Barcelo Maya Beach Resort: Il y a tant à faire !

Le complexe est magnifique et offre de nombreuses possibilités d'activités. Nous avons adoré la variété des restaurants et des piscines et nous avons trouvé le service très attentif. Le système de réservation pour les restaurants est un peu frustrant, mais nous avons finalement réussi à obtenir 4 réservations pour des dîners à la carte qui étaient tous très bons. Nous avons passé la plupart de nos journées au bord de la piscine, mais la plage était tout aussi agréable. Nous avons adoré marcher j [... lire plus]usqu'à la jetée pour observer les poissons. Nous aimons marcher, donc avoir le centre commercial, le magasin mexicain et le mini putt, ainsi que l'accès aux 3 autres stations était fantastique et avoir le bus à deux étages si nous étions fatigués était également utile. Les chambres sont datées, mais dans l'ensemble, nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons mérité nos repas en montant et descendant au troisième étage à chaque fois. Dans l'ensemble, ce centre de villégiature a été une réussite !

So much to do! The resort grounds are beautiful with so many choices for things to do. We loved the variety of restaurants and pools and found the service very attentive. The reservation system for restaurants is a little frustrating but in the end we were able to grab 4 reservations for a la carte dinners which were all very good. We spent most of our days by the pool but the beach was just as fun. We loved walking to the pier to check out the fish. We love walking so having the mall, the mexican shop and the mini putt, as well as access to the other 3 resorts was fantastic and having the double decker bus if we got tired was helpful as well. The rooms are dated but overall had everything we needed. We earned our meals walking up and down to the third floor each time. Overall this resort was a win!

Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta: Nice Resort

La plage était magnifique. Le complexe semblait bien entretenu. Le seul problème était que l'application pour réserver les restaurants ne fonctionnait pas correctement. C'était un vrai casse-tête. Lorsque nous avons pu réserver un restaurant, ce n'était pas toujours celui que nous voulions car ils faisaient une rotation certains soirs. Excessivement déroutant, et un processus globalement mauvais.

The beach was beautiful. The resort seemed well maintained. The only issue was the app to book the restaurants with was no working properly. It was a real headache. When we were able to book a restaurant, it wasn't always the one we wanted as they would rotate them some nights. Excessively confusing, and an overall bad process.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Belle station balnéaire

J'ai passé une semaine merveilleuse à l'Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach. Propriété magnifique, luxuriante et bien entretenue. Le service, la nourriture et les boissons étaient tous très bons. Belle plage, piscine propre. Le seul problème était la musique à la piscine de fête qui était beaucoup trop forte. Nous aurions pu nous asseoir à d'autres endroits, mais nous aurions manqué tous les jeux et les divertissements de la piscine.

Beautiful resort Spent a wonderful week at the Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach. Beautiful, lush well-maintained property. Service, food, beverages were all very good. Beautiful beach, clean pool. Only issue was the music at the party pool was way too loud. We could have sat at other area's but would have missed all the pool games and entertainment.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Des vacances étonnantes

