Barcelo Maya Colonial: Un centre de villégiature magnifique

L'hôtel est bien entretenu, tout comme le terrain. Il y a un bowling dans le centre commercial et un parc aquatique pour apprendre à surfer (payant). Les piscines sont grandes et la piscine pour enfants est superbe. La nourriture était excellente.

A wonderful resort The hotel is well maintained, as are the grounds. There is a bowling alley in the mall and a water park for learning to surf (fee). The pools are large and the kids pool is amazing. The food was great.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Merveilleux centre de villégiature relaxant

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an. Le personnel était excellent et très amical, les logements étaient propres et modernes, la nourriture était délicieuse à chaque repas et les piscines étaient magnifiques. Les chaises au bord de la piscine peuvent être réservées assez tôt le matin, donc je recommanderais de se lever tôt pour trouver la place parfaite autour de la piscine. Nous avons apprécié le fait qu'il y ait une piscine pour chaque type de vacancier - très calm [... lire plus]e et ombragée, près du snack-bar, en plein soleil et une avec de la musique et des jeux tout au long de la journée. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et nous y retournerons sans aucun doute !

Wonderful, relaxing resort We had a wonderful time at the Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an. The staff were excellent and very friendly, accommodations were clean and modern, the food was delicious - every meal and the pools were lovely. The chairs by the pool can be reserved quite early in the morning, so I would recommend waking early to land that perfect spot around the pool. We liked that there was a pool for every type of vacationer - very quiet and shaded, near the snack bar, full sun and one with music and games throughout the day. We had a great time and would definitely go back!

Riu Emerald Bay: Vacances fantastiques !

Mon mari et moi avons passé nos vacances au Riu Emerald Bay du 24 mars au 3 avril dans une suite lune de miel située au 15e étage, avec une vue imprenable ! Je n'ai absolument rien à redire sur ce complexe. Les installations, les terrains, les piscines et la plage sont maintenus dans un état impeccable, la nourriture est abondante, toujours fraîche et très bonne et tout le personnel est très amical et travailleur. Bien que le complexe ait atteint sa pleine capacité vers la fin de notre séjour, l [... lire plus]es réservations pour les restaurants n'ont pas posé de problème, nous avons toujours trouvé une place parfaite sur la plage (au soleil ou à l'ombre), il n'y avait pas de file d'attente dans les bars et les ascenseurs fonctionnaient bien. Nous avons tous les deux passé de merveilleuses vacances !

Fantastic Vacation!! My husband and I vacationed at Riu Emerald Bay from March 24 - April 3 in a Honeymoon Suite located on the 15th floor which had amazing views! I have absolutely no complaints about this resort. The facilities, grounds, pools and beach are kept in pristine condition, food is plentiful, always fresh and very good and all staff are very friendly and hardworking. Although the resort was at full capacity towards the end of our stay, reservations for restaurants were not a problem, we always found a perfect spot on the beach,(sun or shade), not a line-up at the bars and the elevators were fine. We both had a wonderful vacation!!

Secrets Playa Mujeres: Belle station balnéaire

La baignade sur la plage n'est pas bonne à cause des algues. Le service est excellent, le personnel aussi. La nourriture est 4 étoiles et a besoin d'être un peu améliorée mais dans l'ensemble c'est un bon endroit pour les vacances. Un conseil : ne prenez pas l'avion d'Air Canada, notre vol a été annulé après neuf heures d'attente dans la zone d'embarquement, ce qui nous a fait perdre un jour de vacances. Nous avons voyagé avec deux personnes âgées mais nous n'avons reçu aucune aide pour récupére [... lire plus]r nos bagages et monter dans le bus qui nous ramenait à l'hôtel qui nous avait été assigné. C'est le dernier voyage que nous ferons avec Air Canada Vacations.

