Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Une station géniale !

En lisant les critiques avant de me rendre au Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda, je dois dire que j'avais un peu d'appréhension, mais dès que j'ai mis les pieds sur le site, j'ai su que j'allais passer une semaine merveilleuse ! Mon copain et moi avons voyagé au Mexique du 12 au 19 janvier avec air canada vacations. Le bus était facile à trouver une fois arrivé à Cancun et le trajet jusqu'à notre station n'a duré qu'environ 40 minutes avec un arrêt à iberostar en cours de route. L'enregistrement au Blue  [... lire plus]Bay s'est déroulé sans problème et le personnel a travaillé dur pour enregistrer les 100 personnes qui sont arrivées en même temps que nous. Ma seule plainte est qu'ils ont généralement dit à tout le monde la disposition de la station en même temps et parce que tout le monde était excité d'être là et de faire d'autres choses, il était difficile d'entendre, ce qui a eu pour résultat que nous nous sommes un peu perdus pour trouver notre chambre parce que la station est ÉNORME. Il y avait des voiturettes de golf pour vous emmener à votre chambre, mais nous avons préféré marcher parce que le terrain était tellement beau. Tout était impeccable et le personnel travaillait constamment à l'entretien partout où l'on regardait. En parlant du personnel, j'ai été surprise de voir à quel point ils étaient gentils avec tout le monde ! Des gardiens aux barmans, en passant par le personnel du buffet et de la réception, tout le monde était si agréable, toujours souriant et disant bonjour. Nous étions satisfaits de notre chambre, elle était propre et les femmes de chambre ont fait un travail formidable tous les jours, avec des draps et des serviettes propres et des petites créations de serviettes sur notre lit tous les jours. J'ai trouvé que notre chambre était nettoyée le matin, ce qui était génial. Notre douche était incroyable, il n'y avait jamais de manque d'eau chaude et notre lit était paradisiaque ! Notre sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas mais j'ai appelé la réception et quelqu'un était là pour le remplacer dans la demi-heure. Faites attention lorsque vous êtes sur le balcon, la porte se verrouille derrière vous ! Nous sommes restés coincés sur notre balcon du troisième étage pendant environ 25 minutes avant d'apercevoir un employé qui a demandé par radio que quelqu'un vienne nous sauver ! Nous étions dans le bâtiment 7, à proximité de la petite piscine, du buffet du festival et du bar "black and white". Il nous a fallu environ dix minutes pour marcher jusqu'à la piscine principale et la plage, ce qui n'a jamais été un problème parce que c'était un très beau complexe hôtelier. J'ai été très surprise par la plage après avoir lu des critiques négatives. Je l'ai trouvée géniale. Oui, il y a des algues qui viennent constamment, mais il y avait des employés sur la plage toute la journée pour les ramasser, donc à moins que nous ne soyons là à 7 heures du matin avant qu'ils n'arrivent, les algues n'ont jamais été un problème. Il y avait beaucoup de chaises de plage, donc les trouver n'a jamais été un problème. Nous n'étions pas des clients vip et j'en suis heureux car la section des coupes n'est pas directement sur la plage, elle est surélevée et il y a des sacs de sable devant. Nous avons marché sur la gauche du resort plusieurs fois jusqu'à un magnifique lagon dont l'eau était d'un bleu éclatant ! !! C'était à couper le souffle ! Nous avons également fait quelques sorties en kayak (gratuites) et nous nous sommes bien amusés car il n'y a pas de limite de temps, ce qui nous a permis d'explorer toute la plage. La nourriture était également excellente. Nous avons surtout mangé au buffet du festival pour le petit-déjeuner, au buffet plus petit de la piscine pour le déjeuner et pour le dîner, nous sommes allés deux fois au steakhouse, au restaurant italien et au restaurant mexicain à la carte. Ils vous disent de réserver vos cartes 24 heures à l'avance, mais nous avons fait des réservations le jour même et cela n'a jamais posé de problème. Le steakhouse était incroyable ! Luis était un serveur merveilleux que nous avons eu la chance d'avoir les deux fois. Notre steak (la coupe spéciale) était génial !!! Le restaurant italien était également très bon, mais préparez-vous à ce qu'il y ait beaucoup de nourriture ! En revanche, j'ai été très déçue par le restaurant mexicain. Nous nous sommes dépêchés de rentrer de notre excursion d'une journée au xel- ha (qui était géniale) pour arriver à l'heure et nous avons dû attendre 20 minutes à la porte pour être assis alors que le restaurant n'était pas du tout occupé. Encore 20 minutes pour commander les boissons et une demi-heure pour le plat principal. C'est la seule fois du voyage où le personnel a été impoli et n'a pas aimé son travail. La nourriture n'était pas terrible non plus et était très froide. Nous avons fini par aller au plus grand après. A part cela, le reste de la nourriture était excellent, les buffets avaient toujours un grand choix, vous avez vu quelques articles répétés au cours de la semaine, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé car ils étaient excellents. Il n'y a pas non plus de pénurie d'alcool ! Les boissons étaient fantastiques ! Nous avions apporté des bidons et ils n'ont eu aucun mal à les remplir avec ce que nous voulions ! Les piña coladas au petit bar de la piscine étaient excellentes et les margaritas à la fraise au black and white bar étaient si savoureuses ! C'était également agréable d'avoir de la bière et de la course réapprovisionnées dans notre chambre tous les jours afin que nous puissions nous asseoir sur notre balcon et prendre quelques boissons avant le dîner. Le swing bar était très amusant pendant la journée et après 23h ! Jusqu'à 23 heures, nous avons traîné au black and white bar et regardé les spectacles, monté le taureau mécanique et joué aux cartes. En ce qui concerne les plaintes que j'ai vues de la part d'autres personnes : Temps partagé - Je n'ai jamais vu quelqu'un vendre du temps partagé et on ne m'a jamais demandé d'en acheter ou d'assister à des réunions. Je ne sais pas où les autres critiques ont vu ces gens, mais je suis ï¸glad glad I didn't ! Wifi - tout d'abord, le wifi ne devrait pas être une priorité au Mexique, mais je n'ai jamais eu de problème avec lui ! Il fonctionnait dans ma chambre, dans les deux piscines et sur la plage. Il était plus lent le matin mais encore une fois, je n'ai jamais eu de problème. Fumeurs - Là encore, je n'ai jamais eu de problème. Il y a des zones désignées pour les fumeurs et les fumeurs s'y tiennent. Si le personnel voyait des gens fumer autour de la piscine, il leur demandait gentiment d'aller dans une zone désignée. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé une semaine merveilleuse et je n'hésiterais pas à recommander ce complexe à tout le monde ! J'ai voyagé dans le sud environ 15 fois et ce fut l'un de mes favoris !!!