Je vais essayer d'être bref. Le personnel était fantastique. Vous devez rencontrer Florencio et la bande à El Dorado pour le petit déjeuner ou le déjeuner à la carte. L'humour de Florencio en vaut la peine. La nourriture était un solide 8-9/10. Nous avons été très impressionnés. Nous avons tout mangé, des côtelettes d'agneau au poulet, en passant par le steak, les burritos, les toasts au saumon et au guac, les fruits frais et les sushis. Tout a dépassé nos attentes. Le personnel était [... lire plus] fantastique, tous sans exception. Dès le pré-enregistrement, nous avons été rapidement emmenés au Diamond Hideaway et nos bagages se sont retrouvés dans notre chambre comme par magie. Le terrain est magnifique et bien aménagé. Le complexe commence à se faire un peu vieux et des rénovations sont en cours. La plage est meilleure que prévu, mais peut-être pas aussi bonne que dans d'autres endroits tropicaux. Les algues marines qui existent tout le long de la côte ont été nettoyées plus rapidement que nous ne l'avons jamais vu. Très impressionnant. Les boissons étaient excellentes, les barmen fantastiques. Il y a des alcools "haut de gamme", comme le Grey Goose, le gin MOM et de la bonne tequila ! Bien qu'il soit situé à Cancun, l'atmosphère de fête que j'appréciais dans ma vingtaine était beaucoup plus éloignée, laissant ce complexe assez grand à lui-même, ce que nous avons apprécié. Beaucoup d'animations dans les piscines et le soir. Les gens se sont plaints de la petite taille des portions, ce qui n'était pas le cas. Pour ceux qui apprécient les plus grosses portions, rappelez-vous que c'est TOUT COMPRIS et que vous pouvez commander plus. Il est ridicule de se plaindre de cela, alors ne tenez pas compte de ceux qui en parlent. SMH. Notre chambre au Diamond Hideaway était charmante. Deux pommeaux de douche, un banc à l'intérieur de la douche, très spacieuse. De notre balcon, nous pouvions voir l'océan. En fait, on peut voir l'océan depuis de nombreux endroits du complexe. L'hôtel est assez proche de l'aéroport. Je suis sûr qu'il y avait moins de 30 minutes de trajet porte à porte, y compris un arrêt au Moon Palace. Nous n'avons pas vu beaucoup de faune et de flore, en bien ou en mal. Un iguane par-ci par-là. Nous avons passé un moment fantastique du début à la fin. Si vous lisez les rapports qui contiennent des plaintes, je dirais que 90 % des problèmes sont liés aux clients et non à l'hôtel ou à son personnel fantastique. Certaines personnes ne peuvent tout simplement pas être satisfaites. J'espère que cela vous aidera.

Amazing Vacation I'll try to keep things short. Staff was fantastic. You must meet Florencio and the gang at El Dorado for the a la carte breakfast or lunch. It's worth it just for his humour. Food was a solid 8-9/10. We were very impressed. We had everything from lamb chops to chicken, steak, burritos, salmon/guac toast, fresh fruit and sushi. All exceded expecations. Staff was fantastic, every single one without exception. As soon as we met the pre-check in, we were quickly whisked away to the Diamond Hideaway and our bags magically ended up at our room. The grounds are beautiful and well laid out. The resort is getting a little old and renovations are underway. The beach is better than expected but perhaps not as good as some other tropical locations. The sea weed which exists all down the coast was cleaned up quicker than we have ever seen. Very impressive. Drinks were great, bartenders were fantasic. There are some "high end" spirits, like Grey Goose, MOM gin and some good tequila! Despite being located in Cancun, the party atmosphere that I enjoyed in my twenties was much farther away, leaving this fairly big resort to itself, which we liked. Lots of entertainment in the pools and at night. People have complained about small portion sizes which we found not to be true. To those people who appreciate bigger portions, remember that it's ALL INCLUSIVE and you can order more. This is a ridiculous thing to complain about so ignore anyone who brings that up. SMH. Our room at the Diamond Hideaway was lovely. Two shower heads, a bench inside the shower, very spacious. From our balcony we could see the ocean. You can actually see the ocean from so many places at the resort. Resort is quite close to the aiport. I'm sure that it was less than 30mins door to door which included a stop at The Moon Palace. We did not see a lot of wildlife, for good or for bad. The odd iguana here and there. We had a fantastic time from beginning to end. If you read reports that include complaints, I would suggest that 90% of the issues where with the guest and not the resort or its fantastic staff. Some people just can not be pleased. I hope this helps.

Occidental Tucancun: OK mais pour la nourriture

À première vue, cet hôtel est très bien. Il est bien entretenu mais fatigué et a besoin de quelques améliorations importantes. En particulier dans la salle de bains. Lavabo fissuré et qui fuit, robinet antique qui n'en fait qu'à sa tête. L'air conditionné n'avait aucun contrôle. Nous nous sommes plaints trois fois sans résultat, sauf si nous étions prêts à changer de chambre. Le personnel était excellent. Personnalisable et très professionnel. Mention spéciale à Carolina au buffet du bas et à H [... lire plus]ermerlinda à l'étage. MAUVAISE BOUFFE. Je me suis souvent demandé comment les nombreux hôtels du Mexique parvenaient à trouver autant de bons chefs. Je ne me pose plus la question car cela s'est arrêté à cet Occidental. Sélection sans imagination et répétitive. Sans goût pour la plupart, avec les mêmes poissons et poulets bouillis dans les deux buffets tous les jours. Des cuisses ou des ailes de poulet et pas un seul blanc de poulet. Les restaurants de spécialités étaient loin d'être spéciaux. Le restaurant italien La Trattoria n'avait aucune raison de s'appeler italien. Par exemple, l'Ossobuco était insipide, très moelleux et recouvert d'une abomination de sauce. Et la moelle était absente de l'os ! C'est un péché en Italie. Le système de réservation ne visait qu'à mettre à l'épreuve votre détermination. Il faut se lever au lever du soleil pour rejoindre une file d'attente. Ensuite, ils se remplissent avant la fin de la file d'attente. Presque tout le monde s'est plaint de la nourriture. L'Occidental Costa Cancun, situé juste à côté, aurait été un bien meilleur choix. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

