Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Grand centre de villégiature

C'est un beau resort, il est grand avec des navettes régulières si vous le souhaitez. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. La nourriture était bonne dans tous les restaurants Ala Carte et les buffets. Les barmans sont excellents partout. La plongée en apnée à partir de la plage était excellente si les vagues le permettaient ! Un bon complexe pour les coureurs. La chambre était agréable.

Great Resort This is a nice resort, it's big with regular shuttles if you want. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food was good at all the Ala Carte restaurants and buffets. Bartenders great everywhere. Snorkeling from the beach was great waves permitting! A good resort for runners. The room was nice.

Cet hôtel est au top ! !! Le personnel et les équipements sont incroyables. Ma copine et moi avons passé de superbes vacances et n'avons quitté l'hôtel qu'une seule fois ! An amazing get-away!!! This hotel is top notch!! The staff and amenities are incredible. My girlfriend and I had such a great holiday and only left the resort one time!! We enjoyed the vendors on the beach! I know most people complain about them but we had fun bargaining and visiting and buying!! Fernando in the sports bar makes the best Americanos!! Every morning! The service at all the bars was awesome! All in all we would highly recommend this resort. The staff is incredible - they work SO hard to please everyone! The guys that serve drinks on the beach have great memories to recall what we like!! A great great holiday!!

Secrets Huatulco: Des vacances parfaites !

Nous avons adoré ce centre de villégiature. Temps parfait, personnel parfait, emplacement parfait. Le spa était irréel. La nourriture était excellente, j'ai adoré qu'il y ait un buffet tous les soirs, je suis fatiguée de devoir m'habiller tous les soirs et d'avoir un menu fixe. Nous avons passé tout notre temps à la piscine qui était bien entretenue et où il y avait toujours des activités. Je ne peux pas dire assez de bien de ce complexe. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine.

Perfect Vacation! LOVED LOVED LOVED this resort. Perfect weather, perfect staff, perfect location. The spa was unreal. The food was great, I loved that there was a buffet option every night, I get tired of having to dress up every night and having a set menu. We spent the whole time at the pool which was well maintained and always activities going on. I can't say enough good things about this resort. We will be back next year.

Hotel Irma Zihuatanejo: Fantastic Hotel

Notre expérience à l'Irma a été excellente. Le personnel était très amical et arrangeant, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et n'avons eu aucun problème. Les vues étaient spectaculaires, la piscine était superbe. La nourriture était de très bon goût. C'était un lieu de séjour très relaxant.

Our experience at Irma was excellent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating , we asked to change rooms and had no problems. The views were spectacular, pool was great. Food was very tasteful. It was a very relaxing place to stay.

Riu Palace Peninsula: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Excellent dans l'ensemble. Grande et belle chambre avec vue imprenable. Magnifique terrasse de la piscine où il n'est pas nécessaire de se battre pour trouver des chaises. Les piscines sont situées juste à côté de la plage. Belle plage de sable blanc. Nourriture de grande qualité, en particulier au buffet. Personnel très courtois et amical. Architecture moderne étonnante avec un aménagement très réfléchi. Une vraie propriété 5 étoiles. Outstanding Resort All around excellent. Large lovely room with great views. Beautiful pool deck area with no struggles to get chairs. Pools located right next to the beach. Lovely white sand beach. Great quality food, especially at buffet. Very courteaus and friendly staff. Stunning modern architecture with a very thoughtful layout. A true 5 star property. Minor niggle, is no robes and the daily pool card towel hassle.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Tout était parfait à l'hôtel

Sheraton Buganvilias Puerto Vallarta Hotel: Un lieu de villégiature fabuleux !

C'était la première fois que je venais à Puerto Vallarta et ce fut une introduction extraordinaire. Le Sheraton Buganvillias Resort était magnifique. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et propres, avec un grand balcon pour profiter du soleil. Le terrain était magnifique et toujours impeccablement propre. Les restaurants étaient tous excellents. Le souvenir le plus important que je garderai est celui du personnel de cet hôtel. Tout le monde était si poli et toujours prompt à vous donner un sourire a [... lire plus]vec un "hola". C'est très gentil. Irving Flores, le saxophoniste, était incroyable. Si gentil et si talentueux ! Enfin, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le temps passé avec "Jorge Luis Borbolla". Il nous a enseigné l'aquagym et était si gentil et amical. Il nous a fait rire et a toujours pris le temps de nous dire bonjour s'il nous apercevait dans d'autres endroits de la station. Il a vraiment rendu notre séjour amusant ! Merci Jorge ! Dans l'ensemble, c'était des vacances merveilleuses dans un hôtel merveilleux. Merci à vous !

