Riu Palace Pacifico: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

De l'accueil à l'aéroport à la restitution 6 jours plus tard, ce fut une expérience fantastique. Le personnel de l'hôtel a fait tout ce qui était possible pour rendre notre séjour inoubliable ! Le service était impeccable, l'hôtel propre et confortable, la nourriture excellente. Il n'y a pas eu de grandes foules ni de files d'attente pour quoi que ce soit. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Amazing Resort From the pick up at the airport to drop off 6 days later, this was a fantastic experience. The hotel staff did everything posible to make our stay top shelf! Service was impecable, the resort clean and comfortable, food was great. No big crowds or line ups for anything. We will definitely be back again.

Catalonia Yucatan: Station balnéaire bon marché

Il s'agit d'un centre de villégiature bien établi, doté d'un beau parc arboré. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien organisées en blocs. Les options pour profiter du soleil et de la mer sont nombreuses, mais si vous préférez les piscines, il y en a plusieurs et elles sont toutes bien situées. Le choix des repas est bon et le personnel est excellent !

Nice budget Resort This is a well established Resort with lovely, mature grounds. The rooms are spacious and well organized into blocks. There are many options for enjoying the sun and Sea, however if you prefer pools there are several and all well located. Dining choices are good and the staff are excellent!

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: 5 étoiles pour tout !

C'était notre premier voyage au BP Akumal. Le complexe est à couper le souffle, depuis l'arrivée dans le hall principal jusqu'à la vue imprenable sur la plage, en passant par le terrain impeccable. L'ensemble de la propriété était impeccable. Un véritable complexe de luxe. Le personnel était également très amical et serviable. Tout le monde, de la réception aux serveurs des restaurants en passant par l'équipe d'entretien du terrain, s'est efforcé de rendre notre séjour agréable, même s'il ne s'a [... lire plus]gissait que d'indiquer le chemin à suivre pour se rendre à une attraction. Nous avons répété plusieurs fois pendant notre séjour que nous y reviendrons bientôt ! À voir absolument.

5 Star Everything! This was our first trip to the BP Akumal. The resort is breathtaking, from the arrival at the main lobby to the amazing views from the beach and the impeccable grounds. The entire property was spotless. A true luxury resort. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Everyone from the front desk to the wait staff in the restaurants to the grounds crew seemed to go out of their way to make our stay pleasant-even if it was just providing directions to an attraction. We said several times during our stay that we'll be back there again soon! A must see.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: De superbes vacances !

Le GBP Riviera Maya était génial ! La nourriture était très bonne et le site propre et magnifique. Mes deux adolescents et moi-même avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Le personnel répondait à tous vos besoins et le temps était tout simplement magnifique.

Great vacation! The GBP Riviera Maya was awesome! The food was very good and the venue clean and beautiful. My two teenagers and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff would cater to all your needs and the weather was simply balmy.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Superbe resort Superbes vacances !

Nous avons passé un excellent moment au centre de villégiature ! Beaucoup de choses à faire - water-polo, ping-pong, cours de danse, voile, jeux idiots, plongée avec tuba, et bien plus encore ! Il y avait aussi des activités et des spectacles nocturnes ! J'ai aimé la soirée de revue musicale. La nourriture était incroyable ! Il y avait une telle variété et les restaurants de spécialités étaient bons. Nous n'avons pas aimé le restaurant de sushis, mais le restaurant de steaks et le restaurant mex [... lire plus]icain étaient merveilleux ! Plage de sable blanc, beau temps et gens très gentils !

Awesome Resort Awesome Vacation! We had an amazing time at the resort! Lots of things to do - water polo, ping pong, dance lessons, sailing, silly games, snorkeling, and more! There were nightly activities/shows too! I liked the Musical review night. The food was amazing! Such a variety and the specialty restaurants were good. We didn't like the Sushi place but the Steak place and the Mexican were wonderful! White sandy beach, beautiful weather and very kind people!

Allegro Cozumel: Merveilleux centre de villégiature !

Superbe ! Magnifique, propre, éco-station, chambres rustiques dans la nature, personnel formidable ! J'ai adoré les 3 piscines pour les enfants, pour se détendre et au bord de l'océan. La plage était 5 étoiles ! Nous avons nagé avec des dauphins et nous avons passé une journée magnifique à visiter les pyramides de Chichen Itza.

Wonderful resort! Amazing! Beautiful, clean, eco resort, rustic rooms in nature, amaxing staff! Loved the 3 pools for kids, relax and by the ocean. Beach was 5 stars! Went to swims with dolphins and took a gorgeous day at Chichen Itza pyramids.