OK but for the food At first glance this hotel looks very good. It is well maintained but tired and in need of some serious upgrades. In particular in the bathroom. Cracked and leaky sink, antique tap with a mind of its own. Air conditioning had no control. Loud and freezing, we complained three times with no result unless we were willing to change rooms. The staff was excellent. Personable and very professional. Special mention to Carolina in the lower buffet and Hermerlinda upstairs. BAD FOOD. I often wondered with the very many hotels around Mexico, how they managed to find so many good chefs. I wonder no more because it ended here at this Occidental. Unimaginative and repetitive selection. Tasteless for the most part with the same boiled tasting fish and chicken in both buffets every day. Chicken legs or wings with nary a breast to me seen. The specialty restaurants were far from special. The Italian La Trattoria had no reason to call itself Italian. As an example, the Ossobuco was tasteless, very chewy with an abomination of a sauce splashed on top. And the marrow was missing from the bone! This is a sin in Italy. The system of booking a reservation was meant only to test your resolve. You got to get up at sunrise to join a lineup. Then they fill up before the line ends. Just about every one complained about the food. The Occidental Costa Cancun just up the road would have been a much better choice. We shall not return.

Plaza Pelicanos Club: Station balnéaire pas terrible

J'ai été très déçue et je n'y retournerai jamais. Le hall de l'hôtel sentait le faux désodorisant, le buffet ressemblait à une cafétéria, la piscine de la cour ressemblait à un décor du film The Stepford Wives, la chambre dans laquelle on m'a logé était au dernier étage et dans un coin donnant sur une allée peu attrayante et n'avait pas d'air frais, la discothèque était une blague, les boissons étaient fausses et sucrées, la piscine au bord de l'océan manquait de carreaux et avait l'air miteuse, [... lire plus] les chaises au bord de la piscine étaient inconfortables, les deux parties séparées de l'hôtel étaient déroutantes au début et il n'y avait pas d'espace de remise en forme. J'ai pleuré lors de ma première nuit et j'ai failli renoncer à mes deux semaines de vacances tout compris tant j'étais déçue par l'ensemble de l'établissement. Heureusement, j'ai rencontré une autre cliente qui avait eu les mêmes sentiments que moi lors de son arrivée avec son mari et elle m'a guidée vers une femme très gentille, très serviable et très arrangeante dans le hall d'entrée, nommée Esther ! Elle est venue à mon secours et a réussi à sauver mes deux semaines de vacances ! Elle m'a permis de changer de chambre, moyennant des frais, pour une chambre au rez-de-chaussée, au bord de la piscine, avec une porte coulissante donnant sur l'air extérieur et l'océan. Elle a également changé mon bracelet, ce qui m'a permis d'accéder à la salle de sport et à toutes les installations de l'hôtel frère, le Plaza Pelicanos Grand Beach Resort, situé à deux pas de la plage où je me trouvais ! Tous les matins, pendant 13 jours, j'ai donc fait mon sac, j'ai marché sur la plage jusqu'au Grand et j'y ai passé toute la journée, avant de revenir dans ma chambre au Club pour me doucher et dormir, puis de retourner au Grand pour le dîner et la soirée ....., en devant être de retour à 21 heures avant qu'ils ne ferment l'entrée des complexes sur la plage. J'ai également rencontré un couple qui passait sa première nuit au Club Resort et qui a eu la même réaction que moi la semaine précédente à mon arrivée ! J'ai alors fait ce que l'autre dame avait fait pour moi, et je les ai guidés vers Esther qui a également pu les remettre à niveau et sauver leurs vacances ! Cette Esther doit être une femme très occupée à s'occuper de tous les clients insatisfaits qui se présentent au Pelicanos Club ? Et si je n'avais pas été en contact avec Esther, cette critique aurait été bien pire et je suis sûr que ces couples diraient la même chose ! Mais je n'y séjournerai plus jamais..... même si Esther est merveilleuse ! (**Je voudrais aussi mentionner que tout le personnel avec lequel j'ai eu affaire était très gentil....'est juste que le resort ne l'était pas)