Fabulous resort! First time in Puerto Vallarta and it was an amazing introduction. The Sheraton Buganvillias Resort was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and clean with a great balcony to soak up that warm sun. The grounds were gorgeous and always spotlessly clean. The restaurants were all good. The most important memory I will have is the staff at this hotel. Everyone was so polite and always quick to give you a smile with an "hola". So nice. Irving Flores, the saxaphone player was amazing. So nice and so talented!! Last but not least we really enjoyed our time with "Jorge Luis Borbolla". He taught us water aerobics and was so nice and friendly. He made us laugh and always took the time to say hello if he spotted us in other places on the resort. He really made our stay fun!! Thanks Jorge!! All in all, it was a wonderful holiday in a wonderful hotel. Thank you!!

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: absolument magnifique je reviendrais sans aucun doute

tout était bien dans cet hôtel beaucoup de choses à faire le service était super, grand endroit mais il y avait un bus pour vous emmener à la plage endroit très amical je reviendrais certainement les gens du timeshare n'étaient pas trop mauvais ils ne vous dérangent pas trop

Occidental Nuevo Vallarta: centre de vacances relaxant

Généralement bon, de bonne taille (relativement petit) avec de beaux terrains bien entretenus. La plage est longue, idéale pour les promenades, moins bonne pour la baignade, l'eau était trouble pendant toute la semaine où nous y étions. Les divertissements nocturnes varient en qualité et il n'y a pas grand-chose à faire après 22 heures. La chambre était bien mais n'avait pas de balcon, le mini bar est réapprovisionné tous les jours avec de l'eau, des boissons non alcoolisées et de la bière. La n [... lire plus]ourriture était bonne au buffet et très bonne dans les restaurants à la carte. Tous les membres du personnel rencontrés étaient sympathiques et serviables, même les promoteurs du club de vacances qui étaient toujours présents. Beaucoup de chaises longues disponibles à la fois à la piscine et à la plage, mais les meilleurs emplacements sont partis tôt. Oui, les lève-tôt réservent leur place avant 8 heures, mais vous pouvez toujours trouver une place plus tard dans la journée. Les membres du club disposent d'une zone réservée sur la plage et bénéficient d'un service de majordome, les autres vont chercher leurs propres boissons au bar voisin. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit charmant pour une escapade tranquille et reposante pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants et les personnes d'âge mûr, mais il n'est pas recommandé pour les fêtards.

relaxing getaway resort Generally good, right size (relatively small) with beautiful well kept grounds. Beach is long, great for walking, not so good for swimming, water was murky for the entire week we were there. Nightly entertainment varies in quality with not much available after 10:00pm. Room was good but lacks a balcony, mini bar is restocked daily with water, soft drinks and beer. Food was good in buffet and very good in a'la carte restaurants. All staff members encountered were friendly and helpful even the vacation club promoters who were always around. Lots of loungers available at both pool and beach but the best locations are gone early. Yes, the early risers do reserve their spots by 0800 but you can always find space later in the day. There is a reserved area on the beach for club members and they do get butler service, the rest fetch their own drinks from the nearby bar. Overall this is a lovely place for a quiet, restful getaway for families with young children and the more mature crowd not recommended for the party crowd.

Grand Riviera Princess: Vacances spectaculaires (à ne pas manquer)

Le complexe était absolument magnifique, accueil chaleureux à l'arrivée avec boissons disponibles et départ rapide et facile, propriété immaculée et bien entretenue, très sûre, la nourriture était excellente, abondante et variée (sauf le bacon du petit déjeuner), les boissons étaient très bonnes, les serveurs étaient très dynamiques et amicaux. Les plats à la carte étaient également très bons, les chambres étaient très modernes, avec bain à remous, propres et spacieuses. Tous nos hébergements co [... lire plus]rrespondaient exactement à ce que nous avions demandé. Le resort est immense avec beaucoup de marche et jusqu'à l'océan (bon pour perdre quelques kilos), Chill Out Bar au bord de l'océan, gaspillage de $13 / personne. Les chaises au bord de l'océan sont gratuites et offrent la même vue. Le personnel était très gentil et joyeux, on s'est bien amusé et on était près des piscines. Navette pour Playa Del Carmen disponible pour 4 $ / personne, une bonne affaire. Le trajet vers et depuis l'aéroport a été très facile et a duré environ 45 minutes. Je recommanderais ce centre de villégiature et j'y reviendrais, car plusieurs personnes du centre de villégiature étaient des vacanciers qui revenaient. Superbes vacances et souvenirs, tout était plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Je recommanderais à mes amis et à ma famille pour de futures vacances.