Beautiful resort Beach swimming not good with the seaweed. Service great, staff. The food 4star and needs a little tweaking but over all a good vacation spot. Word of advice do not fly Air Canada our flight was cancelled after a nine hour wait in the boarding area so we lost a days vacation. Air Canada ground staff very rude and unhelpful, we traveled with two elderly people but could get no help to get our luggage and get on the bus back and forth to the assigned hotel. Last Air Canada Vacations trip we will ever book.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

L'hôtel était propre et bien entretenu. Le climatiseur ne restait pas allumé lorsque nous n'étions pas dans la chambre, ce qui donnait une odeur de moisi à la chambre et à nos vêtements. Le personnel était très sympathique et les femmes de chambre faisaient toujours un très bon travail pour nettoyer notre chambre.

Amazing resort Was clean and well maintained. The air conditioner did not stay on while out of the room this made the room and our clothes smell musty. The staff were very friendly and the maids always did a very good job cleaning our room.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Fabuleux

C'est un très beau complexe hôtelier. Les bâtiments de faible hauteur sont peints de couleurs vives et les jardins et terrains sont maintenus propres et bien entretenus. La qualité de la nourriture est vraiment excellente. Il y avait une bonne variété chaque jour, et notre enfant de 8 ans a adoré pouvoir se servir elle-même. Les chambres sont rustiques, avec des murs en plâtre blanchis à la chaux et des meubles en bois, avec des lits fermes très confortables et des draps de bonne qualité. Nous a [... lire plus]vons tous bien dormi. Le personnel était incroyablement amical et accueillant, et le check-in/check-out était vraiment bien organisé et efficace. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Fabulous This was a really beautiful resort. The low-rise buildings are painted in bright colours and the gardens and grounds are kept so clean and tidy. The quality of food was really great. There was a good variety every day, and our 8-year old loved being able to help herself. The rooms are rustic, with whitewashed plaster walls and wooden furniture, with seriously comfortable firm beds and good quality linens. We all slept well. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the check-in/check-out was really well organized and efficient. We would definitely return.

Secrets Huatulco: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

La nourriture, le service, les chambres et le paysage sont excellents. Beaucoup de restaurants et de choix avec d'excellents menus et pas de réservation. La plage n'est pas idéale pour marcher et il y a beaucoup de marches dans tout le complexe. Seuls deux ascenseurs fonctionnaient et ils étaient lents. Nous avons souvent utilisé les escaliers. Toutes les chambres donnent sur l'océan et ont une vue magnifique. Je recommanderais vivement ce complexe qui offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Outstanding Resort Food, service, rooms and scenery are excellent. Lots of restaurants and choice with excellent menus and no reservations. Beach is not great for walking and lots of steps throughout the resort. Only 2 elevators were working and they were slow. We often used the stairs instead. All the rooms face the ocean and have wonderful views. Would highly recommend the resort as excellent value.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Très impressionné

C'était ma première visite au Mexique et depuis la descente de l'avion jusqu'à l'arrivée dans le hall de l'hôtel Akumel, c'était très agréable (environ 1,5 heure, mais ça en valait la peine) Après avoir déposé les bagages, nous nous sommes rendus au buffet WOW. Que choisir ... Il m'a fallu la fin de la semaine pour trouver mon menu : .... Je vous recommande de réserver vos plats à la carte dès votre arrivée afin de pouvoir y accéder. Don Pablo était notre préféré ... Spectaculaire 2ème place éta [... lire plus]it Harlequin. Nous avions lu sur des blogs qu'il fallait se lever tôt et prendre une chaise longue au bord de la piscine, nous ne l'avons pas fait, nous étions à la plage, près de la piscine et du bar de la piscine. Tout était à proximité. Le système de trolley était bon une fois que vous l'avez compris pour vous rendre au lobby et aux autres resorts (pas difficile, il suffit de demander) et d'ailleurs nous avons pu aller dans tous les resorts en profitant des buffets. Cette année, nous y sommes allés avec deux autres couples et l'année prochaine, nous espérons y aller avec d'autres. Le Mexique nous manque jusqu'à l'année prochaine....