Not so great resort I found it to be so very disappointing and would never go back there again. The hotel lobby smelled like faux air freshener, the buffet area felt like a cafeteria, the courtyard pool felt like a set out of The Stepford Wives movie, the room they tucked me in was on top floor and way off in a corner overlooking an unappealing alley and had no fresh air, the discothèque was a joke, the drinks were fake and sugary tasting, the ocean side pool was missing tiles and looked dingy, the poolside chairs were uncomfortable, the two separate parts of the hotel were confusing at first and there was no fitness area. I cried my first night there and almost gave up my whole 2 week all inclusive vacation because i was SO disappointed in the whole resort. Fortunately i met another guest, who had the same feelings as me when her and her husband first arrived and she guided me to a sweet and very helpful and accommodating lady in the lobby named Esther! She came to my rescue and was able to help salvage my 2 week holiday! She was able to upgrade my room, for a fee, to a ground floor poolside room with sliding door to the outside air and ocean, along with that she upgraded my wristband which gave me access to the gym and all amenities at their sister resort, the Plaza Pelicanos Grand Beach Resort, 2 resorts down the beach from where i was! So every morning, for 13 days, i packed up my bag and walked the beach to the Grand and spent my whole day there, only to come back to my room at the Club to shower and sleep, and then head back to the Grand for dinner and the evening.....having to be back by 9pm before they locked the beach entrance to the resorts. I also ran into a couple their first night at the Club Resort and she was having the same reaction that i had had the week before upon my arrival! I then did what that other lady had done for me, and I guided them to Esther who was also able to upgrade them and salvage their holiday as well! That Esther must be one BUSY lady trying to accommodate all the unsatisfied guests that show up at the Pelicanos Club? And if I hadn't connected with Esther this review would have been a whole lot worse and I'm sure those couples would say the same! But i will never stay there again.....no matter how wonderful Esther is! (**as well, I would like to mention that all the staff I dealt with were very nice....its just that the resort was not)

Grand Riviera Princess: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Grand Riviera Maya est un endroit magnifique où aller, les plages sont propres. Le personnel est très amical et serviable et parle bien l'anglais ! Les chambres ont besoin d'être améliorées, mais elles sont propres. Dans l'ensemble, les divertissements étaient superbes. J'ai fêté l'anniversaire de ma fille avec des amis et, comme je l'avais demandé, ils lui ont réservé une surprise pour son dîner au restaurant mexicain. Nous avons passé cinq jours et quatre nuits à l'hôtel et la nourriture était [... lire plus] excellente dans tous les restaurants.

Amazing Resort Grand Riviera Maya is a beautiful place to go to the beaches are clean. They are constantly cleaning the seaweed garbage, etc.. the staff is very friendly and helpful and speaks English well! The rooms does need to be upgraded, but clean. Overall entertainment was superb. Celebrated my daughter’s birthday with friends, and as per my request, they had a birthday surprise for her dinner at the Mexican restaurant. We were there for five days four nights, and the food was outstanding in all the restaurants.