Awesome resort!! Reading the reviews before heading to blue bay grand Esmeralda I must say I was a bit apprehensive however as soon as I stepped foot on the resort I knew I was going to have a wonderful week! My boyfriend and I traveled to Mexico jan 12th-19th with air canada vacations. The bus was easy to find once we arrived in cancun and the trip to our resort was only about 40 mins with one stop at iberostar along the way. Check in at blue bay was pretty painless the staff worked hard to check in the 100 of us that arrived at the same time. My only complaint was that they generally told everyone the layout of the resort all at once and because everyone was excited to be there and doing other things it was hard to hear which resulted in us getting a little lost finding our room because the resort is HUGE. They did have golf carts to take you to your room however we opted to walk because the grounds were just so beautiful. Everything was immaculate and there was staff working constantly on the up keep everywhere you looked. Speaking of staff I was so supprised at how genuinely nice they were to everyone! From the groundskeepers to the bartenders, buffet staff and front desk everyone was so pleasant and always smiling and saying hello. We were happy with our room it was clean and the maids did a wonderful job everyday, fresh sheets and towels and little towel creations were on our bed daily. I found our room was cleaned in the morning which was great. Our shower was amazing never a shortage of hot water and our bed was heaven!! Our blowdryer didn't work but I called down to the front desk and someone was there to replace it within a half hour. Be careful when your out on the balcony the door will lock behind you! We were stuck on our third floor balcony for about 25 mins before we spotted a worker who radioed for someone to come save us! We were in building seven which was close to the smaller pool and festival buffet and black and white bar. It took us about ten mins to walk down to the main pool and beach area which was never a problem because it was such a beautiful resort. I was actually very supprised at the beach after reading such negative reviews. I thought it was great. Yes there is seaweed that constantly comes in but they had workers on the beach all day taking it up so unless our down there at 7am before they arrive the seaweed was never an issue. They had lots of beach chairs so finding them was never a problem. We weren't a vip guest and im ️glad because the cup section isn't directly on the beach, it's raised up and here are sandbags infront of it. We walked down to the left of the resort a couple times to a beautiful lagoon that had bright blue beautiful water!! It was breathtaking! We also took the kayaks out a couple times ( free of charge) and had a wonderful time as there are no time limits so we could explore the whole beach. The food was also great. We mostly ate at festival buffet for breakfast, the smaller pool buffet for lunch and for dinner we went to the steakhouse twice, Italian and Mexican a la cartes. They tell you to book your a la cartes 24 hours in advance however we made same day reservations and it was never a problem. The steakhouse was amazing!!! Luis was a wonderful server we were lucky enough to have both times. Our steak (the special cut) was awesome!!! The Italian was also very good, be prepared it is a lot of food!! I was actually very disappointed in the Mexican however. We rushed back from our all day excursion as xel- ha ( which was awesome) to make it on time only to have to wait by the door for 20 mins to get seated even though the restaurant was not busy at all. Another 20 mins to even get drink orders and a half hour after that for our main course. It was the only time on the trip the staff were rude and were not enjoying there jobs. The food wasnt the greatest either and was very cold. We ended up going to the biggest after. Other than that the rest of the food was great, the buffets always had a large selection you did see a few repeated items over the week but we didn't mind as they were excellent. There is also no shortage of alcohol! The drinks were fantastic!! We brought bubba jugs and they had no problem filling them with whatever we liked! Piña coladas at the smaller pool bar were great and the strawberry margaritas at black and white bar were so tasty!! It was also nice to have beer and run restocked in our room everyday so we could sit on our balcony and have some drinks before dinner. The swing bar was very fun during the day and after about 11pm! Until 11 we hung out at the black and white bar and watched the shows rode the mechanical bull and played cards. As for complaints I saw others making: Time share- I never once saw someone selling timeshare nor was I ever asked to purchase it or go to meetings. I don't know where other reviewers saw these people but I'm ️glad I didnt! Wifi- first of all your in mexico wifi shouldn't be a main priority however I never had an issue with it! It worked in my room, both pools and the beach. It was slower in the mornings but again, I never had a problem. Smokers- again never had a problem with this. They have designated smoking areas and the smokers stuck to them. If staff saw people smoking around the pool they kindly asked them to move to a designated area. Overall I had a wonderful week and would not hesitate to recommend this resort to anyone!! I've travelled south about 15 times and this was one of my favourites!!

