Lorsque nous y avons séjourné en 2017, il était 5 étoiles. L'ensemble commence à montrer des signes d'usure et je lui donnerais 4. Je dois aussi dire que nous étions là pendant les records de chaleur du 1 au 15 donc je ne peux pas commenter les activités mais elles ont quand même eu lieu.Le personnel est incroyable. Beaucoup ne parlent pas anglais, mais le traducteur de l'application téléphonique fonctionne très bien ! Changed since 2017 When we stayed there in 2017 it was 5-star. The entire place is beginning to show signs of wear and I would give it 4. I must also say that we were there during breaking heat records from the 1-15 so I can't comment on activities but they still went on.The staff are amazing. Many can't speak English but a phone app translator works great! So essentially even taking the heat into consideration my grade is 4 down due to upkeep. They need to also change the buffet. Nous avons reçu un excellent service dès le départ... Les chambres sont excellentes... le personnel de la réception était courtois et très serviable. Le restaurant adjacent à l'hôtel était très bon... il proposait des options sans gluten. Nous reviendrons ici, c'est certain.

Best location! We received great service from the get go... The rooms are excellent... the people at the desk were courteous and very helpful. The restaurant adjacent to hotel was so good... had great gluten free options. We would stay here again for sure.