Barcelo Ixtapa: Belle vue

Dans l'ensemble, une bonne expérience. Le complexe est propre et agréable. Les chambres sont bien. Les lits étaient fermes et très confortables. Nous avions une bonne pression d'eau et beaucoup d'eau chaude. La vue du balcon était très belle et donnait sur la plage et l'océan. Nous avons assisté à de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Le personnel est très agréable et s'efforce d'être serviable. Les buffets du petit déjeuner et du déjeuner étaient bons. Le buffet du dîner l'était moins. L'hôtel [... lire plus] privilégie la cuisine mexicaine. Nous avons trouvé que la plupart des plats étaient à peine chauds. Le point fort a été le dîner barbecue (sur réservation). La nourriture était très bonne et chaude. Nous avons été très déçus de ne pas avoir pu profiter d'un déjeuner barbecue de fruits de mer qui avait lieu un samedi et qui comprenait du homard au barbecue. Nous n'étions pas au courant et il semble que tout le monde l'était, car il y avait une énorme file d'attente très tôt. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il n'y avait plus rien. Le samedi suivant, nous avons fait la queue tôt pour être déçus de ne pas voir de homard. Les spectacles étaient entièrement en espagnol. Il aurait été bon qu'ils soient au moins partiellement en anglais. La plage est belle, mais l'océan a des vagues qui peuvent vous pousser et vous bousculer très fort. La vue est magnifique avec quelques îles au large de la plage, ce qui la rend digne d'une carte postale. Nous avons vu une baleine le dernier jour depuis la piscine, ce qui était plutôt cool. La piscine était agréable et la température confortable. Le personnel du bar de la piscine était rapide et amical. Nous avons rarement attendu plus d'une minute ou deux pour être servis. Les boissons alcoolisées étaient toutes de marque et non des produits génériques bon marché que j'ai reçus dans les stations balnéaires de la République dominicaine. Dans l'ensemble, il s'agit d'un complexe décent, très propre et d'un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Beautiful View Overall a good experience. The resort is clean and nice. The rooms were good. Beds were firm and very comfortable. We had good water pressure and lots of hot water. The view from the balcony was very beautiful overlooking the beach and ocean. We saw beautiful sunsets. The staff are very pleasant and try to be helpful. The breakfast and lunch buffets were good. The supper buffet was less so. The resort mainly favours mexican cuisine. We found the majority of the food was barely warm. The high light was the BBQ dinner (reservation). Food was very good and hot off the grill. One huge disappointment was us missing out on a seafood lunch bbq they had one Saturday which included Bbq lobster. We had no knowledge of it and it seemed everyone else did as there was a huge lineup early for it. By the time we got there everything was gone. The following Saturday we lined up early only to be disappointed to not seeing any lobster. The entertainment shows were completely in Spanish. It would have been nice to be at least partly in English. The beach is nice but the ocean has some decent waves that can push and shove you really good. The view is beautiful with a couple of islands off the beach making it postcard worthy. We saw a whale on our last day from the pool which was pretty cool The weather is beautiful, hot and sunny everyday. The pool was nice and a comfortable temperature. The staff at the pool bar were quick and friendly. We rarely waited more than a minute or two for service. The liquor was all brand name and not cheap generic stuff that I received in the resorts in Dominican Republic. Overall it’s a decent, very clean resort and a good bang for your buck.

Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun: Vous ne vous ennuierez pas dans ce centre de villégiature !

Nous avons séjourné dans ce complexe la première semaine d'avril 2025. Nous avons choisi le Royalton parce que nous avons séjourné deux fois au Royalton de Punta Cana et que nous l'avons adoré. Nous y retournerions n'importe quand. Celui-ci était bien mais nous n'y retournerions pas. Il y a beaucoup de bonnes choses comme beaucoup d'activités et de divertissements. Beaucoup de restaurants. Il se passe toujours quelque chose. Nous avons trouvé ce complexe très encombré. C'est un grand complexe re [... lire plus]mpli de gens. Cela ne nous dérange pas tellement, mais il semble que tout (piscines, restaurants, chambres d'hôtel, zones de divertissement) soit entassé dans une seule grande zone. Il n'y avait pas d'endroits plus calmes ou de belles promenades. Il y avait beaucoup de monde, de monde et de congestion. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire pour les enfants, mais j'aurais aimé avoir des endroits plus calmes. De plus, il faut se lever à l'aube si l'on veut trouver des chaises longues au bord de la piscine (parmi des rangées et des rangées de chaises longues, toutes entassées dans le moindre espace libre). Nous avons apprécié notre voyage, mais nous ne reviendrons pas à cet endroit.

You won’t be bored at this resort! We stayed at this resort the first week of April 2025. We chose Royalton because we have stayed at the Royalton in Punta Cana twice and loved it. We would go back to that on anytime. This one was good but we wouldn’t return. There are a lot of great things such as lots of activities and entertainment. Lots of restaurants. Always something going on. We did find this resort very congested. It’s a big resort packed full of people. That doesn’t bother us so much but it seemed like everything (pools, restaurants, hotel rooms, entertainment areas) are all crammed into one big area. There was no quieter parts or nice walking trails/walkways. Busy, crowded and congested. Lots of stuff for the kids to do but would have loved some quieter areas. Also, you have to wake up at the crack of dawn if you want to find any loungers by the pool (amongst rows and rows of loungers all crammed into every spare space). Enjoyed our trip but would not return to this spot.