Propreté de l'hôtel, modeste cependant, bonne nourriture et service de bar, le groom Roberto était génial, sympathique et désireux d'aider, pas de mini-bar et une seule bouteille d'eau ??? Dans l'ensemble, bon rapport qualité/prix, les clients qui reviennent ont même organisé un dîner en bord de mer pour les clients qui reviennent, plus de 50 personnes, ce qui doit signifier quelque chose

Great location Clean resort modest though,good food and bar service bellhop Roberto was great personable and eager to help, no mini bars and 1 bottle of water??? Overall good value return guest even hosted dinner beachfront for returning guests over50 people must mean something nice touch

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Incroyable et idéal pour l'accessibilité des fauteuils roulants

Cette propriété est magnifique et dispose d'un agencement incroyable avec une piscine sans fin et un toit surplombant la plage. C'est l'idéal pour les voyageurs ayant des limitations physiques pour admirer l'océan tout en savourant une Margarita. Le personnel est attentif et tous les petits détails, comme un chocolat déposé sur l'oreiller chaque soir, m'ont permis de me sentir bien accueillie. L'hôtel est exceptionnellement propre et tout le monde nous a accueillis à bras ouverts. Amazing and great for wheelchair accessibility This property is gorgeous with an unbelievable layout with an endless pool and a roof top overlooking the beach. This is ideal for travellers with physical limitations to admire the ocean at the same time enjoy a Margarita. The staff is attentive and all fine details of a chocolate placed on top of your pillow each night made me feel welcome. The hotel is exceptionally clean and everyone welcomed us with open arms. The four restaurants are a must with an exceptional dining experience at the Pacific Express (French Restaurant). I will definitely go back to Playa Mita!