Spectatular Vacation ( A Must Go) The resort was absolutely Beautiful, warm welcome upon arrival with drinks available and fast easy check out on departure, immaculate well kept property, Very Safe, food was excellent, plenty and lots ( except breakfeast bacon), drinks were very good, servers were very up beat and friendly. Ala carte's were very good as well, rooms were very modern, includes hot tub, clean and spacious. All our accommodations were exactly as requested. Resort is huge with lots of walking and to ocean (good to loose a few pounds), Chill Out Bar at ocean front, waste of $13 / person. Chairs at ocean are free and same view. Staff were very nice and cheerful, had a GREAT time and were close to pools. Shuttle to Playa Del Carmen available for $4 / person, great deal. Trip to and from airport were very easy and aprox. 45 min. Would recommend this resort and come back as several people on resort were returning vacationers. Great vacation and memories, all was more than we expected. Would recommend to friends / family for future vacations.

Royal Solaris: Dans l'ensemble, des vacances formidables

L'hôtel s'est définitivement remis de l'ouragan qui l'a frappé à l'automne. Le terrain est impeccable et luxuriant. Quelques chambres ont été rénovées/rendues plus modernes... espérons que toutes les chambres atteindront ce niveau. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur le jardin et nous avons eu une vue affreuse sur la construction avec le plus petit balcon connu de l'homme. Nous avons immédiatement parlé à la réception qui nous a indiqué un emplacement idéal pour notre séjour. Il s'agit  [... lire plus]d'un hôtel à temps partagé, ils essaieront donc de vous faire accepter une courte présentation, mais ils ne sont pas trop insistants. Vous remarquerez également la différence entre les membres et les non-membres. Ils organisent des petits déjeuners et des dîners spéciaux réservés aux membres, de sorte qu'ils ont tendance à diffuser ce que vous pensez manquer. Le personnel d'animation était incroyable !!!!! Chacun d'entre eux - une grande énergie tout au long de la journée avec des activités et des jeux. Les divertissements en soirée étaient également excellents. Vous ne serez pas déçus. La "cloche de la baleine" est une des caractéristiques les plus intéressantes de l'hôtel. Au bar de la plage, une cloche sonne lorsqu'une baleine est aperçue dans l'eau. La cloche sonne régulièrement chaque jour et c'est un beau spectacle à voir. La nourriture a reçu une note de 4/5. Le petit-déjeuner quotidien était exceptionnel. Lucy à la station Olmert est une star absolue. Les deux restaurants à la carte étaient agréables. Je n'ai pas aimé que le restaurant italien devienne un menu français au hasard de la semaine, mais la première fois que nous avons mangé au restaurant italien était un 10/10 ! La nourriture, le personnel, l'atmosphère... le meilleur repas du voyage ! Dans l'ensemble, c'était mieux que ce à quoi nous nous attendions et nous nous sommes bien amusés.

Overall, a great vacation The hotel has definitely recovered from being hit by the hurricane back in the fall. Grounds are spotless and lush. A few of the rooms have been updated/made more modern... hopefully all the rooms will get to that standard. Be aware of which view you get when booking... we had booked garden view and got an awful construction view with the tiniest balcony known to man. We did speak to the front desk immediately and they gave us a great location for our stay. This is a timeshare hotel, so they will try and get you to commit to a short presentation but they aren't overly pushy. You also will notice the members vs non members. They do special breakfasts and dinners that are for members only so they tend to broadcast what you think you're missing out on. Entertainment staff was amazing!!!!! Every single one of them - great energy though the day with activities and games. Evening entertainment was also great. Won't be disappointed with that. Great feature about the resort is the 'whale bell'. At the beach bar there is a bell that gets rung when a whale is spotted out in the water. The bell want off regularly each day and it was a great sight to enjoy. The food was a 4/5. Breakfast each day was exceptional. Lucy at the Olmert station is an absolute star. The 2 a la cart restaurants were nice. Didn't like how the Italian restaurant became a French menu randomly during the week, but the first time we ate at the Italian joint was a 10/10! Food staff, atmosphere... best meal of the trip! Over all, it was better than we expected and we enjoyed ourselves.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Station agréable, mais elle était meilleure les années précédentes

C'est notre quatrième année au Bahia Coba. C'est un peu loin de Cancun (et un long trajet après et avant le vol), mais la nourriture et le club pour enfants sont excellents. Les divertissements s'adressent à un public plus âgé, mais ils sont corrects. Il y a de meilleures activités pour les parents à Tulum. La plage de Coba a été légèrement déplacée vers Tulum et n'est pas géniale (petite, sable rugueux et beaucoup d'algues cette année), mais vous pouvez passer du temps sur les plages de Tulum o [... lire plus]u d'Akumal. Dans l'ensemble, c'est bien, même si c'était plus beau en 2012 et 2013. Je réserverais Tulum ou Akumal la prochaine fois juste pour les plages et les activités de jour au bord de la piscine.