Riu Vallarta: Belle station balnéaire

Cet hôtel dispose de restaurants et de buffets extraordinaires. Il était très propre. Les boissons étaient bonnes, le personnel était formidable. J'y retournerais sans aucun doute. Mon seul reproche est qu'il n'y a pas assez de salles de bains pour quatre piscines. Il n'y avait que quatre cabines, donc souvent une file d'attente.

Beautiful resort This hotel had amazing restaurants and buffet. It was very clean. Drinks were good, staff were great. I would definitely go back again. My only complaint would be not enough bathrooms for four pools. There was only four stalls so usually a lineup.

Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta: Superbe escapade en famille !

Le personnel était excellent, la nourriture et le service étaient excellents avec le surclassement en altitude. Nous avons utilisé le room service plusieurs fois et les enfants se sont toujours amusés au club pour enfants. L'hôtel est très bien situé, la plage est bien et il est facile de se rendre à Bucerias à pied. Dans l'ensemble, je recommande l'hôtel !

Great Family Get away! Staff was excellent, food and service was great with the altitude upgrade. We used the room service several times and the kids always had fun at the kids club. Great location, the beach is okay, and it's a nice easy walk to Bucerias. Overall would recommend!

Riu Palace Baja California: Un centre de villégiature génial

Le complexe est très propre et le terrain est magnifiquement entretenu. Je recommande ce complexe et j'y retournerais sans hésiter. Certains restaurants sont meilleurs que d'autres mais on trouve toujours de bons choix au buffet Les chambres sont très propres (le matelas avait besoin d'être remplacé) Le personnel est remarquable et toujours aimable Le code vestimentaire devrait être appliqué dans les restaurants - un couple de crétins portant des chemises de muscle n'était pas acceptable. Awesome Resort The resort is super clean and the grounds manicured beautifully. I would recommend this resort and would go back in a second. Some restaurants are better than others but you can always find great choices at the buffet The rooms are super clean (mattress was in need of replacing) The staff is outstanding and always friendly Dress code should be enforced in the restaurants a couple of knuckleheads wearing muscle shirts was not acceptable. Resort is a little on the loud side, so if your looking for quiet keep looking Overall a very good value

Riu Flamingos: RIU JALISICO

L'hôtel était propre, la nourriture bonne, la plage et les piscines. Le personnel était sympathique. La fête blanche était amusante. Nous avons apprécié la fête de la mousse à la piscine. Nous avons aimé voir tous les iguanes. Tracy de Trip Central nous a beaucoup aidés. Je recommanderais l'hôtel. ?

The hotel was clean, good food, beach and pools. The staff was friendly. The white party was fun. We enjoyed the foam party at the pool. Loved seeing all the iguanas. Tracy from trip central was very helpful. I would recommend the resort. ?

The hotel was clean, good food, beach and pools. The staff was friendly. The white party was fun. We enjoyed the foam party at the pool. Loved seeing all the iguanas. Tracy from trip central was very helpful. I would recommend the resort. ?

Riu Palace Baja California: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

Le Riu Palace Baja California était absolument merveilleux. Le terrain est très bien entretenu, le personnel est sympathique et le complexe est très propre. Les chambres sont grandes, le lit est confortable, le réfrigérateur est très bien approvisionné et il y a une bonne quantité d'alcool dans chaque chambre. Nous avions une vue partielle sur l'océan, ce qui valait le surclassement. La nourriture a dépassé nos attentes. Le service dans tous les restaurants était excellent. Nous sommes allés da [... lire plus]ns tous les restaurants et avons beaucoup apprécié la nourriture. Nous n'avons pas été malades non plus ! Tous les matins, nous avons eu le meilleur café, une excellente façon de commencer la journée. Il y a beaucoup d'activités dans ce complexe au bord de la piscine. Si vous souhaitez des soirées animées, rendez-vous à l'autre hôtel. Ils sont tous reliés entre eux et c'est inclus dans votre tarif. Nous nous sommes rendus en ville à pied plusieurs fois et nous n'avons jamais eu à craindre pour notre sécurité. Oui, les gens veulent vous vendre des choses, mais si vous dites non merci, ils s'en vont. C'était un merveilleux complexe réservé aux adultes et nous le recommandons vivement !