CHFI et Trip Central ont choisi un endroit idéal pour notre voyage gratuit. L'hôtel était magnifique, le service excellent, la nourriture superbe. Le surf était un peu trop agité pour nager, mais la plage était superbe pour se détendre et se promener sur des kilomètres.

Thank you CHFI & Trip Central CHFI & Trip Central picked out a great location for our free trip. Hotel was beautiful, service was excellent, food was superb. Surf was a little too choppy to actually go swimming but the beach was superb for relaxing and walking for miles.

Moon Palace Cancun: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire ! Nourriture et service excellents.

J'ai adoré la variété des lieux de restauration, les différentes zones de la station à visiter, les piscines si propres, les boissons et le service de premier ordre ! Les chambres sont très agréables, le bar est entièrement approvisionné dans la chambre, la baignoire jaccuzi est grande et la douche est excellente Le seul reproche que je puisse faire est l'emplacement. L'hôtel n'est pas situé sur la bande de Cancun, donc si vous voulez vous promener, il faut compter 35 dollars de taxi. Mais l'hôt [... lire plus]el propose une navette pour se rendre à Cancun et en revenir. Le plus étonnant, c'est que vous pouvez vous rendre dans n'importe quel hôtel Palace et manger et boire gratuitement. Nous sommes allés à Playa Del Carmen pour la journée et avons mangé au Palace Resort au lieu de payer le déjeuner. Ils sont très serviables pour tout ce dont vous avez besoin, nous n'avons pas trouvé d'excursion à Tulum qui corresponde à nos besoins, ils nous ont organisé un van privé à louer avec un chauffeur ! Je retournerais certainement dans ce centre de villégiature ! Il me manque déjà !

Amazing resort! Excellent food and service. I loved the variety from all the different places to eat, different areas of the resort to visit, the pools were so clean, top notch drinks and service! The rooms are so nice, fully stocked bar in the room, nice big jaccuzi tub, excellent shower! The only complaint I can think of is the location. The resort isn't right on the Cancun strip, so if you are thinking of just walking around, it is a 35 dollar cab ride. But the resort does provide a Shuttle to and from Cancun. The most amazing thing is you can visit any Palace resort and eat and drink for free. We went to Playa Del Carmen for the day and ate at the palace resort there instead of paying for a lunch. They are very helpful with anything that you need, we didn't find an excursion to Tulum that fit our needs, they set up a private van for us to rent with a driver! I would go back to this resort for sure! I miss it already!

Il faut qu'ils trouvent une méthode pour garder la nourriture chaude, la nourriture des buffets était généralement tiède ou froide. Les tacos au restaurant mexicain étaient horribles...allez savoir pourquoi ? Le personnel était AMAZING !!!! Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

The Resort was SPECTACULAR!!!!!!!! They need to come up with a method for keeping food hot, food at the buffets was usually luke warm/cold. Tacos at the Mexican Restaurant were awful...go figure? The staff was AMAZING!!!! We would definitely go back.

LE SERVICE ÉTAIT EXCELLENT ET LE TERRAIN ÉTAIT TRÈS PROPRE. LA ZONE ÉTAIT SÛRE ET LE PERSONNEL TRÈS SERVIABLE. LE TEMPS ÉTAIT EXCELLENT ET LA PLAGE ÉTAIT TRÈS PROPRE ET CONFORTABLE. LE BUS LOCAL ÉTAIT TOUJOURS DISPONIBLE ET LE CENTRE-VILLE ÉTAIT TRÈS PROCHE POUR S'Y RENDRE CHAQUE JOUR.

GROUNDS VERY CLEAN. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE GROUNDS WERE VERY CLEAN. AREA WAS SAFE AND STAFF VERY HELPFUL. WEATHER WAS EXCELLENT AND BEACH AREA WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE TO BE AT. THE LOCAL BUS WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND DOWNTOWN WAS VERY CLOSE TO TRAVEL TO EACH DAY.

C'était un centre de villégiature extraordinaire. Le personnel était si amical et se mettait en quatre pour aider. La nourriture était fraîche et savoureuse. Le complexe était magnifiquement décoré et propre. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Awesome Resort This was an amazing resort. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help. The food was fresh and tasty. The resort was beautifully decorated and kept clean. I would go back in a heart beat.

