Sheraton New Orleans: Séjour fantastique de 4 nuits !

Avant de partager mes impressions sur le lieu lui-même, je voudrais adresser un grand coup de chapeau à Trace, Stephen et Gabrielle de la réception du Sheraton de NOLA. Ils ont tous veillé à ce que ma visite et mon séjour se déroulent sans problème. En tant que Canadien voyageant seul dans une nouvelle ville, j'ai vraiment apprécié leur gentillesse, leur enthousiasme et leur volonté d'aider. Trace s'est surpassé, m'aidant à comprendre les transports en commun, à obtenir de la monnaie pour le [... lire plus]s billets et me donnant même un plan de la ville avec des conseils pour l'explorer. Gabrielle a été joyeuse, efficace et rassurante lorsque j'ai perdu la clé de ma chambre, elle a organisé un départ tardif et m'a donné d'excellents conseils en tant que voyageuse en solo. Leur professionnalisme et leur attention sincère m'ont permis de me sentir en sécurité et soutenue. Enfin, j'aimerais mentionner le processus d'enregistrement impeccable assuré par Stephen ! Je suis très reconnaissante de la gentillesse et du professionnalisme de ces trois employés - j'espère que leurs efforts seront reconnus par la direction ! En ce qui concerne l'hôtel, on m'a attribué une chambre au 31e étage, face à la rivière, et je l'ai absolument adorée. Le matelas était très confortable, la chambre spacieuse et bien éclairée, et la vue - honnêtement, la vue était à un million de dollars :) La chambre et la salle de bains étaient impeccables. L'hôtel lui-même est bien situé, à quelques pas du quartier français et de la rivière, ce qui permet de se rendre rapidement à pied au bateau Queen Creole. Mon séjour a été tout simplement parfait et je ne manquerai pas de réserver cet hôtel pour ma prochaine visite !

Fantastic 4-night stay! Before I share my thoughts on the venue itself, I would like to give a big shootout to Trace, Stephen and Gabrielle at front desk at the NOLA Sheraton. All of them ensured my visit and stay were smooth and worry-free. As a Canadian traveling alone in a new city, I truly appreciated their kindness, enthusiasm, and willingness to help. Trace went above and beyond, helping me figure out public transit, get change for tickets, and even giving me a city map with tips for exploring. Gabrielle was cheerful, efficient, and reassuring when I lost my room key, arranged a late checkout, and gave great advice as a solo traveler. Their professionalism and genuine care made me feel safe and supported. Last but not least, I would like to mention the flawless check in process provided by Stephen as well! I am very grateful for the kindness and professionalism of all three clerks - I hope their efforts get recognized by management! Now, about the hotel — I was assigned a room on the 31st floor facing the river and absolutely loved it. The mattress was very comfortable, the room spacious and well lit, and the view — honestly, the view was a million-dollar view :) Both the room and bathroom were spotless. The hotel itself is well located, just steps from the French Quarter and the river, making it a quick walk to the Queen Creole boat. My stay was simply perfect and I will definitely bool this hotel for my next visit!