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Bon centre de villégiature

Très bon complexe familial. Le club pour enfants est exceptionnel. Bons spectacles de remplissage le soir, et bons divertissements sur la plage. Compte tenu de mes exigences élevées, les restaurants sont moyens. Restez au buffet et vous ne manquerez de rien. Les escaliers raides de la piscine ont poussé quelques personnes à s'égratigner les jambes. La piscine à vagues et le parc aquatique sont une blague. Nous avons séjourné dans le bâtiment 50 qui était super calme et le plus proche de la plage [... lire plus]. Il n'y a eu aucun problème pour obtenir une place dans les parasols sur la plage.

Good Resort Very good family resort. Kids club is outstanding. Good filler shows in the evening, and good entertainment on the beach. Considering my high standards, restaurants are average. Stay at buffet and you will not miss a thing. Steep stairs in the pool made few people scratch their legs. Wave pool and water park are a joke. We stayed at building 50 which was super quiet and closest to the beach. There were no problems to get a spot in shades on the beach.

Je n'ai pas voyagé depuis une trentaine d'années... il était temps, me direz-vous - oui, c'est vrai. Ma nièce et moi nous sommes dit "il faut faire quelque chose". Nous sommes donc partis au Mexique, en particulier au Gran Bahia Principe Coba. Magnifique complexe, propre, personnel sympathique, accommodant au-delà de votre imagination la plus folle - vos souhaits sont leur commandement !

Vacation at last! Yes, it's true, after 30 years. I have not travelled in some 30 years... long overdue you say - yup it's true. My niece and I said "we have to do something about this". So off we went, to Mexico, in specie Gran Bahia Principe Coba. Beautiful resort, clean, friendly staff, accommodating beyond your wildest imagination - your wish is their command!

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: 2ème séjour à l'Iberostar Paraiso Beach

Nous avons passé des vacances à l'Iberostar Paraiso Beach l'année dernière et avons suffisamment apprécié notre séjour pour vouloir y retourner cette année. Il n'y a que des bonnes choses à dire sur ce complexe, de la nourriture excellente dans les buffets et les restaurants à la carte, de l'immense piscine (on ne se sent jamais à l'étroit), des beaux terrains, des spectacles agréables en soirée et du personnel qui travaille dur. Nous avons eu une serveuse très spéciale (Carmelita), qui a fait d [... lire plus]es pieds et des mains pour s'assurer que nous avions un excellent service. Je recommanderais sans hésiter ce complexe à tout le monde.

2nd time to Iberostar Paraiso Beach We vacationed at Iberostar Paraiso Beach last year and enjoyed our stay enough to want to return again this year. There are nothing but good things to say about this resort, from the great food in the buffets and a la carte restaurants, the huge pool, (you never felt crowded), beautiful grounds, enjoyable evening shows and hard working staff. We had one extra special waitress (Carmelita), who went out of her way to ensure that we had excellent service. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Les meilleures vacances de tous les temps

Nous avons vraiment passé les meilleures vacances de notre vie dans ce centre de villégiature. Nous venons de rentrer du Sandals Bahamas et nous avons encore plus aimé cet endroit (même si la plage des Bahamas est plus belle). Les lits étaient confortables et nous avons très bien dormi (les lits de camp sont durs comme de la pierre, pour info). La piscine et les activités étaient très amusantes. La nourriture était excellente. Le meilleur moment a été Jose, notre serveur. Nos cinq enfants l'ador [... lire plus]aient et avaient hâte de revenir pour le petit-déjeuner afin de se divertir avec lui. Les restaurants étaient très amusants. Nous avons fait EXPLOR, qui a été un énorme point fort. Hautement recommandé. Et nous avons fait l'aventure maya avec plongée en apnée, tyrolienne et nage dans les grottes. Une journée incroyable. Nous recommandons vivement ce complexe pour les familles.

Best Vacation Ever We really had the best vacation ever at this resort. We just got back from the Bahamas Sandals and we loved this even more (although the beach in the Bahamas is nicer). Beds were comfy and we slept great (cots are hard as a rock as an FYI). The pool and activities were super fun. The food was great. Best part was Jose our waiter. Our five kids adored him and couldn't wait to go back for breakfast to be entertained by him. The restaurants were great fun. We did EXPLOR which was a HUGE highlight. Highly recommended. And we did the Mayan adventure with snorkeling, ziplining and cave swimming. Amazing day. Would highly recommend this resort for families.