Very impressed This was my first visit to Mexico and from getting off the plane to arriving at the lobby of the Akumel resort was very pleasant.(approx 1.5 hrs but worth it) We were given #71 villa and I would without hesitation say very clean ! After dropping off the luggage off to the buffet WOW. What to choose ... Took me by the end of the week to figure my menu likings.... I would recommend that you book your ala cartes when you arrive so you can get in.. Don Pablo was our favorite .. Spectacular 2nd place was Harlequin. We had read before on blogs that you have to get up early and get a lounger by the pool we didnt do that we were at the beach close by the pool/pool bar - It worked well. Everything was in close proximity. The trolly system was good once you figured out getting you to the lobby and other resorts (not hard just have to ask) and by the way we were able to go to all of them enjoying the buffets. This year we went with two other couples next year we are hoping to go with more. Missing Mexico until next year....

Riu Santa Fe: J'ai hâte d'y retourner !

J'ai réservé avec des amis pour séjourner au Santa Fe, c'était génial, exactement ce que j'attendais ! NOURRITURE - Le steakhouse et les restaurants mexicains à la carte étaient fantastiques ! Bien qu'il soit difficile de réserver car ils étaient souvent très occupés, si vous vous y prenez à l'avance, cela en vaut la peine. Le choix des buffets était juste correct à notre avis, ils ne changeaient pas beaucoup tout au long de la semaine, donc à la fin nous en avions un peu marre de la même chose, [... lire plus] mais dans l'ensemble la nourriture était bonne. POOL BARS - Les piscines avec vue sur l'océan étaient fréquentées par une clientèle plus jeune qui était plus encline à faire la fête pendant notre séjour, mais il y avait une piscine plus calme avec un swim up bar au milieu de la propriété (sans vue sur l'océan) qui était beaucoup plus relaxante si c'est ce que vous recherchiez. Le seul reproche que l'on puisse faire est que les gens réservent des chaises - il est très difficile d'obtenir des chaises de piscine parce que les gens mettent des serviettes dessus et les "réservent" très tôt ou très tard la veille. VUE SUR L'OCÉAN ET LA PLAGE - La vue sur l'océan depuis l'hôtel était spectaculaire, on n'aurait pas pu demander mieux. Nous avons vu des baleines presque tous les matins depuis l'hôtel. L'eau était extrêmement agitée, les premiers jours, d'énormes vagues venaient s'écraser sur la plage et l'eau remontait jusqu'à la plage - c'était vraiment un spectacle à voir et il était impossible d'en capturer toute l'ampleur sur un appareil photo. L'eau s'est calmée vers la fin de notre séjour et nous avons pu nous baigner dans l'océan à notre hôtel. EMPLACEMENT - Parfait. L'hôtel est très proche de la marina et du centre-ville pour la vie nocturne, mais pas trop près pour que la plage soit occupée et bondée. La prise en charge par un taxi à l'hôtel coûtait 14 dollars et le trajet durait environ 10 minutes. La marche jusqu'à la Marina sur la plage a duré environ 30 minutes et il a fait très chaud, mais la plage est magnifique ! Il y a aussi un Wal-Mart près de l'hôtel, utile en cas d'oubli : crème solaire, premiers soins, médicaments - tous beaucoup moins chers qu'à l'hôtel. EXCURSIONS RÉSERVÉES À L'HÔTEL - Elles peuvent être coûteuses mais en valent la peine ! Nous avons fait l'excursion Cabo Expedition Whale watching $85 - le personnel était formidable, très accueillant et bien informé, il nous a donné des tonnes d'informations sur les baleines et autres animaux marins, nous avons pu voir l'arche, la plage des amoureux, les lions de mer, les dauphins, les raies manta et quelques poissons. (Prise en charge et retour à l'hôtel inclus) Eco-Cat Catamaran Ride $50 - boissons illimitées, visite de l'Arche et de la plage des Amants, plongée avec tuba, kayak et natation dans la mer de Cortez, déjeuner et musique - nous avions un équipage formidable à bord et des compagnons d'excursion géniaux - c'était très amusant et cela valait bien l'argent ! (La prise en charge et le retour à l'hôtel ne sont PAS inclus) Excursion en bateau à fond de verre réservée à la marina - pas cher, nous avons vu des tonnes de poissons, pris des photos et visité l'arche, vu des lions de mer et la plage Lovers Beach où l'on peut normalement sauter, mais l'eau était très agitée et nous n'avons pas pu le faire. PROPRETÉ ET CHAMBRES - Pas de plaintes ici, les chambres étaient propres et confortables, le mini-bar était inclus et approvisionné toute la semaine. Le complexe lui-même était très propre, nous avons toujours vu des employés sympathiques nettoyer, frotter les sols, les allées et les piscines ou rafraîchir les zones vertes et les zones de sable. RECOMMANDATIONS - À l'avenir, je réserverai à nouveau le RIU, mais j'opterai pour le Palace (même propriété). Le Palace offre apparemment une meilleure nourriture, un service de boissons au bord de la piscine sur vos chaises de plage, et permet toujours l'accès aux piscines et restaurants du Santa Fe (mais le Santa Fe ne peut pas se rendre au Palace). De plus, d'après ce que nous avons entendu, l'atmosphère du Palace est plus détendue que celle de la fête. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un excellent voyage ! J'ai hâte d'y retourner !