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Ce centre de villégiature a été très apprécié

L'hôtel était magnifique. L'entretien ménager a fait un excellent travail. Le personnel était très sympathique. Grand complexe, je n'en ai même pas vu la moitié. Les piscines étaient grandes avec beaucoup d'espace. J'ai toujours trouvé des chaises facilement. Les restaurants à la carte étaient incroyables. Nous y sommes allés pour un mariage et c'était magnifique. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à danser sur le sable.

Loved this resort The hotel was beautiful. House keeping did a great job. Staff very friendly. Large resort, I didn't even see half of it. The pools were large with lots of room. Always found chairs easily. The a la carte restaurants were amazing. We went for a wedding and it was beautiful. Had lots of fun dancing on the sand.

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Un lieu de villégiature extraordinaire et magnifique

Nous avons été très impressionnés par la propreté et l'organisation incroyable. Le personnel est compétent et sympathique. Le terrain est impeccable. Ce complexe est idéal pour les personnes âgées (accès en fauteuil roulant) ainsi que pour les couples avec de jeunes enfants. Magnifiques mini structures de jeux avec toboggan aquatique. La nourriture était délicieuse et abondante avec beaucoup de variété ! :)

Amazing and Beautiful Resort We were very impressed with the cleanliness and incredible organization. The staff are competent and friendly. The grounds are immaculate. This resort is wonderful for the elderly (wheelchair access) as well as couples with young children. Beautiful mini water slide play structures. The food was delicious and abundant with loads of variety! :)

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: service exceptionnel, lieu magnifique

L'endroit est très propre, la nourriture est très bonne, tous les équipements et services sont excellents. Le seul point négatif est le processus d'enregistrement. L'administration de cet hôtel devrait mettre plus de personnes à la réception lorsqu'un groupe de voyageurs arrive ; même identifier les files d'attente serait mieux. Tout le monde est frustré, certains sont là pour le check-in, le check-out, ont de la monnaie, ont besoin de quelque chose d'autre et ils sont tous dans la même file d'a [... lire plus]ttente....

exceptional service, beautiful place The place is very clean, food is very good, all ammenties and services are great. The only negative thing is the check-in process. Administration of this hotel should put more people at the front desk when a group of travelers arrives; even identify lines would be better. Everybody gets frustrated, some are ther for checkin, check-out, have change, need something else and they are all in the same line....

Grand Palladium Select White Sand: Beautiful Resort

Complexe très bien entretenu. J'ai adoré les halls d'entrée en plein air. Les spectacles étaient corrects. Le personnel était très sympathique. Fabian et le reste de POP (people of palladium) ont fait un travail formidable pendant les activités au bord de la piscine. Les restaurants à la carte étaient bons. Notre famille de 8 personnes a eu des avis mitigés sur le Portofino (italien) mais le Rodizio (brésilien) et le Ribs and More étaient excellents. Le barbecue de la plage était également très  [... lire plus]bon. La plage était vraiment belle une fois que la mer s'est calmée. La mer agitée a poussé beaucoup d'algues sur la plage. Le personnel a fait du bon travail. Une fois que la mer s'est calmée et qu'il n'y avait plus d'algues, la plage était superbe. Les chambres étaient très agréables. La literie n'était pas des plus confortables. Il aurait été bien d'avoir 2 lits queen size au lieu de 2 lits doubles. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons eu une très bonne expérience et nous retournerons sans aucun doute dans ce complexe.

Very well kept resort. Loved the open air lobbies. Shows were ok. Staff was very friendly. Fabian and rest of POP (people of palladium) did a wonderful job during pool side activities. A la carte restaurants were good. Our family of 8 had mixed reviews on Portofino (italian) but Rodizio(brazilian) and Ribs and More were excellent. Beach bbq was also very good. Beach was really nice after the sea calmed down. The rough seas pushed lots of sea weed onto the beach. The staff did a good job keeping up. After the seas calmed and no more weeds were accumulating the beach was great. The rooms were really nice. Although the bedding wasnt the most comfortable. It would of beem nice to have 2 queen size beds instead of 2 double beds. Overall a great experience and we would definitely go back to this resort.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Station balnéaire décente, prix avantageux

la nourriture était bonne... le personnel était très amical à l'exception des barmans du swing bar (bien qu'ils soient très occupés) la plage n'avait rien de spécial, mais si vous tournez à gauche et descendez la plage, il y a un lagon incroyable avec une excellente baignade... c'est le 4ème resort dans lequel nous avons séjourné dans la région et il n'était pas comparable aux quatre autres (h10 ocean coral, grand riviera princess et adventura spa palace) mais nous avons eu un prix fanatique, do [... lire plus]nc vous obtenez ce que vous payez ! j'ai apprécié ma semaine, mais je n'y retournerai probablement pas !

