Iberostar Selection Varadero: Un centre de villégiature et un personnel formidables !

Je reviens d'une semaine dans ce complexe et j'ai passé un excellent moment. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, la nourriture était bonne. Le personnel de ce complexe est formidable, de la réception aux jardiniers. J'aimerais souligner le travail d'Eli et de Yanelis, les serveurs du bar du hall d'entrée. Ils sont très accueillants et souriants, ils se surpassent vraiment pour vous. Je retournerais sans aucun doute dans ce complexe et je le recommanderais à tout le monde.

Great Resort and Staff!!! Just got back from a week at this resort and had a great time. There were no shortages for us on anything, food was good. The staff at this resort are amazing from the front desk to the gardeners. I would like to shout out Eli and Yanelis, servers in the lobby bar. Such great welcoming service and smiles, they really go above and beyond for you. I would definately go back to this resort again and would recommend to anyone.

Paradisus Rio De Oro: Escapade relaxante

Le terrain était propre, le personnel très aimable, les chambres très convenables et la nourriture correcte. Le complexe n'était pas bondé, bien qu'il n'y ait jamais assez de chaises longues. La plage était magnifique et la piscine était grande et jamais bondée. Mon plus gros reproche est qu'il y avait des fumeurs partout, même dans les zones non-fumeurs.

Relaxing getaway The grounds were clean, the staff were very friendly, the rooms were very adequate, and the food was decent. The resort wasn’t crowded, although there never seems to be enough lounge chairs. The beach was beautiful and the pool was large and never crowded. My biggest complaint was having smokers everywhere even in the nonsmoking areas.

Club Amigo Ancon: Belle station balnéaire

Nous avons apprécié ce complexe. La plage était belle et à quelques pas de notre chambre. Le personnel était très sympathique et nous a aidés pour tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La nourriture était bonne et abondante. Les bâtiments ont besoin de réparations mais apparemment les rénovations commencent bientôt. Les boissons étaient un problème, le choix était limité mais dans l'ensemble nous avons apprécié l'endroit avec un accès proche de Trinidad.

Nice Beach front resort We enjoyed this resort. Beach was nice and steps from our room. Staff were very friendly and helpful what ever we needed. Food was actually good mostly plentiful. The buildings are in need of repairs but apparently renovations are beginning soon. Drinks were a issue choice was limited but overall we liked the place with close access to Trinidad.

Brisas Guardalavaca: J'adore ce centre de villégiature.

C'est mon 22ème voyage au Brisa's, alors c'est comme si je rentrais chez moi. Le personnel est toujours merveilleux, l'hôtel toujours propre et brillant. La nourriture n'est pas aussi abondante, ni les boissons mixtes, mais ce n'est pas grave. Le cadre et la convivialité compensent tout cela.

Love this resort. My 22nd trip to Brisa’s so it’s like going home. The staff is always wonderful, hotel always clean & shiny. The food isn’t quite as plentiful nor are the mixed drinks but that’s ok. The surroundings & friendliness make up for it all.

Hotel Playa Coco: Hôtel Playo Coco

Nous revenons tout juste de deux semaines glorieuses dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était formidable ! La réception était extrêmement serviable pour toutes les questions ou l'aide dont nous avions besoin....qui était principalement de comprendre l'Internet gratuit ! Internet fonctionnait dans les chambres, le hall et la plupart des terrains. La nourriture était abondante et assez bonne. Il y avait suffisamment de variété pour ne jamais s'ennuyer. La plage est magnifique et l'océan était beau et ch [... lire plus]aud. Les gens qui ont fait du snorkeling ont vu pas mal de variétés de poissons et si je dépassais ma taille, j'ai vu des garous, de magnifiques poissons argentés et de petits poissons noirs et jaunes près d'un récif. C'était très amusant ! Nous n'avons jamais manqué de bière, les boissons du soir étaient assez bien choisies et il y avait toujours un vin rouge et un vin blanc. Comme nous étions des rapatriés, nous avons eu droit à un dîner magique sur la plage, avec la pleine lune qui nous éclairait et un dîner merveilleux. Si j'ai une plainte à formuler, c'est au sujet des no seeums qui étaient très affamés. J'ai été mordu à plusieurs reprises, mais je chercherai un meilleur moyen de me protéger lorsque je reviendrai l'année prochaine. C'était deux semaines formidables !