Cant wait to go back!! I booked with friends to stay at the Santa Fe, it was great, exactly what I was expecting! FOOD- The Steakhouse and Mexican a la carte restaurants were fantastic!! Although hard to make reservations as they were often very busy but if you plan ahead its worth it. The buffet selections were just okay in our opinion, they didn't change much throughout the week so by the end we were a little sick of the same thing but overall the food was fine. POOL BARS - The ocean view pools were a younger crowd that was more into partying while we were there, however there was a quieter pool with a swim up bar in the middle if the property (no ocean view) that was much more relaxing if that's what you're looking for. Only complaint here was people reserving chairs - very hard to get pool chairs because people would put towels on them and "reserve" them veryyyyy early or late the night before. OCEAN VIEW & BEACH-Ocean views from the hotel were spectacular, couldn't have asked for more. We saw whales almost every morning from the hotel property. The water was extremely rough, the first few days, huuuuge waves would crash up on the beach and the wash up of water would come all the way up the beach - it was really a sight to see and could not be captured in its full magnitude on camera. The water calmed down toward the end of our stay and we WERE able to swim in the ocean at our hotel. LOCATION - Perfect. The hotel is very close to the Marina and Downtown for Nightlife but not so close that the beach is busy and crowded. Taxi pickup at hotel was 14 dollars and about 10 minute drive. The walk to the Marina on the beach was about 30 minutes and very hot but the beach is beautiful! There is also a Wal-Mart near the hotel, nice to have in case you forget anything; sunscreen, first aid, medications - all MUCH cheaper there than at hotel. EXCURSIONS BOOKED AT HOTEL - Can be pricey but worth it!! We did the Cabo Expedition Whale watching $85- staff was great, very welcoming and knowledgeable, offered tones of information about the whales and other marine life, got to see the Arch, Lovers Beach, sea lions, dolphins, manta rays and some fish. (Pickup and drop off at the hotel included) Eco-Cat Catamaran Ride $50 - included unlimited drinks, tour of the Arch and Lovers Beach, snorkeling/kayaking/swimming at the Sea of Cortez, lunch and music - we had a great crew on board and a great fellow guests on teh tour - it was so much fun and well worth the money! (Pick up and drop off at the hotel NOT included.) Glass bottom boat ride booked at the Marina - inexpensive and saw tonnes of fish and got to take some pictures and tour the Arch, saw Sea Lions, and Lovers Beach where normally you could jump out but the water was very rough so we could not. CLEANLINESS AND ROOMS - No complaints here, rooms were clean and comfortable, mini-bar was included and fully stocked all week. The resort itself was verrrry clean, always saw friendly staff out cleaning, scrubbing floors, walkways, and pools or refreshing green and sand areas. RECOMMENDATIONS - In the future I will 100% be booking the RIU again but I would upgrade to the Palace in the future (same property). The Palace apparently offers better food, poolside drink service at your beach chairs, and will still allow access to the Santa Fe pools and restaurants (but Santa Fe cannot attend the Palace). Also, from what we heard the Palace is a more relaxed atmosphere as opposed to partying. Overall, great trip!! Looking forward to going back!!