Nice resort, but it was better in past years This is our 4th year at Bahia Coba. It's a bit far from Cancun (and a long ride after and before a flight), but food and kids' club are amazing. Entertainment is geared towards an older audience, but okay. Better activities for parents at sister-resort Tulum. Coba beach was moved slightly towards Tulum and is not great (small, rough sand and lots of seaweed this year), but you can spend time either at the beaches of Tulum or Akumal. Overall okay, although it was nicer in 2012 and 2013. I would book Tulum or Akumal next time just for the beaches and daytime activities by the pool.

Magnifique centre de villégiature ! Le personnel était formidable, la nourriture abondante et délicieuse. Nous avons aimé l'idée de ne pas avoir à réserver pour l'un des 5 restaurants à la carte. Les chambres et le terrain sont propres. Nous avons adoré toute la vie sauvage qui se promenait dans les environs. La seule chose négative est que vous êtes approché plusieurs fois par le personnel qui veut vendre des multipropriétés.

This resort is amazing! Beautiful resort! The staff were amazing, the food was plentiful and delicious. We liked the idea that we didn't need to reserve for any of the 5 a la carts restaurants. Clean rooms and grounds. Loved all the wild life wandering around. The only negative thing is that you are approached a few times by staff that want to sell timeshares.

JUST SOME TO NAME WERE DIAGO(BEACH BUTLER I THINK)JULIO AT THE THIA RESTURANT,AXEL AT THE FRT LOBBY WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO MAKE OUR STAY COMFORTABLE. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THEN IN PARTICULAR. THE RESORT IS QUITE SMALL BUT THAT I FOUND TO IT'S ADVANTAGE.

Barcelo Maya Caribe: Merci Tripcentral pour des vacances extraordinaires :)

Le Barcelo Maya Caribe à Riviera Maya était incroyable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été subjugués par le chic de l'endroit et par le professionnalisme et la serviabilité de tous les employés. Totalement génial, un centre commercial juste à côté du hall, un bar sportif ouvert 24 heures sur 24 avec des pistes de bowling. Ce complexe hôtelier a tout pour tous les âges et dispose d'une plage magnifique que l'on peut parcourir à pied d'un bout à l'autre. Les buffets sont tous délicieux, les cartes  [... lire plus]à la carte valent vraiment le coup, les bars répondent à toutes vos envies. Les piscines, les toboggans aquatiques, le mur d'escalade, le volley-ball, le basket-ball, le tennis, etc. Les spectacles nocturnes sont très divertissants, suivis d'une discothèque pour les jeunes et d'un Jaguar pour les plus âgés. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner et nous ne remercierons jamais assez Tripcentral, en particulier Karlol, de nous avoir aiguillés vers cet endroit merveilleux.

Thanks Tripcentral for an amazing vacation :) The Barcelo Maya Caribe in Riviera Maya was unbelievable. The moment we arrived we were overwhelmed - so chic and everyone so professional and helpful. Totally awesome, a shopping mall right off the lobby, 24hr sports bar with bowling lanes. This resort has everything for whatever age with an amazing beach you can walk from one end to the other. The buffets are all delicious, the al la cartes are totally worth it, the bars cater to whatever you desire. The pools, water slides, rock climbing wall, volleyball, basketball, tennis, etc. Nightly shows very entertaining and then a disco for the youngsters and the Jaguar for those of age. You must go and enjoy this resort, we are so looking forward to going back and can't thank Tripcentral enough, especially Karlol, for referring us to this wonderful place.