An Awesome Resort! The Riu Palace Baja California was absolutely wonderful. The grounds are very well kept, the staff were friendly & the resort is very clean. The rooms are big, the bed was comfortable, the fridge was very well stocked & you have a good supply of alcohol in each room. We had a partial view of the ocean which was worth the upgrade to us. The food exceeded our expectations. The service at all restaurants was top notch. We went to all the restaurants & enjoyed the food very much. We did not get sick either! Every morning we had the Best coffee’s ,a great way to start our day. There’s plenty of activities on this resort at the pool side. If you are wanting some wild night entertainment, walk to the other resort. They are all connected & it’s included in your fee. We walked to town a few times & never had any concerns about our safety. Yes people want to sell you things, but if you say no thank you, they walk away. It was a wonderful adults only resort & we highly recommend it!

Paradisus La Perla Adults Only Riviera Maya: PARADISUS LA PERLA - FORMIDABLE !

L'expérience au Paradisus La Perla a été incroyable. Le personnel était incroyable (en particulier Johnny), les installations et les équipements 5 étoiles ! L'ambiance et les vibrations étaient très élevées. Il y avait un bon équilibre entre la tranquillité et la fête pendant la journée avec le bar de la piscine. La nuit n'était pas trop chaotique, ce que j'ai adoré. Le bar sud a organisé des événements sympas et c'était un endroit idéal pour socialiser et boire un verre. J'ai aussi adoré le kic [... lire plus]ks bar. La nourriture... WOW ! Incroyable ! Du buffet aux restaurants... tout simplement incroyable. La plage était géniale et bien qu'il y ait beaucoup d'algues, ils ont fait un travail remarquable pour la nettoyer, mais c'était un endroit tellement paisible si vous ne vouliez pas être dans la station. Les chambres étaient incroyables ! Tellement propres ! Tellement belles ! Le personnel a également fait un bon travail de nettoyage tous les jours. Mon seul reproche, mais il n'affectera pas la note, concerne les divertissements. J'ai trouvé que le divertissement était un peu plat (pas en termes de talent), mais j'aurais aimé qu'il y ait une sorte de scène, comme dans de nombreux centres de villégiature où l'accent est mis sur le divertissement. Je pense que le bar sud est très bien, mais c'est un lieu de socialisation et j'ai eu l'impression que les divertissements étaient parfois noyés dans la masse.

PARADISUS LA PERLA - TERRIFIC! The experience at Paradisus La Perla was incredible. The staff were unbelievable (especially Johnny), the facility and amenities 5 stars! The ambiance and vibes were so high. You had a nice balance of tranquility and party during the day with the pool bar. Night time wasn't too chaotic which I loved. The south bar had some nice events, and it was a great place to socialize have a drink. Loved the kicks bar as well. The food... WOW! Incredible! From the buffet to the restaurants... just amazing. The beach was awesome and although lots of sea weed they did an amazing job to clean it up, but it was such a peaceful spot if you didn't want to be on the resort. The rooms were unbelievable! So clean! So beautiful! The staff also did a nice job cleaning it every single day. My only knock but it won't affect the rating was the entertainment bit. I thought that the entertainment was a little flat (not in terms of talent), but I wish there was some sort of stage just like at many of the resorts where there was a big focus on the entertainment. I think the south bar is great but it's a place of socializing and I felt that the entertainment was drowned out at times.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Merveilleux centre de villégiature

Terrain bien entretenu, chambres propres. Le personnel du bar et du restaurant est formidable. Ils travaillent dur ici. C'est un hôtel de style plus ancien et ils travaillent sur de nombreuses améliorations au fil des ans. J'ADORE l'emplacement près de Bucerious et des magasins locaux. Suggestions : Glaces ouvertes au dîner, pas seulement au déjeuner. Gants de toilette standard dans les salles de bains. Il serait bien d'avoir plus de parasols et de chaises à la piscine et à la plage.  [... lire plus]J'ai besoin d'un peu d'ombre.