Decent resort, great price food was good... the staff were very friendly except the bartenders at the swing bar (although they are very busy) the beach wasn't anything special, but if you turn left and go down the beach there is an amazing lagoon with excellent swimming... this is the 4th resort we've stayed at in the area and did not compare to the other four (h10 ocean coral, grand riviera princess and adventura spa palace) but we got a fanatic price, so you get what you pay for! enjoyed my week but probably won't go back !

Exemple : Qu'avez-vous pensé de cet hôtel ? cet hôtel (terrain, parties communes, chambres, restauration, caractéristiques, etc.) propre, bien entretenu, personnel sympathique, restauration très bonne, essayez tous les restaurants à la carte, les chambres sont propres.

Riu Palace Peninsula: Nice Resort

Excellent centre de villégiature. La nourriture et l'hébergement étaient absolument magnifiques. La vie nocturne et l'interaction avec les autres clients étaient limitées. Le Rui, situé à côté, répondait à ce besoin. C'est une très bonne base de départ. La ville est proche.

Excellent resort. Food and accomadation were absolutely magnificent. Night life and interaction with other guests were limited. The Rui next door met that need. It is a really good base to branch out of. Town is close.

Barcelo Puerto Vallarta: Excellent centre de villégiature !

C'est le personnel qui fait de ce centre de villégiature un véritable succès. Ils ont TOUJOURS le sourire et ne disent jamais non même s'ils ne peuvent pas aider. Marisol (serveur à LaCantina) et Antonio (snack bar) se sont vraiment distingués. Je n'ai rien de négatif à dire, les chambres sont immenses, les lits sont confortables, la sélection de nourriture est excellente. C'est un petit complexe, il n'y a donc pas de boîte de nuit et c'est hors des sentiers battus, donc tranquille. La plage est [... lire plus] plus petite et les locaux proposent un peu de tout, des seadoo aux bateaux privés pour faire de la plongée en apnée à Los Arcos. Je reviendrais certainement ici !

Great resort! The staff certainly make this resort. They ALWAYS have a smile on their face and never say no even though they may not be able to help. Marisol(server @ LaCantina) and Antonio(snack bar bar) really stood out. I don't have anything negative to say, rooms are huge, beds are comfortable, food selection is great. This is a smaller resort so there is no nightclub and it is off the beaten path so it's quiet. Beach is smaller and the locals offer a bit of everything from seadoo's to private boats to snorkel in Los Arcos. Definitely would stay here again!

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Excellent service !

Le terrain était très bien entretenu. La nourriture était bonne. L'équipe de divertissement était géniale ! La chambre était bien nettoyée. La plage était belle et les gens qui servaient dans les bars et les restaurants très polis et serviables.

Excellent service! The grounds were very nice maintained. The food was good. The entertainment team awesome! The room was cleaned thoroughly. The beach was nice and the people serving at the bars and restaurants very polite and helpful .

Riu Lupita: Un établissement agréable. Des gens formidables !

L'établissement était agréable, même s'il a besoin d'être modernisé. Les personnes qui y travaillent sont toutes formidables. Nous avons eu des problèmes de santé avec notre fils et tout le monde a été formidable pour nous aider. Ils sont tous allés bien au-delà de ce que l'on attendait d'eux pour nous aider dans la mesure du possible. Les instructeurs de plongée étaient sympathiques et très amusants. Le personnel d'encadrement était accessible et nous a énormément aidés. L'espace piscine n' [... lire plus]était pas aussi agréable que dans d'autres complexes hôteliers où nous sommes allés (pas de bar de piscine), mais la plage était incroyable. La nourriture était très bonne et très variée. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Nice facility. Great people! The resort was nice although may need some updating. The people working at the resort were all amazing. We had some health issues with our son and everyone was amazing in supporting us. They all went well above what was expected to help out wherever possible. The dive instructors were friendly ad lots of fun. The management staff was approachable and helped us immensely. The pool area was not as nice as some resorts we've been to (Need a swim up pool bar), but the beach was incredible. The food was very good and offered a lot of variety. Overall we had a wonderful stay.