Hotel Playo Coco We are just back from two glorious weeks at this hotel. Staff was terrific!front desk extremely helpful with any questions or help needed….which was mainly figuring out the free internet! Internet worked in rooms, lobby and most of the grounds. Food was plentiful and quite good. Enough variety I managed to never get bored. The beach is wonderful and the ocean was nice and warm. People snorkelling saw quite a few varietys of fish and if I went out past my waist I actually saw gar!some beautiful silver fish and little black and yellow fish over by a reef. It was fun! We never ran out of beer, evening drinks had a fairly goid selection and always had a redand white wine. As we were returnees we were treated to a magical dinner on the beach, full moon shining down on us and a wonderful dinner. If I have any complaint it was the no seeums which were very hungry. Got quite a few bites but will research for a better wayto protect myself when I return next year. It was a great 2 weeks!

Paradisus Rio De Oro: La meilleure station !

C'est notre troisième voyage au Paradisus Rio de Oro. Nous ne sommes pas des habitués. Les chambres sont grandes et bien entretenues, le terrain est vaste et magnifique, et les 4 plages sont à couper le souffle. Les possibilités de plongée en apnée en dehors de la plage sont excellentes. Nous avons fait du snorkeling tous les jours ! La nourriture était abondante et, pour Cuba, exceptionnelle. Le personnel est merveilleux et ne demande qu'à ce que les clients passent un bon moment et se sentent [... lire plus] pris en charge.

Best resort! This is our 3rd trip to the Paradisus Rio de Oro. We are not typically repeaters anywhere. The rooms are large and well maintained, grounds are extensive and gorgeous, and the 4 beaches are breathtaking. The off beach snorkeling opportunities are excellent. We snorkled every day! The food was plentiful and, for Cuba, exceptional. The staff are wonderful and just want the guest to have a great time and feel cared for.

Ce centre de villégiature était absolument incroyable. J'ai été très impressionnée par la propreté et l'entretien des lieux ! La chambre était absolument magnifique et étonnamment moderne. La nourriture et les boissons étaient excellentes, le personnel était très gentil et les plages étaient magnifiques. Il y avait un équilibre parfait entre la détente et le divertissement. La "journée Cuba" a été un moment fort pour nous ! Nous reviendrons certainement à l'avenir.

Amazing resort, will be returning This resort was absolutely amazing. I was so impressed by how well kept and clean it was! The room was absolutely beautiful and surprisingly modern. The food and drinks were great, the staff were all so kind and the beaches were amazing. There was a perfect balance of relaxation and entertainment. The “ Cuba day” was definitely a highlight for us! We will definitely be returning in the future.

Playa Costa Verde: Excellent Resort

Terrain bien entretenu, nourriture abondante, personnel formidable et très arrangeant. Les bars étaient excellents ainsi que les restaurants à la carte. La plage était magnifique et il y avait beaucoup de sports non motorisés à choisir. De nombreuses excursions d'une journée sont possibles.

Grounds well kept, plenty of food, great staff and very accommodating. Bars were great as well as the al la carte restaurants. Beach was beautiful and lots of non motorsports o choose from. Many different day trips to choose from.

Melia Cayo Coco: Ce centre de villégiature a été très apprécié

Bien qu'il s'agisse d'un hôtel plus ancien, il était d'une propreté irréprochable et le terrain était entretenu de manière cohérente Le service était exceptionnel de la part de Tout le personnel J'ai trouvé que la nourriture était bonne, je n'ai rien à redire Je reviendrais en un clin d'œil, je planifie déjà le prochain séjour

Grand Aston Cayo Las Brujas: Un lieu étonnant

Ce spa et ce centre de villégiature ont dépassé mes attentes. Les équipements sont formidables et accueillants. La plage est magnifique et propose tous les sports nautiques que l'on peut souhaiter. Les chambres sont propres et modernes. La nourriture était également excellente. Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin chaque jour. Et surtout, le personnel était extrêmement serviable, amical et d'un grand soutien

An Amazing Place This spa & resort was more than my expectations. The amenities were so great and welcoming. The beach is amazing with all the water sports that you could ever want. The rooms were clean and up to date. The food was amazing as well. Had everything we needed every day. Most of all the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and supportive

Iberostar Coral Esmeralda: Superbe station balnéaire

Le terrain était très bien entretenu et le personnel très courtois, la nourriture était très bonne et les boissons de premier choix, les chambres étaient propres et la section adulte était absolument paisible, ce qui était ce que nous recherchions, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Awesome resort The grounds were very well maintained and the staff were very courteous, food was very good and top shelf drinks the rooms were clean and the adult section was absolutely peasefull which os what we were looking for ,we will definitely be back.