Ocean Maya Royale: Merveilleux moment !

Mon mari et moi revenons d'un séjour d'une semaine, nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse. La nourriture et le personnel sont incroyables. C'était notre premier séjour dans un 18+, c'était un bon changement. Les chambres étaient propres et le lit était confortable. Les oreillers auraient pu être meilleurs, mais comme nous étions six sur le grand lit, nous avons fait avec. Le fauteuil et la chaise d'amour étaient également très usés. Mais nous ne sommes restés dans la chambre que pour nous d [... lire plus]oucher et dormir, nous n'avons donc jamais eu besoin de les utiliser. Les animations en soirée étaient bonnes. Nous avons beaucoup aimé danser lors de la soirée DJ. Les algues ont affecté toutes les plages des Caraïbes cette année. Ce phénomène est censé se produire tous les dix ans, car l'océan se nettoie. C'est incroyable de voir à quel point ils travaillent dur pour nettoyer les plages. L'océan semble s'améliorer de jour en jour, je suis sûre que l'année prochaine, il sera redevenu aussi beau qu'avant. Nous avons fait une promenade de 15 minutes et avons nagé dans le lagon, qui était clair comme du cristal et magnifique. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour à l'OMR !

Wonderful time! My husband and I just returned from a week's stay, we had a wonderful week. The food and staff are amazing. This was our first stay at an 18+ it was a nice change. The rooms were kept clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillows could have been better, but since there were six on the king size bed we made it work. Also the chair and love seat were quite worn out. But the only time we spent in the room was to shower and sleep so we never had to use them. The entertainment in the evenings were good. We really enjoyed dancing on the DJ night. The seaweed has affected all of the beaches in the Caribbean this year. It supposedly happens about every 10 years, something about the ocean cleansing itself. It's amazing how hard they work to clean up the beaches. The ocean appeared to be getting better with each day we were there, I'm sure by next year it will be back to its beautiful self. We took a 15 minute walk and swam in the lagoon, it was crystal clear and beautiful. Thanks for a wonderful stay OMR!

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Un endroit génial

Je ne peux pas dire assez de bien du Barcelo Maya colonial à Mayan Riviera. C'est un endroit idéal pour que tout le monde puisse en profiter. Beaucoup de choses à faire pour tous les groupes d'âge. Voyager avec des amis, en famille ou en couple, c'est une excellente recommandation pour tout le monde.

Awesome place I cannot say enough good things about the Barcelo Maya colonial in Mayan Riviera. What a great place for everyone to enjoy. Lots to do for all different age groups. Traveling with friends, family or as a couple. this would be a great recommendation for anyone.

Marival Emotions Resort and Suites Riviera Nayarit: Une atmosphère à la fois amusante et relaxante

