day but when we got there we noticed that there was no meeting but a line up of couples being hard sold on tours before you got your taxi chit to get back to the airport.

Dreams Huatulco: Médiocre en général, le terrain et les gens sont beaux

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines et avons été déçus par la nourriture. Il y a beaucoup d'améliorations à apporter. Nous recommanderions le restaurant japonais, le buffet et le grill du bord de mer. Le pire facteur que nous ayons trouvé est le manque de palapas d'ombre sur la plage et le nombre insuffisant de chaises et de parasols près des piscines. Bien sûr, comme tous ceux qui aiment faire la grasse matinée en vacances (allez savoir pourquoi !), nous avons trouvé le jeu des chaises et des ser [... lire plus]viettes excessivement stupide ! C'est la raison pour laquelle nous n'y retournerions pas et ne recommanderions pas ce complexe. Aussi, note aux parents, un enfant de douze ans n'est pas un adulte et devrait donc rester en dehors de la piscine réservée aux adultes ! Les chambres étaient belles, confortables et très propres. La vue sur l'océan était magnifique. Les gens étaient adorables et très serviables. La ville de Le Crucecita était très cool. Prenez un taxi, promenez-vous et ne manquez pas de voir l'église. L'excursion en catamaran était excellente. Ils feront tout leur possible pour trouver des baleines pour vous. En résumé, 3 1/2 étoiles.

Mediocre in general, grounds & people beautiful We stayed for two weeks and were disappointed by the food. There is much improvement to be done there. The Japanese restaurant, the buffet & the seaside grill were all we would recommend. The worst factor we found was the lack of the shade palapas on the beach and too few chairs & umbrellas by the pools. Of course, like everyone else who actually like to sleep in a bit while on vacation (go figure!!) we found the chair/towel game to be exceedingly stupid!! It is a reason that we would not go back or recommend the resort. Also, note to parents, a twelve year old is not an adult so should stay out of the adult only pool!! The rooms were beautiful & comfortable & kept very clean. The ocean view was amazing. The people were lovely and very helpful. The town of le crucecita was very cool. Take a taxi & go walk around yourself & make sure you see the church. The catamaran tour was excellent. They will go out of their way to find whales for you. All in all 3 1/2 star.

Allegro Cozumel: Des vacances fantastiques !

Ce centre de villégiature est tout simplement incroyable ! J'y retournerais n'importe quand. Je recommanderai cet endroit à mes amis. Belle plage. La nourriture était bonne, surtout le restaurant à la carte. Nous avons reçu un excellent service. J'ai adoré le hamac sur le balcon de notre chambre.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Amazing Resort !!!!!!!

Cet hôtel est le meilleur que nous ayons connu et nous en avons connu beaucoup d'autres. Les personnes qui se plaignent de cet hôtel ne peuvent être que celles qui n'aiment pas les hôtels de style moderne. Tout est extraordinaire dans cet hôtel. Le seul problème est que les algues sont insupportables à l'océan et parfois l'attente au restaurant peut être frustrante. Ma famille y retournera certainement dans quelques années.

Amazing Resort!!!!!!! This hotel is the best hotel we've been to and we have been to lots of others. People that complains about this hotel can ONLY be those who doesn't like modern style hotels. Everything is amazing at this hotel. Only issues was that the seaweed is unbearable at the ocean and sometimes the wait for the restaurant can be frustrating. My family will sure go there in few years.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Un centre de villégiature génial !!!

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances ! Le complexe est entretenu à la perfection et rien ne manque à l'appel. La nourriture est incroyable avec un choix sans pareil. Le personnel est toujours souriant, même si certains touristes ne le sont pas. Les piscines sont superbes et vous pouvez choisir entre la détente et les activités. La plage est infinie et on peut s'y promener. Il y avait toujours du personnel qui travaillait sur la plage pour la garder propre. Nous reviendrons !!!! Awesome Resort!!! We had a wonderful vacation! The resort is groomed to perfection with nothing out of place. The food is amazing with a selection like no other. The staff always have a smile even when some of the tourists do not. The pools are great and you could pick where from relaxing or getting involved with activities. The beach was endless for walking. There was always staff working on the beach keeping it clean. W e will return!!!! After the third day into our vacation we wished we would have booked a ten days vacation at this resort. Check out the Segway tour with Alex at the dive shop!!!

Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos: Un endroit idéal pour se détendre

Nous avons passé une semaine au Pueblo Bonito Blanco et nous avons vraiment apprécié. L'hôtel était propre, le personnel formidable, la plage agréable et la ville à 15 minutes à pied. Nous avons dîné un soir à l'hôtel frère, le Rose, et nous avons été ravis de choisir le Blanco à la place. La nourriture était assez bonne, mais le buffet était un peu répétitif, mais nous n'avons pas eu faim. Si vous cherchez une ambiance de fête, ce n'est pas pour vous, mais si vous voulez un endroit agréable pou [... lire plus]r vous détendre, allez-y.