Crown Paradise Club: bon rapport qualité/prix mais perfectible

Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très bon endroit pour les enfants. Le club pour enfants était génial et la nourriture très bonne. Nous avons adoré avoir des repas à la carte illimités. Le service était bon aussi. Du côté négatif, le chauffage de la piscine est tombé en panne 3 jours après le début de notre voyage de 2 semaines et ils ne l'ont pas réparé, la piscine était gelée. Les toilettes près des bars étaient sales et il n'y avait pas de jeux vidéo pour les enfants comme annoncé. Parce qu'ils auto [... lire plus]risent la nourriture en dehors des restaurants, les oiseaux sont incontrôlables et il y a des gens qui vendent des multipropriétés à l'intérieur du complexe et qui sont agressifs. De plus, je n'ai jamais vu un complexe hôtelier où les vendeurs de plage peuvent venir sur le terrain de l'hôtel. Nous avons à peine pu profiter de la plage.

good value but has room for improvement Overall great place for kids. The kids club was great and the food very good. We loved having unlimited à la carte meals. The service was good too. On the negative side, the pool heater broke down 3 days into our 2 week trip and they didn't get it fixed, the pool was freezing. The washrooms near the bars were dirty, and there were no video games for kids as advertised. Because they allow food outside the restaurants, the birds are out of control and there are people selling time shares inside the resort who are aggressive. Also, I have never seen a resort where beach vendors can come up onto hotel grounds. We were barely able to enjoy the beach.

Platinum Yucatan Princess: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Comme il s'agit d'un nouveau centre de villégiature, il était impeccable. Nettoyage permanent. Le terrain et le décor étaient magnifiques. Personnel très accommodant. Tous les plats sont incroyables. Les boissons étaient excellentes, sauf les vins de la maison qui étaient nuls. La plage était magnifique mais à l'intérieur de l'eau il y avait beaucoup de rochers et de coraux qui rendaient la baignade difficile. Il suffisait de marcher sur la plage sur une courte distance pour pouvoir se baigner

Amazing resort Being a new resort it was impeccable. Ongoing cleaning. Grounds and decor were amazing. Very accommodating staff. All food incredible. Drinks great except house wines sucked. The beach was beautiful but inside the water a lot of rock and coral made it tough for swimming. Just had to walk down the beach a short distance for great swimming

Las Brisas Huatulco: Station balnéaire relaxante

C'était notre 5ème séjour dans ce complexe. Nous aimons tous les aménagements. Le terrain est bien entretenu. La difficulté réside dans les escaliers. Il y en a quelques-uns. Mais vous pouvez toujours trouver un moyen d'éviter les escaliers ou utiliser un "service de chariots" gratuitement. Les chambres sont simples et toujours propres. La nourriture est bonne et il y a suffisamment de choix. Il y a aussi 5 restaurants alacarte. Baignade dans l'océan et plongée avec masque et tuba. Bonne observa [... lire plus]tion des oiseaux, même dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel. L'atout majeur de Las Brisas est le personnel. Très amical, accommodant et toujours serviable.

Relaxing resort This was our 5th stay in resort. We do like all layout. Grounds are well kept. Challenging aspect are stairs. They are a few. But you can always find a way to avoid stairs or use a "carts service" for free. Rooms are simple and and always clean. Food is good with enough choices. Also 5 alacarte restaurace available. Great ocean swimming and snorkeling. Good birding even on resort's grounds. Strongest asset of Las Brisas is staff. Very friendly, accommodating and always helpful.

Barcelo Huatulco: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel !

Nous avons séjourné une semaine du 10 au 17 mars 2015 au Barceló Beach Resort Huatulco. N'ont absolument aucune plainte. La nourriture était géniale...La plage fantastique...La météo hors du commun. Le seul défaut était que nous étions dans une chambre qui n'était pas rénovée et qui avait manifestement besoin d'être réparée. Nous n'avons pas eu d'air conditionné pendant deux jours, ce qui a rendu le sommeil très inconfortable. L'équipe d'animation est phénoménale et a su divertir nos enfants. Nous prévoyons de revenir l'hiver prochain !

All round great resort! We stayed one week from March10-17/2015 at the Barceló Beach Resort Huatulco. Have absolutely no complaints. Food was awesome...Beach fantastic...Weather out of this world. Only fault was we were in a room that was unrenevated and in obvious need of repair. We had no air conditioning for 2 days which made sleeping very uncomfortable. However the management was very accommodating and upgraded us to a newly renovated room with working air conditioner at no extra charge and because of this great service would be sure to return if we were given an upgraded room. The animation team we phenominal and keep our kids entertained. May just plan to return next winter!

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Grand centre de villégiature

Le centre de villégiature était formidable. Le personnel était très sympathique et toujours prêt à vous faire rire et à vous amuser. Les piscines étaient magnifiques et il y avait de nombreuses chaises de piscine pour s'asseoir au soleil ou à l'ombre. Les divertissements sont excellents pendant la journée et les spectacles en soirée sont toujours différents et divertissants.

Great Resort The Resort was great. The staff was very friendly and always wanting to make you laugh and enjoy yourself. The pools were beautiful with plenty of pool chairs to sit in the sun or shade. Great entertainment during the day, and the shows in the evening were always different and entertaining.