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Marival. Nous avons trouvé le personnel très accommodant et amical. Les chambres étaient propres. Nous avons partagé la chambre avec notre fille et il a fallu s'habituer aux lits doubles (....), qui n'étaient pas inconfortables, mais qui nous changeaient de notre lit King. Les possibilités de restauration étaient nombreuses et la réservation de restaurant a fonctionné comme un charme. Le restaurant Amalfi (italien) a été de loin mon préféré pour l'exp [... lire plus]érience et la qualité de la nourriture. Les divertissements ont été moins excitants les deux premiers jours, mais se sont améliorés par la suite. La soirée Michael Jackson et la soirée Frozen étaient très divertissantes ! La plage était magnifique ! Le sable doux et doré était incroyable. Nous avions fait une excursion dans la partie sud de la baie où les plages étaient censées être plus blanches et plus belles. Nous avons trouvé la plage de Marival plus belle et nous avons été très contents. Les vendeurs sur la plage ont tous une licence et le personnel du Marival les surveille, de sorte que si l'un d'entre eux devient un peu trop pressant, la sécurité du Marival est là pour l'aider. Nous avons pris quelques verres et j'ai constaté que je pouvais boire plus de boissons "alcoolisées" que d'habitude sans en ressentir les effets, ce qui nous convenait parfaitement. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le Marival pour notre premier voyage au Mexique et nous le recommanderions sans hésiter.

Fun filled yet relaxing atmospher Really enjoyed our time at the Marival. We found the staff very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean. We shared the room with our daughter so the double beds were something to get used to....not uncomfortable just a change from our King. The food options were abundant and the restaurant reservation worked like a charm. By far I found the Amalfi (Italian) restaurant, to be my favourite for dining experience and quality of food. The entertainment was less exciting our first couple days and picked up from there. The Michael Jackson night and Frozen night were very entertaining! The beach was beautiful! The soft golden sand was amazing. We had taken a tour to the souther part of the cove where the beaches were suppose to be whiter and more beautiful. We found the beach at Marival better and were very happy. The vendors on the beach are all licensed and the Marival has staff monitoring them so if one gets a little too pushy, the Marival security are there to help. We enjoyed a few drinks and I found I could drink more "alcoholic" drinks than usual and not feel any effects, which was fine with us. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the Marival for our first trip to Mexico and would definitely recommend and re-book.

El Cid Resort Castilla: Allez à l'Ouest !

La côte ouest du Mexique a beaucoup à offrir. Le complexe hôtelier El Cid avait beaucoup à offrir et présentait un rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel. Le personnel de tous les secteurs de l'hôtel était efficace et amical. La nourriture était de bonne qualité et très variée si l'on tient compte des différents buffets et des quatre restaurants à la carte. La plage était dure et plate lorsque la promenade était terminée, idéale pour les marcheurs. Les vendeurs de plage et les représentants des multi [... lire plus]propriétés étaient des irritations mineures, faciles à gérer. Le problème des serviettes sur les chaises à la plage et à la piscine était bien réel, mais c'était ainsi. Nous avons trouvé quelque chose chaque jour. La station était vivante et intéressante, certains diront bruyante, et l'endroit avait beaucoup à faire et à voir pour ceux qui étaient intéressés. Plus de Golfe du Mexique pour moi, je reviendrai certainement sur la côte ouest et à Mazatlan !

Go West! Mexicos's west coast has so much to offer. The El Cid resort complex had so much to offer and was exceptional value for the money. All staff in every area of the hotel were efficient and friendly. He food was of good quality and tremendous variety when you include the several choices for buffets and four a la carte restaurants. The beach was hard and flat when ride was out, ideal for walkers. Beach vendors, sales reps for timeshares were minor irritations, easily handled. The issue of towels on chairs at the beach and pool was very real, but just the way it was. We found something each day. The resort was vibrant and interesting, some may say noises and the location had lots to do and see for those interested. No more Gulf of Mexico for me I'll definitely return to the West Coast and Mazatlan!

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Un lieu de séjour idéal

J'ai adoré ce centre de villégiature. Très propre, personnel sympathique et très bien situé. La seule chose qu'ils pourraient améliorer est une plus grande variété de choix de nourriture et l'ajout d'une plus grande intimité dans les salles de bains des chambres. Les piscines étaient bien entretenues et toujours chaudes.

Great place to stay Loved this resort. Very clean, friendly staff and great location. The only thing they could improve on is a larger variety of food choices and adding more privacy to the bathrooms in the rooms. The pools were well maintained and always warm.