Barcelo Huatulco: Merveilleux séjour

Nous y sommes allés une semaine, du 3 au 10 mars, et nous avons vraiment apprécié. L'une de mes choses préférées a été de pouvoir entendre les vagues s'écraser la nuit en s'endormant. J'ai adoré la taille du complexe, très intime.

Wonderful Stay We went for a week March 3-10, and we really enjoyed it. One of my favorite things was being able to hear the waves crashing at night while drifting off to sleep. I loved the size of the resort, very intimate.

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Belle station balnéaire

Un centre de villégiature formidable... la piscine était chaude... les chambres et les lits étaient superbes... la nourriture était merveilleuse, les boissons délicieuses... le personnel était sympathique et très amusant... l'océan était chaud... il n'y avait pas de rochers... aucune plainte... je recommande vivement ce centre de villégiature.

Beautiful resort Awesome resort..pool was warm..rooms and beds were great..food was wonderful drink s yummy..staff were all friendly and lots of fun..ocean was warm..no rocks..no complaints at all... highly recommend this resort..

Catalonia Yucatan: Excellent centre de villégiature tout compris

Nous avons récemment passé 7 nuits au Catalonia Yucatan, sur la Riviera Maya. Nous retournerions dans ce complexe sans hésiter - la nourriture, le service et l'atmosphère sont excellents. Nous n'avons jamais fait la queue pour quoi que ce soit et avons été servis avec sourire et respect. Le buffet était formidable et le restaurant japonais était excellent. Le restaurant en terrasse était également fabuleux, tout comme le restaurant mexicain... tout était délicieux. Le seul inconvénient était la  [... lire plus]puissance et la fiabilité du wi-fi. Nous avons été surclassés dans les suites privilèges et avons eu accès à un bar privé et à une place sur la plage... nous n'avons jamais manqué une place à l'ombre ou une Margarita. Une chose qui m'a un peu dérangé, c'est le vendeur pour ce que j'ai compris être l'achat d'une multipropriété - très insistant, mais nous avons simplement dit non intéressé, merci. La plage était superbe - un peu envahie par la mer mais pas trop mal - ils ont fait de leur mieux pour l'entretenir.

Excellent All-Inclusive Resort We stayed for 7 nights recently at the Catalonia Yucatan in the Riviera Maya.We would return to this resort in a heartbeat - excellent food; service and atmosphere. We never waited in line for anything and were served with smiles and respect. The buffet was great and the Japanese restaurant was excellent. The terrace restaurant was also fab and so was the Mexican restaurant...it was all very yummy. The only downfall was the wi-fi strength and reliability. We upgraded to the privilege suites and had access to a private bar and spot on the beach..never went without a shade spot or a Margarita. One thing that did bother me a bit was the sales pitch guy for what I understood to be was buying into time-shares -- very pushy but we just said not interested thank you. The beach was great - a bit sea-weedy but not too bad - they tried there best to keep it maintained.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Le DeCameron est le meilleur endroit où séjourner !!!

Le Decameron est comme ma maison loin de chez moi. Le personnel est très sympathique, qu'il s'agisse du personnel de nettoyage, du personnel d'entretien, du personnel administratif, du personnel d'animation, mais surtout du directeur Ricardo et du responsable des réservations Julio.

The DeCameron is the best place to stay at!!! The Decameron is like my home away from home. The staff are so very friendly, that includes everyone, the cleaning staff, the grounds staff, the administration staff, the entertainment staff, but mostly the manager Ricardo and the reservation manager Julio.

Hotel Emporio Ixtapa: Très bonne situation, mais beaucoup d'améliorations possibles

L'hôtel est très bien situé, c'est sûrement le meilleur aspect de cette expérience. Le système d'enregistrement pourrait être amélioré, surtout lorsqu'ils savent que des clients arrivent. Un enregistrement spécifique pour les personnes arrivant tôt aurait été une bonne chose. Heureusement, il y a de meilleurs restaurants à l'extérieur de l'hôtel. Le Condimento est pratique, mais il pourrait certainement avoir une meilleure sélection. Un snack-bar aurait également été idéal, surtout pour ceux qui [... lire plus] préfèrent rester près des palapas.

Great location, but lots of room for improvements The hotel is in an excellent location, that's gotta be the best thing about this experience. The check in system could be improved, especially when they know that they have clients arriving. A specific check in for those arriving early would have been great. Fortunately there are better restaurants outside of the resort, Condimento is convenient but could definitely have an improved selection. A snack bar would have been ideal as well especially for those who would rather hang out by the palapas.