Wonderful resort Grounds well taken care of, rooms clean. Bar and restaurant staff are great. They work hard here. It's an older style hotel and they are working on so many improvements over the years. LOVE the location close to Bucerious and local stores. Suggestions: Icecream open at dinner, not just lunch. Face cloths standard in bathrooms. It would be nice to get more umbrella and chairs at pool and beach. I need some shade.

Barcelo Maya Tropical: Tout le monde s'est bien amusé

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Barcelo Maya Tropical. Les chambres étaient grandes, le lit était très confortable. Le personnel était amical et serviable. La plage et les piscines étaient magnifiques. Endroit idéal pour les enfants. Grand choix de nourriture, les restaurants étaient fabuleux. Le bar des sports était amusant, les marchés étaient nombreux avec de grands magasins pour faire du shopping. ??

Great time was had by all Loved our time at Barcelo Maya Tropical. Rooms were large, bed was so comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beach and pools were beautiful. Great place for kids. Wide selection of food, restaurants were fabulous. Sports bar was fun, markets were plentiful with great stores for shopping. ❤️

Riu Palace Mexico: Un service extraordinaire !

Hôtel de très bonne qualité, belles piscines et plage magnifique ! Le service est incroyable. J'ai fait beaucoup d'hôtels dans le passé, mais c'est le meilleur service que j'ai jamais connu. Vous pouvez trouver toute la nourriture que vous pouvez imaginer au buffet. Les restaurants à la carte sont agréables mais rien de spécial.

Amazing service! Very good quality hotel, nice pools and gorgeous beach! Service is amazing. Did a lot of resorts in the past but this was the best service I ever experienced. You can find all the food you can imagine at the buffet. The a la carte restaurants are nice but nothing special.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Une bonne visite !

Le personnel est de loin ce qu'il y a de mieux dans ce complexe. Nous avons eu quelques problèmes avec notre chambre (12) qui était très éloignée, sans passage de chariots, l'air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas, et pas de wifi (le routeur ne fonctionnait pas dans cette chambre). Toute cette zone n'était pas propre du tout (crottes d'animaux partout dans les allées) en comparaison avec les autres zones qui étaient impeccables ! Le lendemain, on nous a installés plus près et au rez-de-chaussée. Il [... lire plus] n'y avait pas de grand lit disponible mais ils ont transformé les deux lits doubles en un seul grand lit ! Une fois que nous avons été déplacés et installés, c'était beaucoup mieux. Cette année, la plage était propre et magnifique. Quelques rochers, mais nous n'avons pas eu besoin de chaussures d'eau. La nourriture était bonne au buffet, il y avait beaucoup de choix. Nous n'avons eu qu'un seul repas à la carte car ils étaient tous réservés. Le deuxième menu à la carte a été annulé car il avait été réservé tard dans la nuit précédant notre départ. Je me suis donc dit que j'allais en faire profiter quelqu'un d'autre ! C'est un immense complexe hôtelier, si vous aimez marcher, il y en aura des tonnes ! Ils se préparaient à des rénovations et j'ai hâte de voir à quoi cela va ressembler. Oh et l'hacienda était fantastique pour faire du shopping ! Enfin, nous avons atterri à l'aéroport de Tulum ! C'était rapide et facile à naviguer.

A good visit! The staff are by far the best thing about the resort. We had a few hiccups with our room (12) being very far away with no trolleys going by, air conditioning didn’t work, and no wifi. (The router was not working in that room) That whole area was not clean at all (animal poop all over the walkways) in comparison to the other areas which were impeccable! The next day they moved us closer and on ground level. There was no king bed available but made the two double beds into one big bed! Once we were moved and all settled it was much better. The beach this year was clean and wonderful. A few rocks but we personally did not need water shoes. Food was good at the buffet, tons to choose from. Only had one à la carte as they were all booked. The second à la carte we cancelled as it was booked late on the night before we were leaving. So I thought I’d give it to someone else to enjoy! It’s a huge resort, if you like walking there’ll be tons of that! The trolleys were hard to get except up at the lobby.They were getting ready for renovations and I’m anxious to see what it’ll be like. Oh and the hacienda was amazing for shopping! Lastly, we landed in Tulum airport! It was fast and easy to navigate.