Platinum Yucatan Princess: Superbe station balnéaire J'ai adoré la baignade

Je ne peux pas en dire assez sur la qualité de ce complexe. Nous avons adoré tout ce qu'il y avait à faire. Notre salle de natation et le service de chambre 24 heures sur 24 étaient les meilleurs. Les terrains étaient incroyables, nous avons adoré la taille du complexe, pas trop grand mais pas trop petit. Nous reviendrons dans ce complexe à coup sûr.

Great Resort Loved the Swim Out Can't say enough about how great this resort is. We loved everything about the resort. Our Swim out Room and 24 Hour room service was the best. Grounds were amazing, loved the size of the resort not to big but not to small. Would return to this resort for sure.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: excellente installation

Serait dans le top 3 des hôtels où nous avons séjourné. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et son service. La chambre était grande, propre et le service de chambre excellent. Le restaurant était excellent avec un très bon choix de menus. Le bar avait un très bon choix et le service était excellent.

excellent facility Would be in the top 3 hotels we have stayed. We enjoyed the pool and the pool service. The room was big, clean and excellent room service. The restaurant was excellent with a very good menu selection. The bar had a very good selection and service was excellent.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Remarquable - Nourriture, service et terrain fabuleux

Le Coba est un très grand complexe hôtelier et vous avez vraiment besoin du système de trolley. Absolument tout était génial, sauf la plage. Elle était décevante en ce sens que la baignade est réduite au minimum à cause des rochers et des algues. L'hôtel s'est efforcé de garder la plage propre, mais on ne peut pas lutter contre mère nature. Si vous êtes conscient de cela avant d'arriver, c'est certainement l'une des meilleures stations balnéaires du coin. Les piscines sont un bon substitut. Outstanding - Fabulous Food, Service, Grounds The Coba is an extremely large resort and you really do need the trolly system. Absolutely everything was awesome except the beach. It was disappointing in that swimming is at a minimum due to rocks and seaweed. The hotel tried in vane to keep the beach clear but you can't fight mother nature. If you are aware of this before you get there, it is certainly one of the best resorts around. The pools are a good substitute. The staff is exceptional and the food is to be recommended.

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Merveilleuse propriété - Tout est extraordinaire

Mon mari et moi avons passé 5 nuits au Valentin du 1er au 6 avril 2015. Tout à propos de ce resort était top-notch. La nourriture, le personnel, les chambres, les piscines et la plage. La station était à la capacité, mais vous n'avez jamais senti que c'était bondé. Si vous vouliez de l'intimité, vous l'avez eu. Si vous vouliez être au milieu de tout le monde, vous l'étiez aussi. On l'a déjà dit et c'est tellement vrai - le personnel se met en quatre pour faire de votre expérience tout ce que vo [... lire plus]us voulez qu'elle soit et plus encore. Les jardins luxuriants et les sentiers de promenade sont d'une beauté à couper le souffle. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

Wonderful Property - Amazing everything My husband and I spent 5 nights at the Valentin from April 1-6, 2015. Everything about this resort was top-notch. Food, staff, rooms, pools and beach. The resort was at capacity but you never felt like it was crowded. If you wanted privacy, you got it. If you wanted to be in the mix, you got that too. It's been said before and is so very true - the staff go out of their way to make your experience everything you want it to be and more. The lush gardens and walking paths were breath-takinginly beautiful. We would definitely go back.

Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel and Mexican Charm: inférieur à la moyenne

Tout d'abord, j'aimerais commencer par dire que c'est notre troisième séjour au Mexique et que nous avons toujours séjourné dans des complexes 5 étoiles. Ceci étant dit, cela peut influencer notre évaluation de ce complexe. L'hôtel a grand besoin d'être rénové. Nous avons changé de chambre 3 fois et nous avons eu la chance d'obtenir la chambre 222 qui avait une salle de bain rénovée. Nos deux chambres précédentes avaient une vieille salle de bain sans ventilateur et de la moisissure au plafond.  [... lire plus]Nous tenons à remercier Kerry, notre représentante de WestJet, qui nous a énormément aidés, ainsi que Laura et Adela. Malheureusement, les 3 chambres sentaient l'enfermement à cause du manque de ventilation. La nourriture sur le resort était très moyenne et manquait de variété. Je suis tombée malade pendant les vacances, je ne suis pas sûre que ce soit à cause de ce que j'ai mangé sur le site car nous avons passé beaucoup de temps à l'extérieur du site. Le terrain est bien entretenu et le personnel s'efforce continuellement de tout nettoyer. La plage est à quelques pas et cela n'a pas été un problème. Le service était vraiment excellent. Le personnel est très amical et très serviable. Un merci tout particulier à Laura, la responsable de la réception, et à Adela, notre femme de ménage. L'emplacement est vraiment bon pour ce complexe, car il est très central. Le trajet en bus jusqu'au vieux Vallarta est court et celui jusqu'à Nueva Vallarta n'est pas très long. Il y a un Walmart à proximité, à 10 minutes de marche. Excursion, nous n'en avons fait qu'une, les Marietas, et je ne la recommanderais pas. Ce n'est pas du tout ce que la description indique et honnêtement ils devraient la fermer car elle est assez dangereuse. Un joyau caché, un restaurant à Nuevo Vallarta appelé De la Sorona's. Nous y sommes allés deux fois et c'était le meilleur restaurant de l'île. Nous y sommes allés deux fois et c'était le meilleur steak et les meilleures tortillas que nous ayons jamais mangés et à un très bon prix.

below average First of all I would like to start buy saying it's our 3rd time in Mexico and we've always stayed at 5 star resorts. That being said this may sway our review for this resort. The resort is in major need of renovation. We changed rooms 3 times and were lucky enough to get room 222 which had a renovated bathroom. Our previous 2 rooms had an old bathroom with no fan and mold on the ceiling. We would like to thank our WestJet rep Kerry that helped us out tremendously with this matter as well as Laura and Adela. Unfortunately the 3 rooms smelled of enclosure due to the lack of proper ventilation. The food on the resort was very average and lacked variety. I actually got sick during the vacation, I am not sure if it was something I ate on the resort since we did spend a lot of time off the resort. The grounds are well kept and the staff are continuously working on cleaning everything. The beach is a short walk away and this wasn't an issue. The service was really great. The staff is really friendly and very helpful. A special thank you Laura, the front desk manager, and Adela our cleaning lady. The location is really good for this resort as it is very central. It's a short bus trip to Old Vallarta and also not very long to get to Nueva Vallarta. There is a Walmart close by, 10 min walk. Excursion, we only did one the Marietas and I would not recommend it. It's not at all what the description says it is and honestly they should close it down since it is quite dangerous. Hidden gem, a restaurant in Nuevo Vallarta called De la Sorona's. We went there twice and it was the best steak and tortillas we have ever had and really good price.

Le complexe était magnifique et bien entretenu. Ma chambre avait une odeur de moisi. Cela a été mentionné trois fois, mais on ne s'en est jamais occupé. En ce qui concerne le tout inclus, il n'y avait rien à payer : Mini golf, trampoline, bar à café, certains aliments hors menu. Le buffet était presque exactement le même tous les soirs. Les éléments énumérés comme tout compris étaient en fait principalement pour les plus jeunes enfants ou des événements pour lesquels vous deviez payer. All Inclusive resort????? The resort was beautiful, well maintained. My room had a very musty smell about it. Was mentioned 3 times never taken care of. As for all inclusive not so had to pay for: Mini golf, trampoline, coffee bar, some foods off the menu. Buffet was almost exactly the same every night. The items listed as all inclusive where in fact mostly for the younger children or events you had to pay for. As a whole not overly impressed.