Memories Jibacoa: Nous avons adoré

L'hôtel est plus ancien mais propre. L'hôtel est également petit, donc la distance jusqu'à la plage ou au hall principal n'est pas très grande. Ce complexe est destiné à ceux qui veulent des vacances tranquilles et relaxantes, sans musique bruyante sur la plage ou dans la piscine. Nous avons également apprécié le fait que les chaises longues étaient sur la plage plutôt que d'avoir des gars qui installent des chaises pour vous tous les matins. La plongée avec masque et tuba était fantastique just [... lire plus]e à côté de la plage. Il y avait aussi des terrains de tennis et de pickle ball. La nourriture était très bonne, avec une grande variété, y compris du poulet et du bœuf. Il n'y a jamais eu de pénurie d'œufs. Le bar était bien approvisionné. Notre seule plainte était qu'il n'y avait pas de vélo d'appartement dans la salle de sport et que les gars qui s'occupaient du catamaran avaient toujours une excuse pour ne pas vous emmener en excursion. Je recommanderais sans hésiter ce complexe.

We Loved It The resort is older but clean The resort is also small so the distance to the beach or main lobby is not far. This resort is for those who want a quiet relaxing vacation.No loud music on the beach or pool. We also liked the fact that the lounge chairs were on the beach rather than having guys set up chairs for you every morning. Snorkelling was amazing right off the beach.They also had tennis and pickle ball. Food was very good with a large variety including chicken and beef. Never a shortage of eggs. Bar was well stocked. Our only complaint was no stationary bike in the gym and the guys who took care of the catamaran always had an excuse why they could not take you out. Would definitely recomend this resort.

Playa Cayo Santa Maria: Appréciable

Tout est propre, bien entretenu, agréable mais les piscines sont des piscines pour enfants, trop peu profondes, toutes les quatre, mais cela est compensé par la belle plage. Il y a toujours un jardinier qui travaille. Les bâtiments ont également été entretenus.

Enjoyable Everything is clean, well kept, enjoyable but the pools are kiddies pools, to shallow, all four of them, but that is compesated by the nice beach. There is always a gardener around working. Buildings were serviced as well.

Sol Caribe Beach: Excellentes vacances

Sol Caribe est un endroit merveilleux qui nous convient parfaitement. Excellent service partout et la chambre était très belle et spacieuse. Il y a toujours quelque chose à choisir au buffet et le terrain et la plage sont fantastiques. C'était notre deuxième visite en moins d'un an et nous prévoyons de revenir !

Excellent vacation Sol Caribe is a wonderful place that suits us very much. Excellent service all around and the room was very nice and spacious. Always something to choose from the buffet and of grounds and the beach were fantastic. This was our second visit in less than a year and plan to be back again!

Hotel Los Cactus: Déçu

100% de baisse par rapport à mon expérience d'il y a 2 ans. Le personnel est toujours fantastique, tout comme les chambres. L'hygiène ou le manque d'hygiène est une autre histoire, cependant, étant donné l'occupation à 80% d'animaux absolus provenant d'une certaine puissance d'outre-mer, on peut s'y attendre. Ces gens, hommes et femmes, buvaient des doubles doses de rhum ou tout ce qui leur tombait sous la main, du matin jusqu'à 3-4 heures, ce qui a donné lieu à de nombreuses bagarres et au harc [... lire plus]èlement de mon groupe et de mes compatriotes canadiens. Dissapointed 100% drop from my experience 2 years ago. Staff still fantastic, as were the rooms . Sanitation or lack thereof is another story, however, given the 80% occupancy of absolute animals from a certain powerhouse from oversees, this can be expected. These people, men and women, drank double shots of rum or whatever they could get their mouth around, morning till 3-4am, resulting in many fistfights and harassment of my group and fellow Canadians. We will not return until they find a new vacation spot to piratize. Feel free to contact me for details.