Great place to relax We spent a week at the Pueblo Bonito Blanco and we really enjoyed it. The hotel was clean, staff was amazing, the beach was nice and it was a 15 minute walk to town. We had dinner one night at the sister resort the Rose and were glad we chose the Blanco instead. The food was pretty good but the buffet was a little repetitive, but we didn't go hungry. If you're looking for a party atmosphere, this isn't for you, but if you want a nice place to relax, then check it out.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Belle station balnéaire

C'est la cinquième fois que nous séjournons dans ce centre de villégiature et nous l'adorons ! Le terrain est magnifique et luxuriant. La plage est assez belle avec une zone de corail où l'on peut faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba. Il y a 5 ou 6 belles piscines à choisir. La nourriture est fantastique !

Beautiful resort This is our 5th time staying at this resort and love it there!! The grounds are gorgeous and plush. The beach is quite nice with an area of coral that you can snorkel at. There are 5 or 6 beautiful pools to chose from. The food is fantastic!!

Riu Emerald Bay: Un bon rapport qualité-prix

Nous avons trouvé l'hôtel extrêmement bien entretenu, propre et confortable. La nourriture est excellente. Les repas à la carte sont insuffisants. Piscine magnifique mais pas assez d'avis sur le grand ressac à la plage qui rendait la baignade impossible. Bon moment.

Good value for the money We thought the hotel was extremely well taken care of, clean and comfortable. Food excellent. A la carte dining lacking. Pool wonderful but not enough notice about big undertow at beach which made swimming impossible.nightlt entertaining ok. Good time.

Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort and Spa: Grandes vacances

Le terrain était magnifique, compact, facile à parcourir. Le complexe est très propre. Les chambres étaient excellentes ! Les employés se sont surpassés. Les artistes n'étaient pas insistants, juste amicaux avec des câlins gratuits ! Aucun problème avec la nourriture, excellente. Il y avait des pommes et des bananes à chaque bar, une touche sympa. Les animations ont duré toute la soirée et la nuit, et c'était très bien. Il n'a pas été nécessaire de réserver pour les plats à la carte, sauf pour l [... lire plus]es Japonais. Pas de bracelets. L'enregistrement et le départ ont été très bien faits. Ils ont reconnu notre anniversaire très gentiment (encore une fois, ils ont fait plus que ce qu'il fallait). (La plage n'est pas très belle et nous le savions avant de réserver. Il y a beaucoup d'algues et les employés ont travaillé sans relâche pour les enlever. Les six piscines très propres ont compensé la plage. Nous sommes allés dans de nombreux complexes hôteliers, nous aimons toujours en essayer de nouveaux, mais nous retournerons sans aucun doute au Secrets Silver Sands ! Une étoile supplémentaire pour le groom d'Israël.

Great Vacation Grounds were beautiful, compact, easy to get around. Resort very clean. Rooms were excellent! Employees were over and beyond. Entertainers were not pushy, just friendly with free hugs! No problems with food, excellent. They had apples and bananas at every bar, nice touch. Entertaining went all evening and into the night and it was all great. Did not have to make reservations for a la cartes except the Japanese. No bracelets. Check in and out very well done. They acknowledged our anniversary very nicely. (once again over and above.) The beach is not the greatest and we knew this before we booked trip. Lots of seaweed and workers worked steady at removing it. The six, very clean pools made up for the beach> We have been to many resorts, always liking to try new ones but we will definitely be going back to Secrets Silver Sands!! Extra star for Israel a bellman.

Riu Santa Fe: Un moment formidable

Ce centre de villégiature était extraordinaire. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel et le service étaient formidables. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème. L'enregistrement a été le plus facile que nous ayons jamais connu. Si vous allez dans ce complexe, demandez le bâtiment 7. L'emplacement et l'atmosphère sont les meilleurs de tout le complexe. Et la nourriture était la meilleure que j'ai eu dans un resort jusqu'à présent. Los cabos était un endroit formidable à visiter et je reviend [... lire plus]rai sans aucun doute.

Awesome time This resort was amazing. We had a great time. The staff and service were great. We didn't have any issues at all. Checking in was the easiest we have ever experienced. If you do go to this resort request building 7. The location and atmosphere is the best in the entire place. And the food was the best I've had at a resort so far. Los cabos was a great place to visit and will definetly return.

Zel Cozumel: melia cozumel

C'est un très bon hôtel, ils ont une très belle piscine et les restaurants à la carte sont excellents.La nourriture est bonne mais ils n'ont pas beaucoup de variété de nourriture.Il n'y a que de la nourriture mexicaine, et c'est un buffet donc je suggère qu'ils mettent de la nourriture de différents pays, ce serait génial.

It is a very good hotel, they have a very nice pool and the restaurants a la carte are excellent.The food is good but they don't have a lot of variety of food.There is only Mexican food there,and its a buffet so i suggest they put food from different countries it will be great.