Crown Paradise Club: De bonnes vacances en famille

Mon mari et moi avons voyagé avec 4 de nos enfants âgés de 6 ans à 1 an. Le complexe était très propre et le personnel était formidable. Le parc aquatique pour les enfants était incroyable et les enfants se sont bien amusés. Les deux autres piscines étaient profondes, ce qui était un peu difficile avec les petits. L'une des piscines était même chauffée, ce qui était agréable. La plage était correcte. L'eau était très froide mais les enfants se sont amusés à jeter de la terre et à jouer sur la pl [... lire plus]age. La nourriture était juste correcte. Il y avait toujours quelque chose à manger pour les enfants, mais pour nous, adultes, c'était un peu difficile de trouver quelque chose de bon. J'ai trouvé que les boissons étaient pleines de sucre. Dans l'ensemble, c'était de bonnes vacances et les enfants se sont bien amusés. Nous avons même changé de chambre pour répondre aux besoins de notre famille nombreuse et le centre de villégiature a été très serviable. Nous avons dû payer pour le wifi, ce qui a été un inconvénient, et ce n'était que pour 2 appareils. La télévision par câble était à 98% en espagnol, donc mes enfants regardaient leurs émissions en espagnol.

Had a good family vacation My husband and I travelled with 4 of our children 6yrs of age down to 1yr old. The resort was very clean and the staff was great. The waterpark for the kids was amazing and the kids had a great time. The other two pools were deep pools which was a bit tough with the little ones. One pool was even heated which was nice. The beach was ok. The water was very cold but the kids had fun throwing dirt and playing on the beach. The food was just ok. There was always something the kids could eat for for us adults it was a little hard finding something good. I found the drinks to be full of sugar. All in all it was a good vacation and the kids had a blast. We even moved rooms to accomodate our large family needs and the resort was very helpful. We had to pay for wifi which was a downer and it was only for 2 devices. The cable tv was 98% in spanish so my kids watched their shows in spanish.

Riu Palace Las Americas: Un lieu de villégiature fabuleux

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour, l'accès à la plage était superbe ! C'était ma deuxième visite et je l'ai appréciée autant que la première fois. La nourriture était très bonne, beaucoup de choix au buffet. Les restaurants sont variés, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Le service et la nourriture sont excellents

Superbe piscine, beau terrain.Petit hôtel mis à jour, nous avons passé un excellent séjour en mars 2015.Le service de tout le personnel était excellent,c'est agréable de séjourner dans un petit hôtel où l'on apprend à connaître la plupart du personnel.Très bon emplacement à 20 min à pied de Bucerias.

Samba Vallarta: très bon service !

Nous avons séjourné au Samba la semaine précédant les vacances de mars, deux familles avec 3 enfants. Le bon : service extraordinaire, terrain extraordinaire, nourriture excellente. Très, très bonne animation en soirée. Le mauvais : l'hôtel bénéficierait grandement d'une rénovation complète. A notre arrivée, nous avons été logés dans la chambre 108 - toilettes qui fuyaient et odeur persistante et forte de moisissure dans la chambre. Trois jours plus tard, nous avons été transférés dans la chambr [... lire plus]e 434, qui était plus agréable et semblait plus propre, mais les 4 énormes cafards que nous avons trouvés lors de notre dernière matinée nous ont laissé une mauvaise impression. Cependant, les bons côtés l'ont emporté sur les mauvais, principalement grâce au personnel. Est-ce que j'y retournerais ? Probablement pas.

very nice service! We stayed at Samba the week before March break, two families with 3 children. The good: amazing service, amazing grounds, excellent food. Very, very good evening entertainment. The bad: the hotel would greatly benefit of a complete renovation. Upon arrival we were given room 108 - leaking toilet and persistent and strong smell of mildew in the room. Three days later we moved to room 434, which was nicer and felt cleaner but the 4 huge cockroaches that we found in our last morning there left us a bad impression. However, the good definitely outweighed the bad, mainly thanks to the staff. Would I return there? Probably not.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Très bonne formule tout compris

Petit complexe très propre avec un personnel aimable et poli. Tous les plats étaient frais et délicieux. Le service était meilleur que dans n'importe quel autre hôtel de la région. Les chambres sont magnifiques et donnent toutes sur l'océan. Vous pouvez sortir de votre chambre et aller directement dans l'océan pour faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba et du SUP. Hautement recommandé par rapport à d'autres complexes hôteliers monstrueux dans la région de Myan.

Very Good All Inclusive Very clean small resort with friendly polite staff. All the food was fresh and delicious. The service was better than any resort in the area. Beautiful rooms all facing the ocean. Step out of your room right into the ocean for excellent snorkelling and SUP. Highly recommended compared to other monster resorts in the Myan area.