Emplacement spectaculaire pour les familles, pas pour les couples ou les voyageurs seuls. Le terrain est très bien entretenu, la plage est nulle, rien que des rochers et des algues... Très loin des sentiers battus, si vous cherchez à faire la 5ème avenue ou à visiter d'autres sites, épargnez vous la peine et restez plus près de la ville... Great Family Location!! Spectacular location for families, not suited for couples or the single traveler.. Very well kept grounds, the beach sucked, nothing but rocks and seaweed... Way off the beaten path, if your looking to do 5th Ave. or any off location site seeing, save yourself the trouble and stay in closer to town.. Excellent Echo resort, evening entertainment was always a show, with little interaction with the guests... Best for the quiet traveler..Quinton our agent onsite was extremely helpful

Las Palmas by the Sea: Bon centre de villégiature !

Les chambres sont grandes. Le personnel est très serviable. L'emplacement de ce complexe est parfait. Les taxis pour la ville principale étaient bon marché et il y a une pharmacie à proximité où vous pouvez acheter des fournitures. La nourriture était correcte. Il n'y avait jamais trop de monde et on pouvait généralement commencer à manger tout de suite, à moins d'arriver à l'heure de pointe. Même dans ce cas, le temps d'attente pour être assis était court. On m'a amené ici depuis l'aéroport et  [... lire plus]on m'a déposé le jour de mon départ. Douches chaudes et télévision par câble. L'air conditionné peut rendre la chambre très froide. La réception était serviable et a répondu à toutes mes questions. Si vous recherchez un confort 5 étoiles, vous ne serez pas satisfait. Si vous avez des attentes de 3 étoiles, vous ne serez pas déçus. Tout compte fait, cela en valait la peine !

Good resort! The rooms were big. The staff are very helpful. This location of this resort is perfect. Taxis to the main town was cheap and there is a pharmacy nearby where you can buy supplies. The food was okay. It was never over crowded and usually could start eating right away unless you came at peak hour. Even then waiting time to be seated was short. They brought me here from the airport and dropped me off as well on my day of departure. Hot showers and cable tv. Air condition can make the room really chilly.The front desk was helpful and answered all my questions. If you are looking for 5 star comfort then you will not be happy. If you go with 3 star expectations then you will not be dissapointed. All on all was worth it!

Grand Riviera Princess: Belle station balnéaire

Immense complexe hôtelier que nous avons adoré, avec beaucoup de possibilités d'exploration. Le site est magnifique et les chambres sont spacieuses. La nourriture est d'environ 7/10. Pas horrible du tout mais pas gastronomique. Le service était fantastique partout. Nous avons été surclassés dans les suites Platinum et nous le recommandons vivement, cela vaut chaque centime à mon avis. Faites attention lorsque vous vous promenez dans le complexe, les allées sont très glissantes, qu'elles soient h [... lire plus]umides ou sèches. C'est mon seul gros reproche. La plage est longue et propice à la marche, mais il y a de la végétation sur le rivage ainsi que de petits rochers à certains endroits.

Nice resort Huge resort which we loved, lots of exploring. Beautiful grounds and nice spacious rooms. The food is about a 7/10. Not horrible at all but not gourmet. Service was fantastic everywhere. Upgraded to the Platinum suites and would highly recommend it, worth every penny in my opinion. Be careful when walking around the resort, the pathways are very slippery when wet or dry. This would be my only big complaint. Beach is long and great for walking but yes there is vegetation ashore as well as some small rocks as you enter in certain places.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso del Mar: a adoré ce centre de villégiature

Ce complexe est le plus propre et le plus beau dans lequel j'ai séjourné. Le service était excellent de la part de tous les employés. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les serveuses du hall d'entrée. Elles étaient si aimables et efficaces. Les barmans travaillent très dur tout en gardant une attitude joyeuse, en particulier ceux du bar de la plage. La nourriture était excellente dans tous les buffets et les 3 chariots al a que nous avons essayés. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le buffet japon [... lire plus]ais. Le seul point négatif est la partie rocheuse de la plage. C'était super les premiers jours quand nous pouvions nager dans une zone où il n'y avait pas de rochers, mais dans la dernière partie de la semaine, un ressac nous a obligés à aller dans une zone où les rochers posaient problème. Ce n'est pas grave, mais c'est moins bien.

loved this resort This resort was the cleanest, most beautiful resort I have stayed in. The service was topnotch from all the workers. We especially enjoyed the waitresses in the lobby. They were so friendly and efficient. The bartenders work so hard but still maintain a cheerful attitude, particularly the guys at the beach bar. Food was terrific in all buffets and the 3 al a carts we tried. Especially enjoyed the Japanese one. The only negative I have is the rocky part of the beach. It was great the first few days when we could swim in an area where there were no rocks but in the later part of the week an undertow there meant we had to go to an area where rocks were an issue. Not a huge thing, just not as good.

Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos: je ne peux rien dire de mal sur ce centre de villégiature.

le barcelo grand faro à los cobo était super. propre, amical avec un bon service et une bonne nourriture. proche des boîtes de nuit et des restaurants locaux, le shopping était bon en ville. Juste ce dont nous avions besoin. je recommande et je reviendrai volontiers.

can say nothing bad about this resort. the barcelo grand faro in los cobo, was great. clean, friendly with great service, and great food. close to local night clubs and restaurants shopping was good in town. Just what we needed. would recommend, and would happily return.
